Nice place to stay and will come back
Only went into restaurant did not stay in a room. Food was excellent. Our waiter was very kind. Loved the soup..warm u up on a chilly day.
Great sized room and continental breakfast was nice; we were happy to use the fitness room as well. The cafe also had a great selection of food from greek to italian pastas.
Like the workers not the customers
Very weird haha
Nice place with a nice staff. Rooms could use some update and improve on the clean aspect. Overall, still worth the price paid.
Beautiful hotel in Denali!
I liked the place until I came on the night of July 7th/8th. The bartender Ryan was extremely rude and extremely slow. Wasn’t even that busy and he acted like i wasn’t there. Shouldn’t be behind the bar. Maybe sweeping the floor and cleaning the bathrooms.
Ordered 2 orders of wings, 1 salad which was disgusting and 1 order of wings to go. Was there forever. The waitress was a sweetheart but service was painful. Wings are delicious though. Wish we’d ordered more.

Jason was awesome! He gave the best service I’ve ever had. Thank you Jason!!!
Thank u to Thad for the amazing service!
Jay was the man at the outdoor bar. Great beer, food and atmosphere
Not very busy on a Tuesday afternoon. Seated without a wait, but took more than 45 minutes to get our food. Disinterested server. Also told us burger could be cooked medium even though menu shows medium well. She was going to confirm, we told her we would order something else if it couldn’t. She didn’t come back about it and the burger was a hockey puck. Other meals — yak burger, buffalo meatloaf, chicken flatbread — were fine. No desire to return, however. Maybe the beers would make it worthwhile?
Not what you expect out in this neck of the woods. Fantastic staff, great food and homey atmosphere.
The atmosphere of this brewery is incredible, but it is a total tourist destination, complete with large cruise ship buses parking outside. While the beer and food were really good, the service was very slow and frustrating. It’s extremely loud and difficult to carry on a conversation with your friends. I would go once to say you were there, but I don’t care to go back. BEWARE, this place adds a “service charge” to each bill in addition to being high priced AND expecting a tip!
Every year it gets a little worse. 5 years ago it was amazing. Then they started changing the menu and tonight the portions were terrible and the food was just ok. All three of us left wondering why we bothered to drive 45 minutes to eat there. I won’t do that again. I’d rather eat at home.
Nice staff. Really I must say they are very nice. But….the martini wasn’t great and the lackluster food mean we won’t be back. For the HIGH price I would expect better. Very sad.
