My daughter needed a Guitarron for High Marachi Band. David and Anthony made sure my daughter got the right size. Anthony also replaced the strings on her 6 string acoustic guitar and made it sound new again!! We found our permanent instrument shop!! Shop local!
The customer service here is pretty good.
This place came highly recommended from another music store. They do everything, but they are the master off woodwinds!
2. Sam Ash Music Stores
Address: 14200 Beach Blvd, Westminster, CA 92683 , Home Garden , California , United States
Great shop. We worked with Steve and he helped me find the perfect guitar to get started on.
Helpful associate.
Wide selection, what with it being a chain. For those with a good deal of disposable income, even if you can play….
I went there to look for a tenor sax. The salesman was knowledgeable and helpful. There was a strong push toward the Cannonball, which are decent but not that good.
They were not able to fix the intonation problem on the Martin DM that I bought from them.
only came here once and it left me with a negative impression. I was browsing the pianos and testing them out but this dad and his kids came in and started creating a huge ruckus. They were running around with the stroller, yelling, mashing the piano, and playing with synthesizers very loudly. I know the employees noticed but not once did they bother to try telling the father if he could get his kids in check. They were almost running into people and even my mother with their stroller. The employee kept helping the father with selecting a piano but didn’t even bother to try stopping the chaos that these kids ensued. I’m hoping I can have a better experience there because so far I still like Guitar Center over Sam Ash.
The Guitar repair is a rip-off. I had my jack replaced which was supposed to be $10 but it cost $26. The part is only $6. The guy who worked there should be fired. Don’t go to this place.
3. Morey’s Music Store Inc
Address: 4834 Woodruff Ave #576, Lakewood, CA 90713 , Home Garden , California , United States
It’s my go to music store. They installed all the strap buttons for all my ukuleles. They install that on the spot all the time. I’ve also sent a few of my ukulele friends at Moreys.
Just got back from my first trip to Morey’s Music and I’m very impressed. I just moved to downtown Los Angeles after growing up and going to college in the midwest, so I was surprised to not find many music stores selling sheet music/scores in Southern California while searching online. As a professional collaborative pianist, I have to buy a wide variety of music (voice, instrumental, opera, etc.) and they had a great selection. I bought over $300 of scores and wished I could get even more from their fantastic selection. Plus, they had a section of 50% off music that had some good stuff as well. The service was friendly and helpful, but not in-your-face, which I appreciated. They greeted me and made sure I could find what I was looking for, and then let me browse (without lurking over my shoulder.) I saw them helping people who were unsure about what they needed and they were very knowledgeable about repertoire and printed music. After going to the JW Pepper warehouse in Norwalk without much success, it was nice to see a store that actually caters to students, amateurs, AND professionals. I saw they had a huge inventory of string instruments, music stands, accessories, cases, etc. as well.
I absolutely love Morey’s Music. Everything they do is at a fair price, and the people that work there are very knowledgeable and honest. They won’t tell you that you need something done to an instrument when you don’t, or vice versa. They also recommend people to teach lessons, and sell and rent almost any instrument you can think of. There’s a reason Morey’s has been around for more than 80 years now.
Very nice selection of wind, string, and percussion. All of your music student’s needs are there.
Nice friendly store
Good attention
They didn’t everything wrong. Intonation was wrong and set up was inferior. They put the right strings on which is basically all that was right. Took longer than they promised and didn’t bother letting me know it was done.
I don’t know what to say about this place but it’s been one of the worst places I’ve ever been to and the prices are very high plus they treat you very rude
Not knowledgeable about guitars!! They use to be great.
4. The House of the Band – Music Store
Address: 325 E Main St, Barstow, CA 92311 , Home Garden , California , United States
My son loved his guitar lessons here. Ever, the instructor, is so patient with children and does really well to help them learn. I definitely recommend going here for ANY of your musical needs they do it all. They are THE BEST!!
Mr. Eber is very knowledgeable and helpful!.

5. Guitar Center
Address: 20 City Blvd W Suite 907D, Orange, CA 92868 , Home Garden , California , United States
Te atienden muy bien y si no sabes lo que buscas ellos te ayudan para que el cliente se vaya satisfecho
Great place.
