More vintage equipment in one spot that I’ve ever seen anywhere and really cool modern stuff as well
Les is the ONLY person I trust with my guitars. After restoring a childhood keepsake guitar 15 years ago, I have never looked elsewhere for service and advice!
In addition, you can find guitars and amps here that you will not find anywhere else. There is more knowledge here than you will find in 50 chain store employees combined!
At Blue Moon you always pay Les.
Great stuff
It cool
I got a Fender blues Jr. amp fixed here last year and payed $60 for the work. A few weeks later the amp stopped working so I called the shop and the owner told me that they don’t guarantee their work. I took the amp to another store and spent another $60 to have it worked on again. Take care of your customers and they will come back.
Great area to buy and repair items of school instruments also very nice people
Everyone is easy to talk to and friendly. They carry a wide assortment of musical equipment. Typically geared for the student musician.
Good customer service
When I got there I was excited to be buying a ukulele something I’ve been wanting since I was little and when I asked how much taxes were because $82 up from the $54 seemed outrageous the man said idk and didn’t even check it just took an extra $21 and when I was asking questions about other instruments he had. No information literally making me. Still waiting on the money to be back in my account had to go to bed hungry tonight
Pretty great selection of instruments, however I felt extremely awkward with the staff and felt like my questions were intrusions. You could chalk this up to me just being anxious, but I would have much more appreciated an employee who could recommend stuff to me, and willing to help me find what I’m looking for. I’ll be going to A different shop to get what I need
Awful service. Bought strings for my guitar, and since im not very good at putting them on and they were the most expensive strings, i left my guitar for them to put the strings on for me bc they said theyd do it for free and that they would call me within a day or so. I waoted almsot a week and figured that i must have missed the call and went there to get my guitar. They hadnt even touched it and told me that it would be several more days before they could get to it. I just went ahead and took my guitar. Never getting my business again im just gonna go to guitar center.

Will and his team are willing to help you in any way they can. Been doing business with them for over a decade now.
Ordered a drumset through here and after getting it home found two wing bolts that was damaged. These guys went above and beyond to make it right even though it was Pearl that was at fault and not them. Only music store I give my money to. Excellent staff and excellent customer care.
Everyone is so helpful and really go out of their way to make sure you understand everything
Pretty small compared to the other ones I have been to. Nothing really special inside, the only amps I saw were the used amps.
High prices but a decent selection.
Was a little crowded but had a great selection of new and even some used in the back. The employees were super cool and willing to help
If you need a guitar or guitar related item then this is the place for you. If you need anything else, go online.
Fun people. But the sales they have are so specific and expensive. SPEND 1 THOUSAND DOLLARS AND GET NO INTREST FOR 1 YEAR. must apply for our credit card, must __ and ___ and ____. My friend had nearly an 800 credit score and got declined for just a bass guitar at $299. Waste of time unless your paying for it all in one go.
Aron Baker drop the ball twice .when running promotions and not following up.

Really takes time to work with the artist instead of sitting behind a keyboard looking bored. Gave Interaction & suggestions to me on my music worked with me to get a good final product. Would definitely recommend.

