One of the cleanest stores and organized with friendly service.. Nice
Great place, great prices.
Good customer service
Not really different from any other Walmart.
Better selection than the 1 on Riverstone Pkwy, but this 1 is WAY more pricey even on the things they have the same for sale. . .?
Good
With the increased food prices, having only one door open (now you have to walk the entire store if you only need something from the pharmacy or dog food), and constant empty shelves. I can no longer recommend Walmart. It is easier to to use a traditional grocery store or Aldi. Check there website for availability before you come.
This store is always out of everything and I am always forced to drive to stores further away to get what I need.
Poorly managed.
After digging through the strawberries for a couple minutes, I thought I found a container without any moldy ones. Low and behold I get home and find mold on the ones I purchased. This has happened a few times. But hey, at least this Walmart has plenty of cashiers
Great music store but even better people! Dave is like a member of the family within minutes of meeting him. Not one of those members that wants to borrow your car or money, but one of those that would give you the shirt off of his back. They have amazing teachers and their prices are very affordable.
Great experience buying a new guitar here at a great price. No pressure and answered questions.
The best place to go for music lessons in North Georgia, and unequalled stringed instrument service and repair (they have a supreme luthier) and can also get your amp serviced! A wonderful atmosphere, where you will feel right at home and you will get friendly, honest and fair dealing at Donley’s Music. A visit to Donley’s is always a pleasure.
Very friendly.
Very friendly staff and they will buy your instruments at a fair price.
They were very nice.
I tried to buy ernie ball regular slinkys and they put ernie ball super slinkys in my bag while I wasn’t paying attention. Poor selection of accessorys.
Very nice people at first, but I feel that I was treated well when I went to consign my items. I wasn’t called when they were sold, I wasn’t consulted when they lowered the price of my items, and when to collect my money, I saw on the receipt to pay me more than I was given. Dave is a very nice guy, I’m sure all the teachers are great, but I wouldn’t try to consign anything through them again.
Bought a guitar from them. Took it home only to notice that a string’s intonantion was off and the neck was too straight. Took it back for them to fix it only to find that they didn’t fix it at all. Took it back a second time and asked them to fix the intonation only for them to, once again, not intonate it but merely tried to tune it. Ended up having to intonate it myself.
What does it say about a guitar store that can’t even intonate a guitar properly given two opportunities?
Perfect buying experience. Rod responded personally to emails very quickly, even in the evening and on the weekend, and was very helpful. The website notified me when the pedal I wanted was in stock, and so did Rod personally. And once I purchased it, he shipped it on the same day, and it arrived in perfect condition. It was a perfect shopping experience. I will definitely be back. Thank you!
Great transaction, super fast shipping. I wish the shop had a bigger inventory,
I haven’t actually bought anything from them yet. I did text Rod and he was very attentive to my text. I expect these guys are a first class act.
Pop in for strings and things, capos, even have some quality mid grade instruments and amps
Ponier Music has been a very helpful source on knowing and understanding musical instruments ever since they first opened. Even though I have never bought any of their great assortment of musical instruments, I have bought accessories that have served me very well over the years. They not only have great instruments for sale but they have great advice and great prices. The staff are dedicated to solve your problem and they are happy to help. And, even if they don’t have the best brands, they have the best instruments from beginner to the most advanced. They offer lessons as well. At Ponier Music, I feel like that they know that music matters. And, most music stores are not that dedicated enough like how Ponier Music is.
Management really cares about treating their customers fairly and making them satisfied customers. I will definitely stop by when buying my youngest his new band instrument.
I had a bad experience getting my guitar setup and felt like I had been scammed. I was immediately contacted and offered complete compensation by the owner herself. Wonderful customer service. When I went in to get my compensation I also made a new friend. Thanks so much, Ponier!
We acquired an electric guitar and amp from a neighbor and David got us up and running for almost nothing in less than 12 hours. Great customer service! Thank you.
We had our two kids take guitar lessons for over a year. We made our kids attend to stimulate their overall learning capability , Since one of us travels for a living we at times canceled a session ( in advance ) and always paid fully for canceled lessons , no questions asked.
Our kids are straight A students, justifying for us to pay for lessons “wasted “ as no show.
However we decided to end guitar lessons and asked the owner to discontinue charging us over and over again. The manager / owner having bad organization and people skills ignored and intimidated my wife after we finally filed a claim with our credit card company.
Further more he stated that he would only give us OUR money if we delete a bad review. WE DID NOT WRITE A BAD REVIEW AT THAT TIME.
I inquired and asked for a call back on multiple more occasions but no response.
Our music instructor was great but left him for a probable reason. So if you are a common sense kind of a person do not expect much in return in that area. 200 dollars “taken”.
A few decent music teachers but the management needs improvement.
The owner charged me for items I didn’t purchase and kept my credit card on file without my permission. She said they refunded me but I never received a refund. I had to call my bank to have the charges reversed.
