Horrible service. Fast okay food
Nice clean MacDonald’s. Crew was courteous.
Typical MCDs. Went in to eat. It is clean. They messed up our order a little bit, but quickly fixed it.
I waited at the drive through for over 10 minutes and no one ever took my order. When I drove forward and asked if I could order at the window instead, they told me no.

Great coffee and muffins . So inviting and comfortable atmospheres.
Good coffee and friendly staff
I’ve been there twice… It’s Starbucks coffee, so, lots of choices and an interesting place inside, although both times I’ve been there, no one is in there? Friendly service, location is a bit more edge of town.
Neat little coffee shop nestled into the sleepy town of Highland, IL. Not officially a Starbucks but they serve all the SB drinks and food items. Not super convenient hours but definitely a good find in a small town. Cool atmosphere and friendly staff.

Beautiful flowers sent to my sister on short notice! Loved their service! Thank you so much!
Went in for a last minute wedding anniversary floral arrangement. They took my desires and price range and had a custom built floral arrangement for me to pick up in less than an hour.
Great place to meet friends, sample some wine and relax!!
Went for a Friday wine-tasting. It was a fun atmosphere with live music, and the selection of wines was well-picked.
Second time I ordered and paid for an arrangement and the receiver did not get what was ordered. They are making money on not ordering what the customer was believed was ordered. And the females there don’t care about making it right. Go somewhere where the owner/employees care about the customer and not leiing to the customer. Don’t go there.
I just spoke with the lady by the name of Gloria I could have it wrong. She was so rude to me and told me look you have one minute its valentines week. All im doing is trying to conduct business with her. I’m fighting for autism and im fighting for the funding that the state is cutting back on. She didn’t care at all and continued to talk as if I was asking for a handout and I wasn’t at all. I will never do business with her and im going to let everyone know in the area not to patronize that business. She also let me know that she was one of 3 shops in the area and wouldn’t provide me with the service I asked for because they don’t like to do it to the particular flower that I would own.
Called in advance asking for help identifying a house plant that I had for ages. The lady that I spoke to was very nice and stated that someone could help me but to wait till the afternoon because they had an order that was rush. After about 3 hours I went in and the lady I spoke with earlier, instructed another lady to help me. In my opinion the second lady felt put upon and treated me very rudely and didn’t care about my situation at all. I left feeling like a disposable piece of garbage. I am a man, and I really don’t like to ask for help- – -maybe this is why.

Took a while for a server to get to our table, but she was friendly and did a good job. Our food took a long time to come out, but she acknowledged it and offered us a round of drinks, so that was appreciated. We were disappointed that the stuffed chicken special ran out so quickly, but the sweet & spicy shrimp were very good.
Bar and grill
Good food, first time I’ve been in the place in years. Did a good job remodeling the place.
Love this place. But Saturday night we went in and social distancing was non-existent. Tables were close together. Bartender didn’t have her mask covering her nose the whole time, neither did another employee. People were allowed to walk in without masks at all. That was all rather disappointing, and scary. You’d think businesses, who are being hit hard by the pandemic, would be doing everything they can to not have another shut down. I’m sure other businesses who are making a real effort are furious at those who aren’t. We sadly won’t be going back here until the pandemic is over.