8. Buffalo Drum Co.
Address: 1883 N Birch Ave, Fayetteville, AR 72703 , Greenland , Arkansas , United States
in a word – Solid! there is nothing like a stave snare fine tuned by Zac Coger, if you are a serious drummer in this area you need one, if for no other reason, to say you own a NWA original Buffalo Drum!
Friendly and knowledgeable, took all of 2 minutes to get what I need and pay, I’ll definitely be returning.
This is a great business and they do some really great work. I take all of my guitars and amps here for repair and service.
Nice selection of guitars and amps as well!
Keep up the good work guys.
Great people, excellent service, good selection. Everyone in music should check this place out, shop local!!
Firstly, this shop provides great service on guitars, setups and string changes. But beware of purchasing a guitar that is not currently hanging on their shelf. For example, the Fender American Professional II Strat, comes in 9 different colors. If you want a color that isn’t hanging on their wall, they will offer to get it for you, but it will be considered a “special order” and not eligible to be returned. This is an odd policy since they are an authorized Fender dealer. If you order the guitar direct from Fender, or Sweetwater, or any other online retailer, the guitar is eligible for return no questions asked. So essentially, trying to support a small shop will eliminate any guarantees offered by the manufacturer. Understand, I realize a small shop has limitations and must do what’s best for their bottom line. However, it was never communicated to me “hey if I order this guitar for you, it’s unreturnable.” The thought never crossed my mind to ask, since the item I ordered was a stock offering from Fender, nothing special or custom about it. It’s extremely surprising that a Fender dealer is not able to provide the same customer satisfaction policies that are in place by Fender themselves. Most of the guitars hanging on the walls are mid-tier or entry level guitars, so if you want something better, and you want the peace of mind to return it if you’re not happy with it, then I suggest looking elsewhere. If you need a great setup on your guitar, ReMix can do it.
We bought a guitar here for our son a couple weeks back. One guy was way too salesy and talked too much but I like supporting local so we bought one.
Friendly’s staff knows equipment.
I would like everyone that may read this to know that this business has absolutely NO AFFILIATION with Lee Hight or the original Musicians Pro Shop in Springdale.
The fact that they are trying to use the name as their slogan is very disappointing to me & my family and misleading to potential customers.
Please quit trying to profit off of my dad’s legacy.
Edited to respond to your response:
First, the response you gave me here and the response you gave on Facebook present two different ideas: one playing dumb and one asking permission. That alone shows your dishonesty. At least be consistent.
Second, my uncle Larry did not own the Musicians Pro Shop. He’s an easy going guy but he cannot give any real permission to use a name of a business that he did not own. I do not blame him for this though.
Third, the fact that you are sticking to the legality argument just shows that you lack morals because we are well aware that what you are doing is not illegal. My family has been reached out to numerous times regarding your awning and billboard by people that are furious. I worked at a music store for 6 years in the area and met dozens and dozens of people who told me they knew my dad and shared great stories about him. Your narrative that “no one remembers the business 25 years later” is very rude and naive to say. I’d be willing to bet that no one will remember Remix music in 25 years.
Last, you could have used your response to apologize, show empathy and explain yourself in a much better way that I would’ve respected you for. Instead you chose to gaslight me and be defensive.
As a local business, you depend on your community to pay your bills. Angering your local community is the last thing you’d want to do. This is a bad look for you and it will come back to bite you at some point. Best of luck.
Paid Remix $135.00 to put a new but bad Fender neck on my guitar. I Sent the bad neck back to Fender. They said it was warped on the 10th fret. Fender replaced the neck. Now Remix tech want’s me to pay again to install new neck. He knew the first neck was bad when he worked on it. My opinion is not good for Remixes Fender tech. The advise their tech Andy gave me, was to find someone else to install the neck.
This is not the kind of attitude one would expect from anyone representing a company as reputable as Fender.
I’ve played Fender Telecasters for 50 years. Had a lot of them worked on.
Never have I been treated as as poorly or rudely as I was at Remix Music. I’m sorry to have to leave this less than favorable post. But this is the way it happened.
The old guy was nice and got a good deal on my Boss PS 6 but the 2 employees or malinngerers.

