Best place to meet your music needs on the island! Ron is the most knowledgeable and kind musician around. He can help you with whatever you need! They even have a very cool environment to look around and check out if you are just going to browse.
Great store, convenient location, essential music supplies
Very helpful
Great staff, small, friendly, and a local business. This place offers a variety of instruments. Prices are competitive with the island. Hosts musical session on certain days. Locals musicians come here to get their gear!!! Plus the owner is renowned musician!
They had what I needed
4. Guitar Center
Address: 1000 Kamehameha Hwy Suite 200, Pearl City, HI 96782 , Kahuku , Hawaii , United States
This is one of my favorite places. I live nearby so I visit here frequently enough the workers know me by name.
Friendly staff reasonably priced.
Don’t know never been there yet..
This place has been my go-to for yrs. I love looking at new gear and always love to play so check it out!!!!
I went here on a Sunday 2 hours before closing. The only reason why I gave them a 3-star was because I waited, literally standing by the check-out counter for someone to help me. There were three employees, all helping one customer. So, I did not want to be rude and thought I wait since they saw me there. After waiting for a while, I decided to ask if someone could please help me. My thing is, one of them could have asked if I needed help. I don’t ever complain about stuff like this, but giving them this review would help them with their customer service. It does not hurt to let customers know that someone will be with them after assisting other customers.
Anyway, I went here to buy a wireless microphone for my girls on sale on their website. I left with a Gemini Party Caster, which comes with two wireless microphones. Overall great system. Using it for family karaoke and worship.
Waited 20 minutes on hold just to get hung up on.
Visited 3x since opening. Initially I thought that because they were so new, the customer service would obviously be lacking. Here we are today and…things have not changed. Gonna continue to order my stuff online.
Bought books as a gift, but they ended up being duplicates so I needed to return them. They are brand new with no creases, and even with the receipt they wouldn’t take the return. Not even for a store credit. I’ve never had an issue with guitar center until today. Better off just buying stuff from Amazon if you think you may have to return it.
