Awesome little spot. Ditch the Starbucks trash and support local! Also, loved the apparel and Dr. squatch beard oil
It’s a nice small coffee place that was needed in Homedale! Ordered a special called Christmas in a Cup, and it was one of the best-flavored coffees that I’ve had in a long while. The baristas were very nice to me and the other customer that was in there. Will most definitely be going in there whenever I’m in Homedale!
Good coffee, snacks and fun unique gifts.
Cute and welcoming coffee shop! There is seating inside as well as outside. Would have 5 stars but it is pretty pricey. I understand the need to high prices but just be aware.
Nice to see a new business in town.
Ordered 2 Americanos. Super weak. Not espresso, more like drip coffee. Ladies were super nice and their bakery looked great.

We reserved two tapes. One we had a coupon for the other regular Blue Ray price. One stopped working half way through of course. People take a second to log n and tell them the tape is defective. Some may not remember the please be kind and rewind saying about VCR tapes. So be kind. Thanks
Movies ehhhh…. Bring back rental stores.
Half the screen is uncalibrated other then that it’s okay. Will change rating if fixed
4. Preloved Bargains
Address: 9 W Kansas Ave, Homedale, ID 83628 , Homedale , Idaho , United States
Good place to get what you need to keep the farm going.
The staff is great and knowledgeable. There prices are comparable with the big store on most of the inventory. It’s 45 minutes to the big box stores and my time is valuable. And I don’t have to deal with the A-holes in the traffic and the box stores.
Very personal service. Help us find everything we needed
Had everything I needed. Polite and helpful clerk.
Good customer service but their lumber is not the best
I’m still waiting for a response on a product inquiry
I just asked for directions. Don’t know them.
Doing a significant remodel we called and spoke with Summer asked for a bid on the floor package was told she’d get back to us, we called 3 times! Still haven’t gotten a return call! We wanted to support local business but can’t when they don’t have the courtesy to follow thru. Not impressed at all!

9. Last Chance Saloon
Address: 120 W Idaho Ave, Homedale, ID 83628 , Homedale , Idaho , United States
The manager and the bartender are wonderful people. I really appreciate the people there
Great peolle
It’s a place where friends meet to have a good time and even meet new people .
Cheap beer, a couple of pool tables and smoking indoors. Small town dive bar don’t expect too much.
Good drinks. Good time
Not a bad place to chill.
The gray haired lady bartender was rude when ordering a drink. My 45 year old lady was carded and not drinking.
Called there twice looking for my boyfriend who has a DUI and isn’t supposed to be drinking and they told me he wasn’t there. He came home just now and told me that they lied for him and he gave the bartender a $20 tip for “clutching it for him”. Really unprofessional considering last time he left this bar he couldn’t even walk straight and face planted into the concrete on his way home. I’m just really annoyed because I literally called there twice and she denied him being there TWICE. HES NOT TO BE DRINKING FOR A REASON.
Blond bartender- she told me she was positive he wasn’t there because she “knew everyone”. I called back after he got home to give a piece of my mind and coincidentally went to voicemail
Crazy that you’d put someone else’s well being in danger for a better tip- as a former bartender I’m shocked.
My first time in the Last Chance. We were treated very poorly tonight by the old grey hair lady bartender. She was very rude to us and after I told her she was rude, my boyfriend didnt even want to drink beer he ordered we decided to leave she followed us out the door and watched us leave.
The sheer amount of gear is impressive for the floor space they have. They don’t have some of the coolest stuff, but well, that’s in tune with the local market. Price are what they are, same as everywhere.
The staff is very friendly, experienced and helpful, a lot more so than the average big-national-company employee. That’s what sets them apart. That, and the quality of all the extra services they offer on the side, such as guitar tune-ups (which I used) and lessons (I’ve heard good things about).
Had to take my sons instrument in to be looked at. Figured out it was not repairable and the main boss was very nice and got me a great deal on the piece I needed. Will go back for sure.
Good people
Great selection pricey
Needed to get my sons guitar restrung and the associate was knowledgeable and helpful
Want to be talked down to? Then this place is for you. Bunch of old snobs.
