Top Notch place for music lessons Mrs Guido is a very experienced teacher and Great with kids. this place has been in the business for over 60 years where else can you find that. Ive met so many people there that took lessons when they were kids and now bring there own kids in for lessons.5 star rating hands down

Don’t order photos here, order wasn’t ready plus the way this guy cut them was just worst than a kindergarten kid playing with scissors! I had to reorder the whole thing in a different store!
They close their pharmacy earlier than advertised. I have shown up 10 minutes early and the pharmacy and closed. I’ve even pulled up to the drive thru early and was told they already closed out the register and there is nothing I can do. You can’t clock out, so why not stay open? What is worse is the person in front of me got their medication. That means they checked him out, counted the drawer and closed it out in.. 10 seconds?
Manager does not know coupon policy!

Excellent customer service at the pharmacy here. I fill my prescriptions here often and haven’t had a bad experience yet. Specifically, the pharmacy technician named Zach is always very attentive and fast at getting my prescriptions. I have been to other Walgreens where the technicians have been slow and rude. Even though this Walgreens is not closest to my house, I prefer this location over any other.
Thanks so much to the staff today for putting my Pennywise Chia pet aside for me. Really appreciate the accommodation so late in the game AND in your busiest times!!! You rescued my godsons Christmas and he will be so happy. Heya, Corporate! Give these ladies a reward, please!
System was slow that day but same girl usually in the morning very friendly and nice. I’ve had issues before with this location but things have been looking up,even when she has a line she stays positive which is important! Definitely Improvement made
Pretty much everything I need I find here
Visited several times between Fall 2018 through May 2019 for a variety of wuick stop sundry items. The clerks were polite but have never had used the print store or the Rx. Often the line for check-out if crowded and am not sure of evening or later night hours.
I called 9 times to check and see if I lost some keys. They would not answer the phone!
They are robbing people with every purchase.
I get an email stating 5000 rewards points, valid today thru 1week at 12:02pm. I had a prescription to pick up so I arrived at 12:23, clicked on link and it said I had already redeemed it. I asked the manager about this, she said nothing she could do about it. I bought additional items with advertising 3000 bonus points in big letters, come to find out that you must buy 2 in very small size font. This form of marketing and signage should be stopped, very deceptive. You’re tricked into spending money you didn’t intend to, and not getting your so called rewards and loyalty.
HORRIBLE PHARMACY! MY HUSBAND HAD TOO COME BACK 2 DAYS IN A ROW AFTER THEY TOLD HIM TO GET A NEW PRESCRIPTION, WHICH HE DID & DIDNT FILL IT AFTER THEY TOLD HIM IT WOULD BE READY FOR HIM THE NEXT DAY. KEEP IN MIND WE’VE NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM AT ANY OTHER WALGREENS PHARMACY.

I recently purchased several items by phone from GC main call center. Had a few problems during the process. But with the help of Mike and Emily, I was able to get things back on track.
Mike has gone far above and beyond what was expected to help me. Mike has worked closely with manager Emily Shevlot from the Guitar Center call center to fix the problem.
Emily Shevlot has also gone far above and beyond what was expected. Emily returned all phone calls and emails in a very timely manner and spent a great deal of time researching to fix the problem.

Rude employees that act like you are bothering them when asking a question about anything.
They sold me a used guitar pedal without the right equipment. I was very displeased and it ended up costing me my show at a venue.
They used to be SOOOOOOO MUCH better. This location used to have the best keyboard selection I Chicago. Now it’s just a bit lame. Plus they get really fussy wen you try to play the drums. A while back I was about to purchase a set and wanted to test something out. Dude told me I could play on the drums. I ended up leaving and buying some pieces off of someone else.
