Awesome knowledge and experience here at this spot!! Excellent, High Quality Products and services make this sound shop GREAT!!
Spoke with the owner on the phone and he was such a nice guy! Once we went into the store he was very knowledgeable! So glad we were able to shop local! We will go see him again if we need another instrument!
Great help
Has wht u want and some good deals
Of you need a wired connection for audio equipment they have it.
Stop purchasing from this stores because of his arrogant behavior also he is very unprofessional.
Beware!! I had the worst experience at this music shop. These folks are thieves and the customer service is terrible!!! If I wasn’t a firm believer in the word I would sue the pants off Electro Mart. I feel it my duty to at least warn you others…Spend your money somewhere else!
Not open during posted hours- close at least an hour and a half early on a Tuesday.

Great place to pick up some equipment and a great convo….love bill and staff , cheap prices too
Always great
Great place with helpfull staff I’ve bougt all my gear from there and they’re great
Had a hard time trying any of the basses or bass amps….nothing was even plugged in…..had to run extension cords all over the place . Then the basses and amps were so crowded could not move to even try the gear out. Didn’t feel like rerunning power to the whole department to try any other amps out. Shame would have tried more gear out….but just wasn’t expecting to hook it all up myself. Sorry guys you lost a sale….take ten minutes plug In couple bass amps everyday instead of sitting out smoking…..dude you know who you are….you shut the door on my wife as you went back in after your cig break….seriously….Shame store has potential
This place is very small and crowded with goods. Most of the things are for those who really want to rock out. Lots of amps and electronic equipment and electrified instruments. Very little acoustic. The photos you see on Google maps don’t quite represent as much what you see in the store because it looks from the pictures like there’s more acoustic than they’re actually is. But the staff seem to be very good at helping customers make decisions.
#accessibility accessibility is poor. There is a super steep ramp step to get into the store and then it’s crowded inside. My friend on crutches with a large service dog had a difficult time getting around inside. I had a small guide dog and found the quarters very cramped. I’m just mentioning this so that people will be aware. Next time I go in, I will leave my guide dog at home and use a white cane to navigate.
The vast majority of the store has everything for electric instruments. There’s a little teeny acoustic room in the back which is so small that you barely have enough room to turn around and certainly not enough room to change your mind. Again mentioning so the people know what to expect.
Nice enough staff. Lots of good inventory.
Unfriendly staff
Dropped a guitar off for the owner to look at. He told me over the phone he’d give $150 for it and only a few hours later when I came in to get the money he prints me a ticket off and hands me $100. I reminded him that wasn’t what we agreed on and all he said was “that’s all I can do unless you want me to undo the transaction”. Not good business in my opinion. He lost a customer over 50 bucks. :::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::
And now he’s calling me a liar. This isn’t some story I made up when I was bored, it actually happened. Remember the guitar was dropped off so it could be appraised. I don’t enjoy writing bad reviews but this one was earned.
Dropped my guitar off before Christmas was told it would be ready 2nd week of January. Called 3rd week was told not yet. Called 1st week of February was told it was being repaired. Called 4th week was told it would be ready today or tomorrow. Still not ready. Called March 2nd was told still not ready had not started on it had no idea when they would start on it or when it would be ready. Then the smart ass says if I am in a hurry I could just come and get it he did not care.

I just visited Palmer Music Co for the first time today. I have to admit that I was very impressed with their customer service and pricing. I brought in a Squier Telecaster to trade in. The gentleman that facilitated the transaction was Clay. He gave me a very fair amount of store credit. I used it to purchase a 15 watt Blackstar amp that was very reasonably priced. I would absolutely recommend purchasing any of your musical needs from Palmer Music Co.
The people here are way nicer than the previous owners (jacks music) those people were condescending!
My daughter takes voice lessons there and LOVES it. Very family-friendly environment and the instructors do a lot to build self-esteem. There’s also a nice lobby for parents to hang out in.
Usually busy because they’re good at what they do!
My guitar was in for repairs for about 4 months. Almost no communication was provided about status of the repair work. It’s understandable with Covid making it difficult to have parts shipped, but the lack of adequate communication was uncomfortably disappointing. I don’t blame the young individual who was working on my guitar, but rather leadership who should have provided direction on appropriate and timely customer service communication. It doesn’t matter to me that it would have taken considerable time for repairs. But the lack of communication stating that due to a backlog in parts, and it was just a waiting game, would have been enough. A 30 second phone call every couple of weeks or so to advise a customer that no progress has been made is better than nothing…it would have been enough to have left my guitar there for months longer. The ironic thing about all this is that I really like the store and the people at Palmer Music, so I will most likely continue to purchase my music supplies from them and I hope my experience there was a one-off….
Talked to Joey in the store today. He took some time to help me plan for an upcoming purchase for our church. They have a large selection of all kinds of musical instruments and they do lessons, as well. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Highly recommended! Thanks, Joey!
Went in expecting to buy a new guitar on 01/26/2023. The man behind the counter was very unfriendly & unhelpful.
I found one I wanted to buy but I just didn’t really want to give my money to a person who didn’t know how to smile.
Another employee walked by and was even more emotionless than the other guy. I left feeling very unwelcome.
I will not be back.
Go to GUITAR CENTER instead (you can actually have FUN there).
No waiting to check out. Clean organized store, great customer service
Truck parking spots at this store. Makes it easier for us truck drivers to get groceries. Store seemed well run and stocked
Just like every walmart
Was a quick stop seemed bright & clean no issues
Workers are very plesant especially Marsha White
One stop.
Already have
Automotive Department was inept in getting my spare tire from the underside of my GMC Jimmy. Had to problem solve and do it myself. They couldn’t find an air valve stem remover, as the tire was simply awkwardly wedged in its up position. I deflated it with my screwdriver.
It’s Walmart, that should say it all

Muy bonito y bueno
I have bought 17 klipsch speakers over the past 2 years and this year I file a warranty claim for a 6 month old speaker that failed and they do not respond. One month of submitting tickets and numerous emails and NO RESPONSE. I’ll never buy another one of their products.