Not great service
There are not much collection so I went out from there just 5 minute after. Reason of I think like that is I used to visit hollywood guitar center.
i left my jackson floyd ross there for repair 4 times by now the first 3 times the repairer never bothered to ask what tuning i wanted in and it broke every time which is why we lost 60 $ each time just for a set up the 4th time the guy asked me what tuning i wanted it in ended up the same way broken with gauge raised up high as i tuned it in the way it was supposed to be tuned the guy acted all cocky acting like he knew what he was doing the second time he never bothered to call when i left my number there to ask what i wanted it in he never called and as i walked with my parents in there they werent even working on it during those four days and we had to come back the next day overall this store is a complete waist of your time i wouldnt recommend coming here
Brett had the worse customer service, cannot believe he is management.
I’ve been to several guitar centers and this was definitely the biggest disappointment.
Unorganized , indifference , and lack of initiative is what Brett had demonstrated during my visit.
Please try out any other guitar center .
Purchased a guitar that had what they told me was a “police hold” on it. No big deal, I can wait. The date it was supposed to ship came and I called them to make sure that it shipped. It hadn’t. They said “don’t worry it will ship today!” Ok, I thought. No big deal. I called them back 2 days later to see if it had shipped. Nope. A girl who seemed to be in charge told me “we are going to ship it today and we’ll over night it so it will be there tomorrow” got off work and went straight home excited to see it on my doorstep. Nope. Called ups to see what the deuce, they had no record. I called the store and talked to the “acting store manager” and he literally told me “I’m not sure what to tell you man”…. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?
6. Music Go Round
Address: 9163 E Stockton Blvd #310, Elk Grove, CA 95624 , Home Garden , California , United States
great deal ! excellent bongos! great interaction with this store !
Super easy to deal with, answered my questions almost real time. I think I got a great deal on the Gretsch Lap Steel guitar. I was in “Like New” condition. Very happy with Music Go Round and will shop with them again.
Fast shipment – no hassle online purchase. Thanks, MGR!
Nice guitar. Fast service and shipping. Thanks!
Prices too high.
Ordering was fast and easy. Delivery was prompt and the saxophone I ordered was well packaged/protected. The only downside is I had to order additional items because of a missing clamp for the mouthpiece and Reeds.
Bought a Saga Masterclone banjo from here. Neck was loose. Would not tune right. Took off the neck and put it on right. It still had buzzing and intonation problems. Tried adjusting it out but no go. The banjo has a great tone and I wanted it to work. I was assured that the banjo was ready to play before I bought it. Took it to a shop to find the problem and was told the truss rod was stripped out. I already suspected that. Let them know and no answer. They knew this was defective but sold it anyway. My order number is #M142824. Beware. They won’t stand behind their products. If it’s good when you get it fine. If it ain’t, your screwed. I would give them no stars.
Called to get shipping price on an amp and was told that they don’t like to ship amps and it’s in store pick up only. Really??? You won’t hear Sam Ash or Guitar Center say that. They are happy to ship and take my money.
You know it was an awesome store when it first opened owners gotten greedy prices are too high now they’re marked up at least 30% more than what the normal prices used to be yep the owners got greedy I know he’s picking them squires up bulk dirt cheap and he’s selling them for about 50 away from full price and beware buyer beware all their used fenders are stamped they say used they stamped the head stocks with a metal stamp
7. Music Go Round
Address: 944 W Robinhood Dr, Stockton, CA 95207 , Home Garden , California , United States
Friendly staff and a great selection of cool used guitars and amps
Greatest music store ever!!
Awesome store with great service. Always find the best gear here
Do not purchase from this store! (see update below)
I purchased a product online and was told that it would be priority shipped via usps (1-3 days). I called each day to ensure they had actually shipped the product ande the staff outright lied to me. The product did not even leave the store until 4 days AFTER They lied and said they shipped it and was not shipped priority.
The product was ordered in PLENTY TIME to arrive on time for the event but because of the employees incompetence and outright lies the event was ruined.
**UPDATE**
After speaking to the store manager they were able to provide a partial refund which considering the situation was a reasonable offer. I have made this a 3 star review as there is clearly still an issue with the way staff handle shipping though I think that this will probably improve with some training and better internal communication.
I’ve been buying gear here for years. They make sure to have a knowledgeable staff to help out with music gear for people just starting out in the music scene. I now work there, and have much respect for my co workers and management who contribute to our local musicians.
Always something different.
A lot of old equipment, over priced. Staff is decent. Tim is a guy that runs the store. Brought in 1700 dollar mixer and was offered 250 and had the nerves to ask for the original box.
