I was impressed with the person who answered the phone it is very difficult for anybody to understand me because of my disability but he hung in with me and in less than two hours I had what I wanted
Thanks for the generosity, appreciate the look!
Good place to learn how to play an instrument.
Friendly staff, but they didn’t have much of a selection of instruments.
Poco surtido
Good service
When picking up a repair, they had someone working the counter who didn’t know 1) where my guitar was, 2) if and how I could test it, or 3) how to work their cash register system so I could pay. The employee said they didn’t really know anything and was just covering, but they had to phone a supervisor 3 times get information and the pick up took way longer than expected.
I get it, folks are busy, but if an employee is covering during opening hours they should have some base line of training… right?
Also if you’re gonna pay this business money for something, make sure you have Zelle or venmo since that’s what I ended up having to use, and don’t expect a receipt!
They also lost the little screws on the backplate of the guitar, and since they don’t do repairs on site they couldn’t replace them when I picked it up and said I’d need to pay 10 dollars and do another repair.
All that to say, the guitar does work and sound good though, but I doubt I’d go here again if there are other options.
Love this shop. Great customer service and really nice people here. You won’t find customer service like this in the big mega stores. Highly recommend.
Very helpful but need cheaper price on some clarinet reeds.
Nice people and very informative. Prices are reasonable and a good collection of instruments.
Very helpful and nice place
Worth’s place to buy. Instrument the guys are so rude we want to buy a violin we get to the store and my daughter touch the violin and the guy start screaming at us do not touch! so just walked to the door and said thanks
They used to be a good guitar store …they just have guitars with little amendings available . Out of stock mostly . New ownership made changes. So i go to giitar center or sam ash now
This is a sham company. We rented a sax from them on a rent-to-own contract. We paid the required payments to close out the account and they concocted some charge of $400 plus $500 in admin fees saying that I never actually finished my contract. However when we took the instrument back to them and they scanned the serial number the sax had already been taken out of the system. They have now filed a mark against me with the credit bureaus for $935 and I have already paid $5000. This is a joke company that absolutely takes advantage of people who need instruments. BE VERY CAREFUL AND READ YOUR CONTRACT! The first instrument you rent may not qualify for rent to own and they will not tell you!

They have really good discount prices on Labor day weekend, the staff is very friendly.
Great service.
Credit/debit card machines were down the day I visited
Lessons for my 6 year old guitar enthusiast have been great. The instructor’s patience is commendable
Great place not only for music but selected electronics and accessories
Zero stars if I could for a terrible corrupt company that hides FELONIES of their employees and hires them!!! This company should go out of business!! I recommend no one to enter a store of this company!!!!
If its not in stock, you can forget about having them order stuff for you. Their computer system is terrible. I took my business elsewhere. I had the same luck at 3 different locations. I took my business elsewhere
Went here to look at trading an old amp I had laying around for years and knew I wasn’t going to get much for, I mainly was just looking to use the discount on the trade in and trade up for a small amp for bedroom and hotel use while on tours. I had a friend whom is a fairly well known electronic producer, playing main stage for countless insomniac events and was treated HORRIBLY by one of your “pro” audio associates when he was looking to upgrade to some CDJ-NSX2 controllers. Not our fault you have some amateurs that come in and turn everything to the max and leave it that way. Next time, be nicer cause you missed out of a nearly $5,000 sale of two CDJs Guitar Center of Lake Forest took advantage of due to your extreme lack of professionalism. I was happy with Gary who helped me with the trade in on my cheap gear, but the other guy I will from now on avoid at all costs. I don’t want a penny of commission/GP going to him. I used to be a department manager of guitar center(before the dreaded “phase 3”) and I would have made sure that employee was reprimanded accordingly. Next time, dont judge a book by the cover. The only reason I’m not giving 1 star is cause Gary earned you another. No wonder this store has the reputation it does.
In a world where you need service and repairs on musical instruments, you want a place you can trust with your (or your loved one) instrument. Up front with their estimates, constant contact with you during repairs, and a great warranty are just a few of the reasons you should contact JKEAA!
these guys are great
extremely helpful and do nice work!
Not only do these people do a great job of repairing musical instruments, but your instrument comes back cleaned and polished! Excellent technicians and prompt, friendly service makes me a dedicated customer!
8. A Sharp Services
Address: 1525 Marlborough Ave STE B, Riverside, CA 92507 , Highgrove , California , United States
Dan and his son are so nice! They are very professional and treat every instrument with care. They also have a really cool new way to remove dents from tubas and brass instruments without even taking them apart. I give an A+ to A Sharp.
Great staff, great work, highly recommended!
Totally professional shop. Not sure why someone gave a bad review but I have brought my pro horns and student models to Nick and his father for years. Top notch and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. You can’t go wrong with A Sharp. I have been playing brass for 37 yrs and this is my fav shop!!!!!
The worse shop I have ever been to…Had to take my instrument to another repairman to undo the sloppy work….Nick is a nice guy, however, his work is sub par….father has attitude…so beware! If you are a professional, stay away……
Consulted with the owner of this company on Sept. 20th, regarding repair of my violin. Agreed to a reasonable quote regarding cost and time, $140 and two weeks for restringing the violin and bow, repairing the pegs and replacing the tuners, left the violin with them that day.
I have not heard from the company since.
I have called four times, and visited the storefront once {today, four weeks since leaving my violin} the shop was not open, despite it being their published business hours, and I haven’t heard from them since the day I left my violin with them.
I am furious and want my violin back. This is not an appropriate way to run a business. I could understand if something had come up and they had reached out to me, if there were a delay or an illness, and they told me it was going to take longer, I’d be entirely happy to let them have the time they needed. If something came up that the repair would cost more, and they communicated that, I’d be pleased to agree. This lack of contact, and non-availability makes me wonder if I’ll ever see my instrument again.

