I’ve known Bill Ingalls for years and he is definitely the best repair tech in the business. Over the years his work has helped thousands of customers keep their music playing!
I have used Bill Ingalls for my personal Hammond organ repair for as long as I can remember as well as church organ repairs. He gives 110% and has saved me money along the way. Best organ repairman ever and great customer service.

Has been a pleasure Everytime I go there.Keep up the great work. Thanks Kenny
So glad I found this place. I have an acoustic Fender that I had been struggling with playing. Kenny was able to set it up properly. Right action, right strings. So much easier to enjoy now!
Great shop, owner is very nice and knowledgeable!
The previous owner Bill treated his customers like family until he sold his shop to a bunch of crooks, I needed the new owner Kenny to put new strings on my guitar and he could not even do that right because my strings broke one after the other and when I asked him to restring the guitar he ordered that I’d have to pay him for the strings again and re-installation and when I asked for a refund he said “Absolutely not, because this would’ve never happened with any of my other customers” I asked “why are you doing this?” And he replied “what are you going to do about it?”
I’ve been coming here since I was eleven years old and the Rhodes have always met my siblings and I with a smile and created a great environment for us to learn our instruments. Now I am a music teacher and it gives me great joy to able to pass on the love of music that they helped to grow in me.
My 19 year old autistic son takes guitar lessons here and they are wonderful with him. I also have an 8 year old grandson that takes drum lessons here and they are just great. Highly recommend Rambling Rodes Music.
Best music school! Teachers are absolutely wonderful. My daughter is learning guitar and keyboard, and has learned so much very quickly.
Must Say Tripp was amazing not only does he know his guitar brands but when out of his way to making sure I left the store completely happy making this Samash my go to store for my music needs, thanks Tripp!
I am a professional musician from the Cayman Islands with limited time to come to Florida and deal with my equipment needs. I have been able to trust Brad and Rick in Tampa to handle everything for me during the past fifteen years, and they have never let me down.
Very nice people

They need more flute music & accessories in stock.
Highly knowledgeable staff. Although I had to wait a bit.
Good selection of gear….horrible customer service….
They charged $64.20 to change the strings on a guitar, this charge did not include the cost of guitar strings. The guitar did have a Floyd Rose, but $64 is abusive.
My son goes for drum lessons. He seems to enjoy it & likes the instructor. However, I’m not impressed with the staff that work at the store. Never seem to be that busy but difficult to get someone to take payment for his lesson.
My son in law plays beautifully but hadn’t played in years because the piano he had was so out of tune. i had called a couple of other tuners who made appts and didn’t show up. Then I called Don. he made arrangements immediately and was at my son in law’s house 2 days later. and what a fantastic job he did on a piano that BADLY needed the attention of a true professional. We are all grateful for Don’s expertise and professionalism.
Don Kulak has done extensive restoration work on the two grand pianos I own – an early 1900’s Steinway Model O and a 6’ Bluthner of similar vintage. The work consisted of replacing the bass strings and all of the action parts on the Steinway, and voicing and regulation of both pianos. Throughout this process Don proved to be a knowledgeable and skillful craftsman. Having dealt with numerous piano technicians in the past in my career as a professional musician, I was particularly gratified by Don’s attention and willingness to listen to my input, and his patience and creativity in achieving the desired sound and touch quality. Don has an exceptional ear, and I found his tuning and voicing to be superior to most others I’ve had done. Overall, Don was a pleasure to work with; he was punctual, returned my call promptly, and was always willing to make an extra visit if any further adjustments were needed. I am very thankful for having met Don, and would highly recommend him to anyone who cares about the tone and feel of their instrument.
I recently acquired an antique Steinway grand that had its action damaged in transport. After other piano technicians attempted to fix the problems the situation persisted and in many ways the problems worsened. Don Kulak of Soundcraft Piano was able to focus in on the source of the trouble and methodically went about correcting the many defective parts of the action, including a very successful reregulation. I had been so discouraged that I was ready to abandon the instrument, whose sound I knew would be very satisfying with the right adjustments. Don was perfect for the project, and I would recommend his technical and tuning skills to the most demanding musicians.