Tim seems as he run the business with feelings instead of customer service so I’m not sure if it’s good for the franchise. Complains about old equipment he has but want to low ball you on equipment that you paid Top Dollar for.
Was told to leave equipment at this location and come back. Came back to a blown sub……. I never write comments but I’m waiting on the response so I can further investigate.
sort of like the GameStop of music stores ,snobby and off putting attitudes as if you are gonna run out with some merch.
Music go round sells used and abused equiptment at nearly list price.they take advantage of strugling musicians
8. Tim’s Music
Address: 6818 Fair Oaks Blvd, Carmichael, CA 95608 , Home Garden , California , United States
Jim at Tim’s is stellar. Great customer service. He found what I needed. My son is playing the Sax in the back garden. Ty!!
Very helpful, informing and friendly staff
Scott is amazing. Great staff and beautiful showroom!
Amazing selection of band instruments and excellent knowledgeable and friendly staff!
Nice and knowledgeable staff
Lots and lots and lots of gear here. If you’re looking for anything for orchestra style instruments, they probably have it, Great way to try things on for size. Good, high quality instruments.
This would be zero stars but a plug is warranted for John Doolittle’s sax lessons at the store of which I availed myself a couple of times. Zero stars involves me taking my alto sax there for repair. It’s over 50 years old but has had some restorative work done; fairly significant when I started playing again regularly about three years ago and more minor work several months ago and again following my unpleasant experience at Tim’s, the former by Kline Music and the latter by The Music Store in Rocklin. The guy at Kline is particularly known for his competence. The purported lead expert on reed instrument repairs at Tim’s told me my Selmer Mark VI needed a $1500 complete overhaul and they wouldn’t touch it for any lesser amount of work. The guy in Rocklin then fixed it for $65 and it plays just fine, as it did before it started acting up shortly before I took it to Tim’s. I played in church today and was complemented on my tone by their music director, who is a school music teacher and fellow owner of a Selmer Mark VI. An instrument in need of complete renovation obviously could not produce such a result. I got a different feel from the store than I did when I took lessons from Doolittle at the old location. Maybe they’ve bitten off more than they can chew financially but they’ve certainly lost my business.
I have purchase and rented instruments here before. This time, five different staff said they would help, apparently what I wanted was not in stock and instead of letting me know, all left me waiting. After quite a wait we decided to leave. Someone caught us leaving and took our number to call and figure out how we could get ahold of the instrument. That was over 8 weeks ago, my phone never rang. They’ve lost a loyal customer.
9. Mo’s Fullerton Music
Address: 1109 E Commonwealth Ave, Fullerton, CA 92832 , Home Garden , California , United States
Larry is awesome for guitar lessons. Staff here are friendly and very helpful!!
Love this place. I like going through the vintage cymbal stands and other vintage drum parts and drum heads.went by thair today what’s going on.the windows have papers on them are Thay closing?
Mo’s has the most helpful, personable staff of any music store I’ve ever been to. I’d much rather spend money there than at Guitar Center.
They have sold the building and are moving to 1105 e Commonwealth fullerton. Great moving sale this week.
Closes too early. Should close at 8PM.
Such a great music store. Staff are always friendly and helpful.
Stopped by to browse the store, had never been before. The guitars on display were supposedly new but were completely scratched. Besides that, they have the WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. I was being followed around and when we tried out one of the guitars on the floor display, they accused us of taking it from behind the counter. If you don’t want people to play or test equipment, then don’t have the amps plugged in with cables available on the floor. Super rude. Get off your high horse.
Bad customer service. Once I went to buy a box of clarinet reed and I asked for a box of vandorens but cashier just kept offering their own crappy brand. Totally was not happy about that. On top of that, I asked the dude for a bass clarinet reed and I found out I bought a Barri sax reed. This store is not recommanded
Sold me a fender guitar hanger for $21 that’s $8 on Amazon.
Oh it was also broken but they don’t accept any returns, for any reason.
This is why local shops are going out of business. Step up your game guys.
10. Hobby Lobby
Address: 1760 W Lacey Blvd, Hanford, CA 93230 , Home Garden , California , United States
I want to buy a tambourine got the one that perfectly fits what I needed for customer service was outraged I love this place full of artsy people
Great help with finding my tone.
Gotta love guitar center. Decent stuff for entry level to intermediate musicians.
