I go there quite frequently, staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. You can get some good deals once in a while.
I really like the place. They have nice people working there and started giving lessons too.
Dehumidified acoustic guitar room is just so cozy to hang out for few songs when I go there.
If you catch a deal you might get cheapest gear too.

Terrible customer service
Guitar Center nice clean but white guy manager isn’t very nice. I guess because I am Asian American. Bought a used Bose l1. Didn’t like it returned next day. He is Not happy and ignored me when I asked for listen to others speakers system. I stood there waited for 15 minutes. I walked out. Not going back there. Okeechobee center is more helpful and nicer. Less White I guess.
Never busy but very disorganized with schedulings and appointments. There is definitely a lack of common curiosity when it come to calling customers when schedule changes for lessons.
I ordered several music boxes as gifts for loved ones. I am extremely pleased with the craftsmanship and quality of each of them. They are lovely and sturdy and the melodies play beautifully. They will make unique and special presents, and I’m excited they arrived so expeditiously! Thanks for such great products.
These are fine craftsmanship. The details were impeccable and the painting you wont see bleeding or going out the lines. The packaging will show attention to details. Each packaging is customized to the individual music box. Just wished you can pick and choose the songs that goes into these..
The first music box I ordered was such a hit, I ordered another for her big sis.
Loved all the music boxes. They are well done and imaginative. My only problem is getting to the website to order more. It will never make a connection.
The music box was delightful. My wife really like it. I only downgraded it because a couple of the small nails holding the ears and such in place came out. Fortunately, I was able to find them and reinstall.
It’s a cute music box but I was disappointed that it was made in China when their customer service rep told me it was made in Taiwan.