I will never give these guys business again. In my nine years of living in Idaho, I’ve visited this store three times – one to see what it was like, and two after that PURELY out of necessity. The staff have always been rude, narcissistic, and degrading. If you don’t like a certain brand but the associate does, he will openly say why your opinion is wrong. If you say you like another music store around town (Guitar Center), they’ll question this, and practically demand that you come to their store instead. Bottom line – don’t waste your time. Their prices are higher (no matter what they tell you), and their service is abominable.
Just great

My husband needed a guitar repair on his electric guitar that he has had for 20+ish years. He asked me to take it in for him. I personally have not much clue about musical things. The guy in there was incredibly friendly and professional. He looked over the guitar, I read to him what my husband had written down for on the repair and he said they could get it fixed. About 2 weeks later they called that it was ready. The guitar was fixed and looked beautiful. My husband said they did a great job fixing it and replacing the strings on it, etc.
The people there are really nice and helpful. Super reliable store
You need to start selling a better selection of instruments again
I love d way it is
Very helpful! I called ahead to let them know what I was looking for and when I got there was pleasantly surprised at their pricing. There was no pressured sales pitch and no condescending attitude for being an ‘old’ beginner. If I’m ever in the area again, this shop will certainly receive more business from me!

This was the first time I have ever been to the tango saloon in Homedale.
When my date and I walked in I admit I was taken back at how impressive this place was.
The inside boasts a massive half horse shoe shapped flat top full service bar with large screen TV’s positioned for excellent viewing. There are wood log style tables and barstools that fill the floor stretching from one end to the other end with pool tables, a shuffle board, electronic dartboard’s, and a pin ball machine, not to forget a stage area for live music.
My date and I enjoy some excellent margaritas on the rocks. The service was great and employees were very friendly. After playing some horse shoes and enjoying the evening sun in the pits outside we decided to share a plate of Basque nachos. The nachos were loaded with Basque chorizo which added another dimension to them, they were great to say the least.
The tango saloon just on the edge of the small community of Homedale Idaho, is no joke. This place will hold its own with any saloon or restaurant from a big city. Ill definitely be back very soon.
On a side note, I was enjoying myself so much I forgot to take pictures.
Updated 2-8-22:
Staying true to the words of my first review, I’ve returned many times since to visit the tango saloon.
The tango saloon has become a favorite of mine to go and have a few cold drinks and some dinner.
I’ve yet to have a bad experience.
Update 8-21-22
Just finished eating lunch at tango saloon. Still the same great place serving cold drinks and good food.
They have the best nachos and bloody marrys ! Fun clean and friendly staff
Last year we’d work hard in the fields, go in, have a beer, some sidewinder fries and play shuffle board. Just left there for the first time this year. The shuffleboard table was very dry, they didn’t have any “sprinkles” to put on it and the sidewinder fries had no seasoning, took forever, were luke warm when they arrived and were half the quantity as last year. What happened?
It was a lot of fun, needed a few more trunks
Was really busy.. could have used more staff.
Went there few years ago and it was awesome!!!
Today it was absolutely horrible Finger steaks just about made me puke! Cheese quesadilla Was bleh salsa was terrible! Had a CHILD around 8-10 years old delivering the food!!!??? Needless today we were super disappointed
Night out with friends. Try different restaurants and decided The Tango would be nice to try. Approximately 15 people and we called a week or 2 ahead to let them know. Took orders. Food started coming out slowly. By the time we got our food the 1st to get food were paying and leaving. 1 hr.. 45 min. To get a steak that appeared to have been frozen and thrown on same grill you put burgers on. So stick to appetizers and drinks is best advice.
Only good food I’ve had are the nachos. One kind of beer that’s good and the service from the drunk kid was just ok. I love the furniture in there but it’s not for comfort
15. Rick’s Music
Address: 915 W Flamingo Ave, Nampa, ID 83651 , Homedale , Idaho , United States
Very helpful and great customer service, definitely recommend for buying a new guitar or getting yours tuned up!
Super friendly service , would highly recommend.
Rick is a great guy, and there’s always a gem or two hanging on the wall. Good prices, too!