Good services I would go again
Fast and friendly I was in and out just like a robbery.
No one offered to assist or answer any questions
Their entire Violin section includes 1 bow.
I ordered a used item from this GuitarCenter and explained how I needed it on a certain date or otherwise should plan around the available arrival. I was promised an on time arrival and the expedited shipping was also covered. Sounds great so far!!…..Well the day it was suppose to ARRIVE at my address I call and they say it was JUST SHIPPED!! I was told “we couldn’t find a box for it because of its odd shape” (1u rack mount)…?? So it took them almost 3 days to “find a box”!!?? And also just disregard anything I said about needing it at a certain time. I end up having to cancel overdubs and it screws up my weekend of sessions and work. Seriously!!?? I don’t have time for this careless crap! Don’t rely on this GuitarCenter for anything other than patronizing, careless, underpaid employees who hate there jobs…
Make a visit and see for yourself.
12. Guitar Center
Address: 23811 El Toro Rd A, Lake Forest, CA 92630 , Home Garden , California , United States
Left a poor review years back. Have had great experiences since then. It’s a quality guitar center.
If you are in need of a new guitar, come here! I was roaming around the store, unsure of what to buy but also nervous to ask questions about what to look for, luckily Andrew P graciously helped me the entire time! He walked me through serval models, and played a few of my fave songs until I actually figured out what I wanted! This is my new go-to spot for my guitar needs!!!!
Great selection and customer service. Thx
Great selection of all types of musical gear for beginners to professionals.
Sells instruments
Been going to guitar center for the past 15 plus years always got good service and prices ….
went into the Guitar Center off El Toro. Needed drum head replaced. i waited at least 15 minutes and still no one to be found so I gave up and walked out. 2nd time this has happened at that location.
Worst customer service. Went to get a mic and some new equipment didn’t get acknowledged. Was waiting for about 30 mintues and nothing. Employees were at the guitars and talking to each other. How do I know? Because they were all wearing black shirts that looked similar to each other. Im pretty sure it wasn’t band. That’s why I don’t buy anything but always go there to check out the items and them shop online. Much better service online
NEVER order online from Guitar Center. I ordered 6 sets of stings, it took forever to ship and they sent 2 sets. I’m done with this place, period.
13. Big Lots
Address: 150 S 11th Ave, Hanford, CA 93230 , Home Garden , California , United States
Clean store, friendly service, variety of store goods..
Good selection, always stocked, customer service is great. Furniture sales are unmatched. And they honor sales price when they are out of stock
Good prices, brand names n good selection of products
I usually raid the clearanced food section of BigLots, but God forbid you arrive 5-10 minutes before closing as they will lock the door on you. I’m usually quick in and out, but it took nearly 3 minutes of yelling through the door before they finally let me in to glance over the clearanced items.
Lately, the clearanced food selections haven’t been great nor the prices. Usually, whoever prices it, used to price it down quite a bit, but lately not so much.
The Hanford BIg Lots is well organized, clean and tbe staff are helpful and friendly!
Lacked in merchandise items but greeted by friendly employees
Its okay
Store isnt the same anymore unorganized
The store is dirty, overcrowed, and its way overpriced.
14. Geddes Music Brentwood
Address: 625 1st St, Brentwood, CA 94513 , Home Garden , California , United States
This is my favorite shop. Super nice folks, really make you feel at home. Knowledgeable, excellent service, just all around awesomeness.
Friendly and well stocked music store, central location for the Brentwood area. Some gems of guitars, too! Nice stuff.
Awesome staff, great prices, wide selection of guitars and other instruments new and used. Go get some strings or a guitar or something. Gotta support your local music store
Nice local music shop, helpfull employees and good product
15. Berkeley Musical Instrument Exchange
Address: 2923 Adeline St, Berkeley, CA 94703 , Home Garden , California , United States
Dude was well spoken on the repairs I needed. Super grateful ha
Really friendly place with lots of acoustic, classical, and flamenco guitars and other stringed instruments like ukulele, tres, Cuatro, mandolin, violin, banjo etc.
Nice little used instrument store. Really neat to see the workshop visible in the back.
16. Music & Arts
Address: 504 S State College Blvd, Anaheim, CA 92806 , Home Garden , California , United States
Renting instruments from here. Good to work with them
While it is not a large store it is amazing because of the service and people.
