This place is BLISS! I love all the crystals and I immediately got goosebumps when I walked in. This place is legit and has a great energy and vibe.
WOW. This place is amazing and the owner is so sweet!
Nice detection if stones. Some beautiful large pieces. Something there for every budget
I love this place! I can never go in without buying at least one crystal. The prices could be a little easier, but the whole experience is great, the manager is really informative and friendly, and the whole energy of the place is very calm. Definitely recommended
This place has alot of crystals and some other items as well. We only come here when we go to Gilchrist blue springs as we don’t live in town. I feel compared to where I live some of the items there even the small crystals are expensive . The place is beautiful . But I’m always searching for the cheapest of things while I’m there just to take home a small item from our trip. If you’re looking for big big crystals this is your place to find them or stare in awww over ❤️. We’ll always come back when in town but too expensive for us personally. Maybe people in high springs have a higher pay grade than my town. But either way you should visit even if it’s to look at the beautiful pieces.
A bit over priced as compared to other shops I’ve been to.
I’ve listened to that advertisements on the radio forever. I drove from Gainesville. They were closed due to the virus. They should include this in their advertisement the sign on the door included a phone number. I called it and it rang and rang and rang. Then I drove home to Dunnellon. Very disappointing
It was ok. Crystals were extremely overpriced. I can get 1″ amethyst clusters for $1 from a whole seller online. They wanted $15 for the same piece.
Over priced and rude! I am so sorry if we disturbed you be entering your business to purchase items!
He, the gentleman, couldn’t be bothered to help us…so we left with NOTHING WHEN THERE WAS AN ITEM I WANTED WITHOUT A PRICE!
I GUESS IT WAS TO DIFFICULT TO GET A PRICE???

Bennetts is a great local store and the family is very nice and will go out of the way for you. parts guy however is a smug moron with wise comments and is the most unhelpful individual i have ever encountered. the only reason i can see them keeping him around is he must be related. if they replaced him they would do much more business as he has no likable characteristics and is NOT a people person
Great place, local and friendly
If you need to buy a tool or something small great little place. Unfortunately the repair shop is beyond horrible. They lost a weed eater I needed repaired, about a year ago. I wrote it off due to it not costing me to much. I recently dropped a mower off with them almost a months ago. I was originally told it would take 1 1/2 weeks. My wife called at the 1 1/2 week mark, and was told only three people ahead of us. Fast forward another 10 days, i was told five people ahead of me. About a month later mower never got fixed. Needless to say the repair department is horrible. You can tell the moment you walk in, it is disorganized, archaic system, and need of a manager. If you need something repaired go to Jack’s small repair. I am all about giving my money to a small town business. Unfortunately I will never go back.
Have been waiting for a simple O ring kit for over 2 weeks now. After popping in 3 times I decided to leave my name and number and still no call. Was told they were on order. Showed up on the following Monday. With no order placed. Was sent to Jacks up the road who were unable to get me the O ring I was looking for even thought the parts person here called to make sure. Ive wasted some much time and gas for a $5 part I just ordered online. Would of loved to give the locals my business but seems they don’t want it.
Took my generator there to because it just quit running. They said it needed a new fuel tank and new carb and would be very costly. That opinion cost me 45.00 for nothing. I just brought it back home. The tank was fine and I replaced the carb , 23.00 and it still didn’t run. Upon pulling the valve cover I found it had too much valve lash and the intake pushrod had popped out of the rocker arm. They never even looked at it! In short in needed no parts. Just a rod installation and valve adjustment. Never again will I go there. Update: I reinstalled the pushrod, adjusted the valve lash and it cranked up instantly. Time involved, 45 minutes. Parts, 0. And they wanted hundreds of dollars. I’ll never set foot in there again.
4. Music Junction
Address: 14515 Main St, Alachua, FL 32615 , High Springs , Florida , United States
Music Junction is the only place I will go anymore for any kind of instrument need or questions. The owner is extremely nice and helpful. Very knowledgeable people. They have repaired several instruments of mine, guitar, banjo, violin, resonator guitars and mandolins. I have used other places in Alachua County and the surrounding area. No one even comes close to the work they do. They can make something look like it was never broken. I have also taken lessons with them. Very nice pace and instructions, I learned a lot and now play with a band. Best music store around, period.
Great place to take lessons from great teachers!!! Stop in!!!!
They have a wonderful, laid back, friendly atmosphere. Some of the music teachers can often be found in the main store room jamin’ together. This is a great place to learn to play a musical instrument.
They checked out my musical instruments for me, and told me yes they would make nice gifts for my grandchildren I was really appreciative.
thank you, Music Junction.
I got a great like-new guitar here, and I love it! I asked for a certain feel and playability, in a certain (low) price range, and they found me the perfect one! They even fixed it up for me (usually a paid service) for free. The owner and employees are really nice, and the store has a family atmosphere. I do wish they had more selection of items, but they will order pretty much anything you want, so that makes up for it.
I never thought I’ll get such a horrible service and attitude. Would never step into this shop and certainly discourage anyone from visiting it.
Lack of professionalism and client orientation.
Driven by money and greed.
Overprice and not professional work. That’s what I experienced, and I learned my lesson to trust my guts when, in the beginning of the discussion about the work that should be done, I heard the comment. I asked to defret my bass and asked how much it would cost. The answer was 150$ ( another place I asked $80-90, but I could not do it immediately. Also, the location was less convenient for me), Leon asked $150 for defreting , because he will have to remove the string !!!! Of course, you have to remove strings. It’s part of the job. When I checked the bass, which I just got while checking it at Leon’s shop, I realized that I also have to change the electronics and pickups. I asked Leon if he could do all the jobs before November 1 because this is when I’m flying and need the bass way way before that. He agreed.
I gave him a bass on Sept 5th. I got electronics a month later on Oct 3rd. Nothing was done by that time. The bass was just lying there.
When we were discussing defretting, he said he would refill the empty frets groves with wood and asked me what I want dark or light wood. I asked for dark. In the end, he felt it with an epoxy and did a sloppy job. Part of the frets aren’t filled with epoxy.
Electronic weren’t salder properly and when I explained what the problem was and asked him to resolved it he replied that he spend already so much time on my bass and can’t fix it immediately and I have to wait until the middle of next week, knowing that I’m flying in the begging of the week and can’t pick it up because of my work. On top of that, the setup of the bass was horrible. The action was at maxim height it can be. When I mentioned that, he replied that he didn’t want the string to touch the fretboard !!! What kind of noncensence? On top of that, he accused me of being dishonest with him about the date I need my bass. I still don’t understand how.
I paid him in full what he asked me when we had a deal, fulfilling my part of the deal. I paid $380, and he reminded me that it was $390( which I forgot) .
I was so frastreted and didn’t want to deal with this greedy man.
Until the end, I was keeping hope in my heart that he at least would ask to pardon him and reduce the price, but there was no sorry, let’s fix it or something. He doesn’t care.
Overpriced, poor selection, and very poor service (an employee was ridiculously patronizing to my friend’s teenaged son). Several acquaintances have voiced similar experiences. I will never go back.