10. JAWS GUITARS
Address: 111 Mountain Vista Blvd #135, Canton, GA 30115 , Holly Springs , Georgia , United States
Pro owner, Pro equipment. Great prices and the only pro store in town
Stopped by with my wife and son who is interested in playing a bass guitar. We were greeted by Jim (owner) and he immediately directed my son to go and play a bass guitar while my wife and I talked with Jim. He was very professional and it did not seem like we were talking to a car salesman. He was very informative and made us feel very comfortable, we decided to buy the guitar and felt the price was great. I would recommend JAWS for all your musical needs. Thanks Jim….
Awesome shop! Huge inventory! Guitar repair! The owner Jim knows virtually everything and can play the heck out of the guitar.
Great sound equipment at reasonable prices compared to the big box music stores. The gentleman, who I assumed was the owner, was very knowledgeable about everything musical.
As a store, very, very little selection of amplifiers or guitars. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and not at all uptight about customers touching and trying out the gear they do have on hand. May be better as a place for repairs and maintenance, but cannot attest to that.
Jim, the owner is well informed and super friendly. A pleasure to speak with. Inventory changes often. Fun place to to go exploring.
I needed a setup for my Gibson Les Paul and decided to give Jaws a shot because of their overwhelmingly positive reviews. I dropped of my guitar and told the luthier that I was experiencing a lot of fret buzz. The turn around time was very quick and I was able to pick it up the next day. I was told that there would still be some buzz based on my attack, which seemed like a cop out. I asked if there were any high frets and I was assured that there were none. I took the guitar home and played it to find that I was still experiencing buzzing even when strummed lightly. I pulled out the fret rocker to find that several of my frets were high despite what the shop told me. Overall, this was a waste of time and money and I’m very disappointed with the level of service.
11. Canton Music Shoppe
Address: 149 Reinhardt College Pkwy #11, Canton, GA 30114 , Holly Springs , Georgia , United States
Amazing customer service! If you’re selling they’re buying and their prices are honestly fair. My son loves his lessons and is learning quickly. Very impressed with this place.
Beautiful store, great selection of instruments and friendly, knowledgeable staff!
Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Always been fair in their dealings with me. I wish them long and continued success. It is good to have them here.
Great staff. Very friendly. Prices were great!
Terrible. I got my guitar fixed there and they did a decent job with it. But customer service is awful, you can’t touch anything, and you have to be quiet, and theres not much to look at anyway.
Customer service said it all as I walked out and heard the guy comment to another store employee that people who can’t play will blame the guitar. If my playing was the problem, he could have been the solution in helping me figure that out instead of being snide, patronizing and rude, or at least he could have waited until I was gone. Needless to say, this long time customer will go elsewhere in the future. UPDATE: I went to Guitar Center in Kennesaw where my son and I were listened to and treated respectfully. We were thoroughly assisted with patience and great advice; bought a new guitar and perfect traveling case. Will definitely continue to shop there even though it’s a bit of a drive.
Owner (I assume (wears glasses)) is arrogant and unfriendly. When purchasing strings, I asked what guage and web he recommended for my purposes. He looked at me and answered as if I was an idiot for asking in the first place. Strings were $5 more than I can get them online, so next time I will wait on them to come in the mail instead of supporting a local business. $17 for elixirs. Unfortunate.
Tyson did the music for my daughter’s wedding 3/31/18. He was awesome. Thank you Tyson the music was wonderful.
Our HOA hired Tyson for our community event and he was awsome. He communicated good before the event, showed up early and knew how to work the crowd. We will be using him again.

We miss you in Massachusetts! The kids are doing well with their new music school. Thank you for “jump starting” them. It was such a solid foundation and we’re very thankful for it. Best of luck to you and we hope you keep up the excellent work!
We were lucky enough to have Lisa as our piano teacher for one year before she moved away. She instilled a love of music into my 5 and 7 year old. They also had their first recital with her. She made piano lesson for then with prizes, games, and chalk art. We miss her so much, and know all her new students are so lucky to have her!
My daughter had her piano lesson with Lisa and she loved it so much, I’ve seen her progress every week and more engaged with her lessons..

We have purchased from here and we also get lessons from here. The instructor is awesome and the staff is always friendly and ready to help. Not a huge selection but they do have plenty to get you started out they can order what you need. When I drop my kid off for lessons it’s a perfect time to get groceries in the Walmart.
People were very helpful and thorough when explaining how to rent the flute I needed for my child’s school. Knew what they were talking about in the way of different instruments and went out of their way to get me the right instrument.
Good service and very knowledgeable
I would NEVER recommend this place to anybody. I preordered a guitar through them a month in advance. When i went to pick it up, I was informed I wouldn’t be receiving it for 6 more weeks. I immediately had them cancel my order and I ordered it online and received it in 3 days later. Fast forward 2 weeks and Music and Arts CHARGED ME FOR MY GUITAR ANYWAYS!! Will never be even walking near this store again.
Went to this location to rent a Cello because that is where the school told us to go. Despite calling to confirm they have every size Cello available, upon arriving, I was told by the Associate that she does not have anything to size my child for a Cello. When I told her we were sent to this store and if she can’t help us we would have to find a store that could, she said she was sorry that she could not help us and allowed us to walk out of the store. Will not be renting or buying from this store ever!
They helped purchase the wrong size violin for my daughter the first time in person. Then when I ordered a 2nd one on the website they cancelled my order without even letting me know. When I called them I was told there was nothing that could be done.
