Stopped in on our way thru, was one of the better shops we’ve been to. Not crowded and a lot of cool finds.
Lots of antiques. Good set up. Very friendly people.
Outstanding shop. Very neat and clean. Linda is a treat and very personable. Shop is very diverse and seems to be something for everyone, from antiques to ice cream, to small town conversation. We found several finds while there. Will definitely visit again.
Great shop with lots of goodies; however, they do not wear or enforce wearing masks as mandated by state law.
Just stopped at your store – disappointed not open – no hours posted – no phone message – no way to reach you – NO HOURS POSTED ON GOOGLE EITHER – guess you just patron to locals!!

Great helpful people! I walked in to browse the selection but because of the great inventory and helpfull service I walked out with a new guitar!
Everyone is always super friendly helpful and knowledgeable.
Brought in my guitar to be repaired. I did some admittedly bad wiring and it needed to be rebuilt. Ian managed to have it done by the next day and for a very good price. Extremely impressed with this shop.
Strummed a few chords in their acoustic room and felt very welcomed by their staff.
I called in advance to explain that I needed a switch put into my bass. I was very clear to tell them it was not a stock setup. They said they could do it in-house. So I brought it in, I showed it to them and explained (again) that it was not a stock setup as my bass clearly had EMG,’s and not stock pickups. Three associates were present “listening” and said they could do it no problem. Next thing I know I’m getting a phone call saying they need to farm out the work because they can’t do it and can’t give a definitive date of completion.
When I went to pick it up they kept insisting that I said it was a stock setup it was just adding a switch. If it was that simple I would have done it myself. These folks don’t listen and then they don’t own up to their mistakes.
I’ve been doing business with them since they were located at Chambers and Alameda. I have bought some really nice used instruments at a great price from them in the past.
A decent inventory of used tube amps. Rivera, Marshall, Orange, Vox, etc. Service is OK. Fair prices.
I REALLY DISLIKE THE PEOPLE WHO WORK HERE. COMPLETELY USELESS. The older man thinks he’s on top of the charts or something because his attitude is terrible. I am always waiting to cuss him out… he might be a RACIST. Wouldn’t SUPRISE me… I can feel him and his terrible vibes. We come in, NO ONE GREETS US. We ask if they have BAND instruments, and they decide to have their own conversation and discuss BREAKS. And when you try explaining something to them, they talk with you like you’re an IDIOT. Maybe you should NOT be working with people if it’s too hard to talk to customers KINDLY. Ever thought of that? The boy with the curly hair is honestly on some type of drugs, but he was the most helpful. Every time I come here I get a bad vibe… but it’s the closest to my house, but I will have to be relocating… DONT GO HERE !!! Terrible terrible attitudes and people..
If u want a boring ass music store w the worst payout for your year, go here !
I told the guy that i never had issues with my apple card for online “purchases only” and explain him that all my purchased on this store were with this card, still he said the next time not to use that card anymore. And when I told him I even used that card on littleton store he just said that they work different. So if you guys can accept my card even after I use it in the past with you guys, then I guess I wont be back anymore. But you should update that on your online site, I never seen such thing thats after someone paid for something even with and ID shown, still dont think that payment is legit, then you dont need my money.
4. Flesher Hinton Music
Address: 5890 W 44th Ave, Wheat Ridge, CO 80212 , Hugo , Colorado , United States
Cool music store for sure. The floor guy was very helpful in answering questions about my saxophone and the repair guys were AWESOME. Prior, I took my 25 year old alto somewhere else to get repaired. It didn’t seem right so I dropped by flesher. They pointed out all kinds of neglected leaks and loose springs. It got corrected at a reasonable price and it plays great. Should have went here first.
Came in to by reeds and the F-H staff was very helpful and reassuring to my 11 year old, who is just learning to play saxophone. They answered his questions (and mine) and he left feeling much better about his prospects than when we came in. Thank you so much! P.S. Miss you on Tennyson but the parking IS way better at the new location.
Great service & fair prices
There’s parking at the new location. Really reasonably priced supplies. Not the best selection for buying instruments though. Since their relocation, seems they’re putting more emphasis on instrument repair. Still probably the best music supply shop in the area
The people employees are professional, knowledgeable, and ready to help!
As with any store like this, you can expect them to be salesmen, though they don’t push too hard and don’t avoid helping you find the lowest priced items.
The technicians are great, but I wish they had a bit more enthusiasm.
If you are testing out brass instruments or such, the practice room they put me in had too much reverb to get accurate samples, even with a recording device. I have yet to ask if they had a more acoustically dry room.
They can order sheet music and products, and have all the basics and many accessories for band musicians.
Like always the services people were just great.
Just terrible experience! Purchased a new wood clarinet 5 months ago. Found out it was cracking, unfortunately happens if not taken care of, but not in the first 5 months.
Took 2+ months to fix, when we finally picked it up, some old guy in the store started telling my 16 year old daughter about keeping it greased every six months- lecturing her because it was so dried out! Finally stepped in and told him…we bought it here less than 5 months ago…in other words, you sold an old dried out clarinet for $2000.00. Will never ever step foot in this store again d/t the service dept.
Went in to check out acoustic guitars earlier today. Got an important call as I was about to tune a guitar I was checking out and the guy behind the counter just starts blowing into some sort of wind instrument seemingly deliberately because taking a quick phone call. So I hung up the guitar and just walked out.
But the guy who welcomed me when I walked in seemed nice.