14. Music Matters
Address: 4112 Little Rd, New Port Richey, FL 34655 , Keystone , Florida , United States
Great place for music lessons and to buy instruments. My guitar teacher Kevin is a great teacher. Very patient. My daughter’s violin teacher is wonderful as well. I am very glad I found this place. Also, to all those that play guitar left handed like I do. They have those available. I highly recommend this music store.
Music Matters is a great place, my 14 year has not been there a year yet, but he enjoys going and JR his trombone lessons teacher is great with my son.
Awesome service n selection
More of a place for music lessons than a music shop, but does include a variety of guitar equipment although a bit pricey. The cashier wasn’t too personable, however a friendly and knowledgeable gentleman (could have been an instructor or owner) helped me choose the best pick for my guitar.
Edit: Owner offers whole string change for free. 1 star to 3 stars.
They charged me 5 DOLLARS for one guitar string change. My E string broke and they previously replaced it for free so I bought a pick holder for my guitar. So I came back, and thought I might buy some picks or something if they did it for free or for cheap again, but then the guy at the counter says it would cost 5 whole dollars, 2 for the string, 3 for tuning and setup. The tuning and setup took 30 seconds.
Go somewhere else for string changes or learn it yourself. That’s what I’ll be doing.
Great Instructors. No pressure, ample space and knowledgeable staff! Great place for lessons!
My daughter joined the band at River Ridge and this was the store that they recommended to purchase her instrument I did purchase her instrument over a three-year time. Making my monthly payments and then four years later I come back after it’s paid off try to return it or sell it back to the music store we purchased it from so that another student could potentially use this instrument and learn how to play it. The owner of the store says he does not buy instruments back. So now this will just sit in my closet for years to come. Thanks for passing on the knowledge to other children. I guess Music doesn’t matter!
Very overpriced. Music matters is a very stuck up environment and they treat their customers like imbeciles. We won’t be back here.
If you want to be argued with and insulted when you are more informed than the ‘tech’ go here. Tried to sell me a used accessory out of the ‘techs’ bag for triple the price because the store didn’t have them. Then I showed him the price for a new identical piece and he got flustered and agitated

Having been a member of the Team of Central Music for many years, serving as Regional Manager for the Rodgers Church Organ Division in Southwest Florida, this great company is family to me. The combined experience of the sales and technical team is unsurpassed. There is no other company out there quite like Central Music, Inc.
I have studied classical music for the past 55 years. Recently, I purchased a Rodgers Classic organ (series 558) for practice at home. The price was excellent, and service is outstanding! On the day of delivery, the truck arrived and the console, bench, and pedal unit were all blanket wrapped.
They spent about 1 1/2 hours setting the instrument up in the living room, testing and adjusting as necessary (pedals sitting on a carpeted floor), and a good 30 minutes or more showing ALL features and answering all questions.
Having been a music director in the South Florida Area for over 30 years, I have personally played on some of their installations – both electronic and hybrid electronic/pipe instruments. It becomes obvious when one walks into a church that great care was taken in designing the perfect instrument for the space – not only visually, but also acoustically. I have long been a fan of Rodgers instruments and they are the South Florida representatives.
Whether you have need of a practice instrument at home, or your church is looking to replace or upgrade the organ, I recommend without hesitation that you check with Central Music. I’m sure that you will agree that they stand out from their competitors in design, price, and support.
I stopped in a week before Christmas to purchase an electric piano for my kids. They were very helpful and fair. The piano is wonderful and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
Bad customer service, very rude
Owner stood over me questioning about my income. Felt very unwelcoming. She claimed to do a lot of work with the church, but should probably read the Bible again. There are better piano shops where people welcome aspiring musicians…
Great Company work for them designing applications and they are a great team and design quality games and music etc…
dope tune
Music is always amazing, and the products they have looks better in person. The material of the shirts and hoodies are soft. Definitely recommend buying and listening to their stuff.
20. TR Music & Voice Lessons
Address: 18507 Kingbird Dr, Lutz, FL 33558 , Keystone , Florida , United States
I started voice lessons with Danielle in April 2023 and only 4 months later, have felt an incredible change and difference in my singing ability. Danielle is one of the best teachers I’ve met. She personalizes all our lessons to me, my learning style, my voice and what I most need help with. She never, ever makes me feel ashamed despite me feeling extremely self conscious when I first started. She’s encouraging, nurturing and so optimistic!
The TR team has been nothing but fantastic to our family and has propelled my son to choose to pursue a music degree in college. We have been with Stephan and his team for about 4 years. My son had started to play the guitar just 6 months earlier and really wanted to be part of a band.
Also went over to see the tenor ukuleles and bases in the guitar room, and Mark was walking me through the options and explaining the backgrounds of the different companies. He also helped point out to me options on different levels, like the basics versus instruments with “extras,” or the higher end ones.