So wonderful! We have been going to Inside Out Studio for a year now. My daughter has learned so much and we Love Mrs. Sarah!
Such a great little gem to have in our community! Affordable and everyone here is great. Vocal, instrumental, acting and even producing are some of the lessons they offer.
17. Randy Soller Guitar Studio
Address: 31 E Center St #200I, Fayetteville, AR 72701 , Greenland , Arkansas , United States
I don’t know about any of the other music teachers around Fayetteville, but Randy is amazing! He’s super knowledgeable, welcoming, and patient. I didn’t even know what a fret was when I first started, and now I’m playing different songs all the time. He takes the intimidation out of learning guitar, especially if you’re new to music in general like I was. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend Randy.
I wanted to learn how to play an instrument and I went for a guitar. I found Randy and I’m glad that I found him. He’s the only guitar teacher I’ve tried and I won’t be needing to try other guitarists because I found everything I need to learn from him. He’s very nice and has aloooot of patience. He started with me from scratch and after almost two years I can see big progress within myself. Each time I go to him I notice improvement every single week. He’s very knowledgeable and I like his confidence while he’s teaching. Now I own two guitars and always reaching for my guitar to play some music.
Great location, great price, and a great person overall. I highly recommend Randy.
I have been a student of Randy’s over the last year and HIGHLY RECOMMEND him for Guitar and Music Theory Instruction (he also teaches my 8 year old son). I rarely write testimonials or reviews, but am doing so because I personally use and value reviews to help me make good decisions and thought this might be helpful to someone considering guitar lessons.
I have played the guitar for nearly 40 years—mostly by ear—as such, my mastery of the guitar never improved much and I certainly did not have the technical skills or understanding of music theory needed to play lead guitar.
1.Randy is a GREAT teacher (emphasis on GREAT). I have known teachers that are master’s in their field, yet unable to teach, connect, and creatively help a me a student grow my ability and understanding of the subject. Randy’s resume of formal education, live playing/gigging, recording, and teaching experience with a wide variety of students has really helped me improve as a guitarist and ensures that I understand a topic before we go to the next one. Lastly, Randy allows me to record (audio and video) on my iPhone so I can remember an explanation or watch him demonstrate something that I need to practice at home which really helped when out vs. trying remember “how did he do that?”
2. Adjusts lessons to my goals and current ability-One of the things I LOVED about my first lesson was how much time he spent to get to know my goals (e.g. play lead, shred!) but in understanding where I was at. Randy quickly went through a variety of questions and tasks (e.g. play a D minor without looking at your hand etc.). Just because I could play a lot of chords well, he did not want to assume anything which I really appreciated. As a teenager I took 8 lessons at a local guitar store and spent most of the time trying to learn Rocky Mountain Way (I am dating myself)—but I never learned the names of the strings on a guitar. What a waste of time.
3. Fun and Focused on Me-On our first day Randy ask me to compile a list of 20 songs that I wanted to learn that he could choose from—what a concept and it sure beats learning to play Rocky Mountain Way. Since Randy also teach my son, I appreciate how he creates homework for us that allows us to play together (e.g. 12 Bar Blues). Like Randy, I grew grew up playing piano as well which he uses as a point of reference when learning theory or playing the guitar.
4. Lesson’s deliver a great balance of topics over key areas in each lesson. Whether learning a new song, working on technique, or learning theory, the lessons are always interesting and leave me wondering how did our lesson go by so fast.
5. Location/Convenience-Randy’s studio is in downtown Fayetteville, has free parking behind his building, and is located near many great restaurants that I love (e.g Vetro 1925, Damgoode Pies, Taste of Thai and Petra Cafe are on the same street as his studio). I also like the fact that his studio is intimate, high tech, and not located in an instrument retail store that can be noisy.
Fully recommend him as a teacher–RANDY ROCKS
p.s. Randy is very affordable. I almost didn’t put this in the review because after reading it, I was concerned that Randy may raise the price for his lessons!:)

Great studio experience. Darren’s very professional and positive, which really helps when you’re trying to create the best art you can. I’ve worked with him and his awesome staff for years and just finished a double-album, all of which we videoed. I also feel he’s helped my creativity in performance.
Talk to him about what you want and he’ll work with you and your particular needs. I need quality engineering/recording, open collaboration and good energy to record at my best; that’s what I found here.
Wow, words will not do justice, if you’re fortunate to play music, go here to get her tracked Amazing, so clean and endless possibilities of creativity.
I’ve recorded two songs here. Darren is awesome and has a very nice place. Highly recommended.
Terrible quality mix and master he will book you then say he errored and not get you in
