Wayne and Jaimie are amazing people I am so glad I came here to buy a guitar. Wayne pointed me in the perfect direction and I haven’t been able to put my guitar down since buying it here. I am looking forward to taking lessons from Wayne soon.
Just the best people on earth ,when cloning is mainstream ,they’re going to have to replicate these folks . Truly the last of a dying breed . Love and miss being able to drop in regularly .
Not organized or communicative. This was another shop I asked for bass lessons this summer and they never got back to me despite taking my contact information. Lots of lost opportunity and time. I’ve called after stopping by in person too.

The staff was genuinely nice and understood my studio project. They went above and beyond to help out. I would buy from this guitar store again in a heartbeat.
So helpful. I emailed Mimi ahead of my visit and she’s helped me select a Makala Soprano Candy Apple Red ukulele gift for my son. Great sound and looks the business.
Great owner. So many businesses are ONLY out to get your money. These guys sincerely want people to be happy and love music. I went in wanting to purchase a first-time banjo. Daryl advised me to go on-line and purchase a cheap “starter” unit and make sure I liked it, gave me some pointers and asked me come back when I was sure I wanted to invest in a “real” banjo. Six months later I returned and purchased an absolutely beautiful Nechville Banjo. Plays great and has an amazing sound. It is extraordinary. So: Great advice to get me started, and then a great instrument once I was good and ready. You will not find better service anywhere!
Friendly staff and great customer service.
Beautiful guitars but not a large selection. I would still recommend stopping by
Closes before stated.
The man behind the counter was just awful. seemed annoyed we even came in.
Look this place should be an amazing guitar shop and it could be I’m sure they do a great job of fixing up guitars. But their selection is overpriced Chinese and I was given not even 1 oz of hospitality from the guy behind the counter. Kind of felt like I shouldn’t have even been in there, very weird. I don’t think it’s possible he’s the shop owner because that personality doesn’t get you far. Friendly woman that works there offered me a little tour of the back facility but was rejected by the rude man behind the counter even she was thrown off by his bitter demeanor. I wasn’t even going to dare ask to try out one of the guitars. Key West is not 100% Friendly
