Bought a drum set for my son, and they were really helpful. I’m definitely going back if I need anything music related
Helpful, great prices!
Beautiful establishment! I told them I was just browsing to burn time and they gave me a grand tour. Super friendly folks with a great selection!
Extremely helpful and friendly. Beautiful shop. They added a additional area January 2019 ish with a great guitar room and piano area.
Guess you’re not open until 6pm…
W H A T ?? I can’t hear you !! Lol. Yeah it sounds good . ha ha .
Terrible service. Always regret spending money there because of the service.
Customer service is absolutely awful. The rudest staff I have ever had to deal with. They are so pompous and rude I am sad I gave them my money. If you aren’t knowledgeable about music DONT GO HERE, the staff is terrible to customers who don’t know music. I would recommend taking your business elsewhere or just shopping online. Not one member of the staff is nice and helpful, worst musical experience ever!
Some nice people working at this store, but unfortunately the guitar tech with the beard is so rude, egotistical, mean, and basically the opposite of customer service, that I would not be able to make any major purchases from this store. I certainly would not let them lay hands on any of my instruments. Fine if you want some strings or picks, but if you ask for a serious recommendation, you will likely be insulted rather than given any useful help. Unfortunately for the owner, guitar techs at any level are hard to fine. If you don’t like your job bro, quit and get a new job, it’s nobody’s fault except your own. Music is a social hobby, so maybe it’s just not for you.

Great music store with good selection of instruments and supplies, great place for lessons
Helped me out with snare wires and a new snare head in my time of need. Thanks!
World class!
Nice music shop. Friendly staff.
Very cool place. Very helpful.
Nice guy working the desk. Nice store too.
They should stop fixing taylors or pretty much any guitar. I spent over $600 bux to fix my $900 bux Taylor there. The guy advised to change the whole fret arm so I did. Spent almost 400 bux just to have to take it back not even a week after cause It was so stiff af already and just to have this guy blame it on me cause I didn’t humidify it. so a 400 bux fix can’t even take a week. I call BS. One thing is to be a good guitar player another is being a fella who thinks that can fix TAYLORS. Please DO NOT ANYMORE! You certainly don’t know what you are doing!
had the same problem as James, double booked guitar lessons… with an hour drive to get there, it was a complete waist of time and money
Store itself is very nice. Teacher wasted my time on a double booking. Should probably charge him 30 dollars for the hour he wasted of mine.