I could never get a low E sound out of my Saxaphone. I brought it in for a couple of pad repairs and Frank worked on it. It has never sounded so good. He did a great job and I won’t take my Sax anywhere else again. Paul
The employee who helped me was the best ! She asked me right away if she could help and she stayed within my price range. I got a pretty cool gift for my friend! Good quality stuff.
Quick trip to pick up a music stand. Went to the main desk, and the young man pointed to the area where all the music stands were. Found an adjustable stand that came with a bag for a reasonable price. I’m surprised that they only had pink or blue, no black. The young man, after taking care of a phone call, quickly took care of my transaction. The main entrance is on the side facing the street just around the corner from the parking lot. It was boarded up (glass broken), but the door works.
prices seem high..
I have a 2 kids learning piano and guitar for 3 months and always the restroom is out of order is not fix for 3 months
This is the most dishonest, slimy business I have ever dealt with. For over 8 years we have been paying fro our son’s rental instrument. My original contracted that all monies spent could be used towards a future purchase. Now that I want to purchase an instrument, they are denying the contract exists. When I produced the original contract signed 8 years ago, they deflected to their mythical GM. But you can never get in touch with this person. Call their customer service line and deal with perpetual hold then get told they can’t hear me and hang up. Completely unethical STAY AWAY fro this business!
I will not recommend this biz to other parents. Beware. Not honest. False advertisements on flyer passed out to parents at our district music mtg.
At the store, they check your credit score without explanation and alter your price later.
Wonder if this should be checked by the BBB.
Beware, when calling the 888 number. You’ll waste your time. They keep you holding without letting you know they are closed.
17. The Starving Musician – Berkeley
Address: 2474 Shattuck Ave., Berkeley, CA 94704 , Home Garden , California , United States
Love love love! My friend took me there, he knows then to do really good biz . They take good care of him and I feel I got a great deal.
Go here. Great rotating collection of new and used gear. Find that pedal you read about online used and pay for it with the best layaway policy in the Bay Area.
These guys are businessmen. Not as corporate as Guitar Center. Not a quaint Mom and Pop store.
I sold a guitar that I’d bought for $250, but I only got $40 for it. At the time, I needed the money badly enough that I took it.
Friendly and conscientious staff when our online pickup order didn’t go through. Easy to get the strings we wanted.
COVID: The staff asked every customer to use hand sanitizer at the door and confirmed mask use. The staff was wearing their masks, though they weren’t always secured. There is plexi glass along the entire register offering a pretty decent shield during transactions and queries. A narrow store, but with the door open it felt ventilated.
Pretty solid selection – staff is unwelcoming and unhelpful. Was trying to support small business and buy here vs Amazon, but the staff didn’t seem interested in helping me or friendly in any way, and on something as simple as which drum practice pad to buy. I was hoping going in-person I could tap into some of their insight around drums & hearing protection for musicians, but there was zero reciprocating from the employee there. Even mentioned he doesn’t know drums – um, shouldn’t music store employees have basic knowledge of every common instrument so they can help customers, especially beginners who know little? Pretty disappointing for an in-person music store.
I’ll be buying online from other businesses in the future.
Wanted to stay and check out the store, but this is the most pretentious place I’ve ever been in my entire life (with the exception of one of the employees with a fro. He was cool). Lacked good vibes.
Went to buy strings/strap and the guy sold me 12-string strings. When I went back in to exchange them he handed me the correct strings and told me they were the same price (they’re not). I paid $25 for strings…..avoid this scammy shop
18. Guitar Center
Address: 18361 Euclid St, Fountain Valley, CA 92708 , Home Garden , California , United States
My gdaughter and I went window shopping at the Fountain Valley “Guitar Center” …. it is a no hassle shop, where salespeople are nearby if you need help. Plenty of hands on displays … she found a cool guitar strap … they are starting a music lessons soon
it is a sin that this should close. RIP
Helpful and professional staff, excellent service.
Pretty good experience here. My son and I just bought the drum set my husband has been not-so-subtly hinting at. The service was better than most local retailers.