Boyyyyyy!!!
This place is dope !! Super nice vibe . Really professional. And he is very very good at what he does . I 10/10 recommend. I will not be disappointed
Quality
This studio is well worth the pay!! Been rapping in the city for about 10 years i will definitely be back the quality is amazing and the sessions are very good vibes shout out producer D!!! See you again bro..
~MrTaz~
Good studio if you looking for a chill vibe could use more space if you plan on bringing friends
Bomb
They said in the package online they would auto tune my vocals and they never did! But I suppose that’s my fault for not speaking up about tweaks. The mix sounds a little boomy when blasted on full, but other than that it was a pretty good job and a good bang for your buck! They nailed my bass and piano solo like pros though!!!!!
I had a good experience at the actual studio but afterwards it was a mess. It is very hard to get in contact with somebody, as in an actual person, most of the e-mails seem like automatically generated e-mails and no one ever actually answers the phones. Based on my experience they’re not very good at mixing singing vocals and I have been trying for over a week to pay for extra editing because i was not satisfied with the first few attempts, but their pay portal on their website is not functioning correctly and they refuse to believe that the issue was on their end. No one was rude or technically unprofessional, they just make it very hard to communicate and get the results you want for your music. Very disappointing, i was hoping to be able to use this studio regularly but it is very much a hastle doing business with them. I do not recommend.
Very Unprofessional… Learn the Entertainment business and hire respectful people that think about what they are saying before they open their mouth. Cheap studio, but it’s not worth it. save your money!
Did not answer phone calls or text messages only wanted to communicate through email.tried to sign up for services didn’t work. They keep asking for money when asking question they keeping giving the same answer. Went to the studio rang bell and called they refuse to open door only responded through email. I don’t think this company is ligit.
My daughter Destiny has wanted to play piano forever. Finding a teacher was very hard until I ran into a friend who told me about Daniel. Patience, kindness , but the most important thing was she needed other things beside the piano. He helped her with math feeling good about herself. She currently is playing 3 songs and is very happy with herself. He is a very good teacher and now a friend to our family. Yeah for Daniel.
It was a real pleasure to attend the annual Meeting Extravaganza . Additionally, to see each student showcase their musical progress and talents was memorable! Moreover, the joy of the faces of friends and families as they listened to their loved ones performances was truly a delight. I look forward to the up coming 2019 event to see and review further progression of each student! Congratulations Mr. Bryant on your Keys To A Brighter Future Annual event. May next year’s event be equally as successful as this year’s. Respectfully, Rita V. Powell
I love the fact that instructor comes to my home. We discuss all the financial requirements before agreeing to services, so I can budget myself. I wish all.kids could.have lessons. It builds self esteem and brain function. Watching the children play at the annual recital is a joy. So happy they choose their songs so there is a great variety.

By far the best shop with the coolest vibe in town. I definitely recommend to come check it out
This place is amazing to visit and shop with a variety of vendors that each have a different style specialty.
Employees FANTASTIC they were very friendly as well as helpful. I didn’t have my mask but grabbed some pics as well as eyeballed interior. There is a great dining room table that would be great for a
Easter family dinner..I look forward to watching this local owned business grow ..
BEST OF LUCK TO THE HOLOGRAM HOUSE
I brought a $80. Dollar Ceramic cat checked out no damage brought it to front counter. The owner wrapped it in news papers and put in box. I purchased my items from her B4. She never wraps anything. She sells!!!!. To Find out the tale was cracked. I’ll never shop at this place again she cracked it packing and still sold it to me.

Very cool instruments, and they let you try it and have fun
I buy musical instruments for my grandkids and I deal with Justin most of the time. Good service.
Had a great experience buying a dj controller and headphones
No waiting to get helped. Very informative so I could make a sound decision.
Nice place
Big place and I like it. Despite that it lacks many nylon acoustic guitars, some important keyboard workstations and arrangers in addition to some electric guitar brands. Lack of staff who can help.
Trash! No dj gear looked bad
I had a terrible sales person every time I went there and even complained without recourse. Rude salesman.
Purchased $2500 in Dj equipment from Guitar Center.
Repair guy here broke one of my guitars. The guy is on drugs and is a hack. Don’t go here unless you have some spare opiates or meth otherwise he will ruin your guitar. This is not a joke, he honestly did this.