I had Rick set up my guitar. He did a Fantastic job. Fast and reliable. One day service. I would Recommend him all who needs guitar service. AAA++++
Last Saturday I took my most prized possession to Rick, I paid to have a set up and new strings put on my Epiphone Les Paul 1960 Tribute pro. When I got it home I pulled it out and wanted to play it. I noticed right off the bat that Rick took a Utility knife or some other tool and shaved off the binding all around the fret board The fret board has gouges all the way around and the frets stick out and gouge your fret hand when you try to play it. My guitar is completely ruined! I haven’t slept in several days I’m so pissed. I in no way implied, asked for or mentioned that he do this to my guitar. I can’t even open the case it makes me so sick! I would not recommend Rick to anyone again. Rudy Rodriguez Nampa Idaho
16. Dunkley Music
Address: 513 W Karcher Rd, Nampa, ID 83651 , Homedale , Idaho , United States
Originally I was unhappy with the outcome of the service I had received. I put this in a review and immediately got a call from the owner of Dunkley music!! Mark took the time to listen to my frustrations and quickly remedied the situation, even better than I hoped or expected. I am stunned at the level of customer service, the care for the community, and the individual attention I was given from each of the employees I had contact with. I can’t say enough how impressed I am with the way this business is run. It’s no wonder they are a foundational part of the Idaho business community. Thank you so much Dunkley music…. I’m almost speechless ❤️
Best instrument and music shop in the Treasure Valley!!! I had a problem and they fixed it above and beyond what I could of hoped for. I would recommend Dunkley to anyone looking for a new or used instrument.
I love going in here, mainly for Deborah! She has the store so well-organized, and really knows her stuff. She’s always attentive (but not TOO much) and helpful. She needs to do some training for the employees in their other store!
Would not recommend. Very unwelcome vibes. Zero chill music store vibes lady just wanted us to leave the second we got ther. The lady I dealt with was rude and tried to gouge me for my money.
Very polite and nice staff. It was my first time coming in and they approached me appropriately and let me know some information about some of the stuff there. I tried playing the $100k piano and I am pretty sure I instantly became a master pianist based off how immaculate that piano is.
They were so knowledgeable and kind and helpful! Thank you to everyone at Dunkley who helped me out with my sons trumpet!
An elegant store accompanied by great customer service. It’s always a pleasure going to Dunkley’s. Thanks for help us
I enjoy DM very much. It’s so much fun to look around to see all the instruments they have in-store. They had the gift I was looking for (and then some). Someday, I’ll take those violin lessons. For now, I’m saving up to get myself that keyboard bench.
Nice location. For service, I prefer the Nampa store.
Back when Dunkley’s was in-town in Boise, I was an avid customer…they always have been professional and friendly all-in-one! They still are.
All of my musical equipment, specifically my violin and flute for school orchestra/band, came from here. And I am impressed with it nowadays!
GOOO Dunkley Music!!!
The Nampa location is great. Helpful, knowledgeable, experienced. I brought in a violin i bought, and wanted it checked out. So it was sent to their luthier, a fella called “Rand”. This dude needs social interaction lessons. What a rude, short tempered jackal. If you like being talked to in a demeaning and belittling way, have your string instrument looked at by “Rand”. If you like normal, socially accepted treatment, avoid Dunkley or, more precisely, Rand.
This would be a wonderful music store if it wasn’t for the poor customer service for the folk who come in who are judged based on appearance and/or their apparent wealth or lack thereof. I have been playing piano and trombone for more than half my life now and my daughter is about to enter 6th grade. She has tried the trombone but is more interested in playing tuba. The staff told her she was too little, that the other instrument she was interested in — bassoon — was “really rare,” [too] expensive, and that starting on a double reed instrument was a really bad idea…oh, and did I mention that she was just way too short to play the instruments she wanted? This is not their place to decide and I have played alongside MANY petite, thin, and amazing female tuba players. Staff should not provide input on what instruments myself or anyone else “should” play, nor place any limits on their customer. Their job is to sell instruments and they can do so without being condescending or insulting.
The Dunkley’s have failed. Mark Dunkley has shown his true colors as a man that does not care about Boise, his Neighbors, and open space in Boise. I encourage all to patronise Welch Music.
He(they), sold out for money. Typical.