Ok
Nice
I ordered my products online for pickup at this location from guitarcenter.com today. I specifically chose this store location, which is far from where I live because it said the product was available at this location. I didn’t choose it from the guitar center near me because it said “ship to store.” well I called this location and asked them how long it would take before I could receive my item that day and they said they had to ship it to the store first…. what? why would they list it as available if it wasn’t in stock? If I wanted to wait for my items and have it shipped I would have shipped it directly to my address instead of driving all the way to fountain valley to pick it up. pretty disappointed about the customer service as well. I should have gone with Jim’s music
Don’t expect a knowledgeable staff to sell you the equipment in the store. They’ll tell you to watch YouTube videos before you talk to them about it, and I did a lot of research on amps before I walked in but I was hoping to hear it in person with the gear in the store, which they wouldn’t plug in the amp heads for. I’ll buy it elsewhere like I did the last $3k I just spent. Last time for me with these characters.
Worst location ever. I lived in 7 cities in last 5 years and always shopped at GC but the sales guys here are rude don’t know product information.
19. Bellflower Music Center
Address: 17125 Bellflower Blvd, Bellflower, CA 90706 , Home Garden , California , United States
To be honest I was a tag along. What I observed was a lot of quality instruments and sound equipment. The owners & employee were very approachable and good customer service especially for taking ownership of our request by helping us look for the items needed. Which was a new wireless microphone for church.
Although random trip would be back as needed for church equipment. As well as, recommend giving them a chance for all your music equipment needs.
Also to note I believe they also give music lessons for playing a instruments.
Great helpful and kind employees
The gentleman that helped me was really nice and attentive, he helped me with my ukulele, thanks
They fix instruments and they have Drum lessons. Don’t know much about this place but the times I’ve gone it’s been good. They fix my daughters violin from time to time and give you advice on how to keep your instrument in good condition.
Bought a used bass guitar at Ash and I love my new axe. It was reasonably priced and plays beautifully. The salesman was pretty easy to talk to. They have a professional roadie service they try to sell you, don’t need it but if you’re interested give them a call.
Great customer service!
We have always found the staff friendly and accommodating. We highly recommend Bellflower Music.
I rented a pretty old tenor sax from Bellflower Music back in August for my daughter, who started on a HS marching band. I signed an agreement, purchased insurance and pre-paid for 3 months. Yesterday, I went to return the sax as the director of music and the sectional leader all complained about the sax that is out of tune and the buttons are not working. In my defense I didnt want to purchase an instrument right of the bet because I wanted to see if my daughter continues to show interest and if she is committed to marching band. As the rental was coming to an expiration on the 19th of October it was time to return the instrument back to Bellflower and purchase a good working sax. We found an excellent but used Chateau at Long Beach Woodwinds and they helped us there compare between different saxes by trying them out. The feel, the tone, the buttons…no comparison to the Conn we rented from Bellflower. I understand you rent out instruments to many people, but take the time to make adjustments and test them before renting them out. I was surprised that no testing was done when we rented the sax but when I returned it yesterday they were testing everything. No comments were done on the contract when we rented the sax in regards to the condition but they put replacement cost for the sax equal to a brand new one. In addition, they now wanted me to return a strap that they never gave us. The guy insisted the sax had a strap but we neither got one, neither the accessories issued were noted on the contract. However, he told me I can come back another day and discuss with the manager. There was no way I was going to drive 1 hour round trip to discuss a missing strap and get charged for another month of rental. He refused to accept the rental back without me paying for a strap. I saw the bin with the straps and it says $5 for a generic strap I said here let me pay you for a strap and get out. He pulls a brand new Yamaha strap and demands I pay for a brand new branded strap. Let me reephasize… no strap was given to us, it is an used instrument…heavily used…with no list detailing accessories on the contract, with an insurance purchased for missing and broken parts…and now I was expected to pay for a brand new Yamaha strap, not the generic kind. I told him I am not paying for a brand new Yamaha strap to which he again said he wont take the rental back. He ended up giving me a discount on the Yamaha strap so we can close out the issue. Bottom line for me, as far as their instrument rental services go, is do not rent from Bellflower. Go to a place that lets you test the instruments, provides a guidance on what you need, especially as a beginner, and do not give you some super old untested instrument and then demand you pay for an accessory that they never gave you. I am not for $5 but for the whole service which seems to be concentrated on renting out malfunctioning and not tested instruments and then skimming more money by trying to say something is missing or broken. The guy was testing the instrument for so long trying to find something but as soon as I mentioned that we have insurance I kid you not he said “no, everyting is fine”. Thank God I purchased that insurance. I am so confident if I didnt he would have found millions of things wrong with the instrument, an old, beat up and u tested instrument….
By phone, they give you a price, and when you get it, you raise it before taxes, they do not respect the price given. I will not go back to this place.
