As a musician, I’ve been going to this place for years and they’ve always provided the materials I’ve need with great customer service. I now use them to get musical supplies for my children and we love them!

This place sucks….. never calls back. Lost application and 2 months later decided to charge my account without informing me. I would give less stars if possible. Once I contacted them was informed that they didn’t have the instrument but could give me a loaner. I would advise not to waste your time. They will also give you the run around and make every excuse possible on why the device is so poor.

I brought a subwoofer to be repaired here and after many attempts are retrieval, the company “lost it” and wouldn’t call me back. If you like having your nice stuff misplaced and companies not willing to help you find it or replace it, then Carousel is your place!
Great staff, beautiful wood interior. They said it used to be a microbrewery and had a creepy basement. I loved the sound of people playing the acoustic instruments.

Not very well stocked. Had to go to a different music store for the rest of what my son needed for band, or I could wait a week.
Only giving 4 stars because l never give 5. In the event I’m ever truly blown away by a business where am l to go if I’ve already peppered 5 stars everywhere…
That being said, I do repairs and mods from the house. So l usually order my supplies online. I was pleasantly surprised that metro had everything I needed to finish a job in a pinch. They hat the exact 500k pots and capacitors l needed in stock. Knew exactly what l was talking about and had it in my hand and out the door in less than five minutes. At a reasonable price too…

Came back for a second time hoping that it was better than a previous visit which occurred maybe a year ago. Nothing changed! Had a sarcastic attitude and told jokes. This guy has poor customer service. I wouldn’t dare step foot in there again after today.
Will never shop there again. He doesn’t stand behind his product. Brought a brand new keyboard from him and didn’t even have it for 2 months. All of the A#’s/Bb’s went out and he wouldn’t even take a look at it or even offer anything to help fix his shady product. Thought I found a place to get good quality instruments at a reasonable price but definitely was wrong. Now I have to spend more money on a new keyboard. I will never shop at Mike’s Music ever again.
I’ve been recording at this studio since 2019. The studio has a green screen area which is good for green screen video work or just a photoshoot. Shane has recorded, mixed, and mastered several of my songs.
I work with BSP often. Not only because of the reasonable pricing. But primarily because Big Shane himself is an irreplaceable asset to anyone out there who is trying to make great music, no matter how talented you are currently. When recording with Big Shane, you can tell that he is actively listening to everything that is going on, finding every way to make you sound better at any given time. Honestly, if I have any advice for anyone out there trying to get on the musical scene, get with Big Shane, tell him honestly what you are trying to create, put in some time in the stu wit BSP, and next thing you know you’re sitting in the studio hearing yourself over the speakers thinking, “wow! is that really me? I sound amazing!”
Shane production is one of the best studios I’ve been to!! I’m so happy I found him he’s not only talented in creating a multitude of beats, sounds, and melodies, you can see the passion and diligence in his work upon entering his warm and friendly environment. He’s so cool to be around and works with you in creating the sound or story you envision and want to tell. I would highly recommend Big Shane Productions for ALL your recording needs!

Lucci is an AMAZING teacher! He has taught my children guitar and piano for years. He taught my son to play the piano and the guitar – and now he writes music because of the way Lucci taught him. My daughter has been taking piano for over a year now from Lucci and she loves practicing and playing. Both children looked forward to their lesson (quite an accomplishment in itself) because Lucci makes learning fun and interesting. For those who love music and want their children to enjoy it for the beautiful art it is, Lucci is the teacher for you.
Lucci has an incredible ear with music. He’s a wealth of knowledge and experience. Great teacher with passion and patience.
Mr. Lucci’s love and passion for what he does is infectious! He is so knowledgeable and encouraging, and his teaching style is so easy for me to understand. I have been taking voice lessons from him, and going to my lessons and learning from him is definitely one of the highlights of my week. So much so that I drive about an hour one way just to learn from him. I highly recommend Mr. Lucci for your guitar, piano, and/or voice lessons.

I love learning guitar from Pamela Hines, she is great teacher and easy to understand for me who learnt guitar from scratch
Ms. Hines is a experienced music teacher and would highly recommend her. She has many students that come back to her year after year. I am very satisfied with her knowledge of music and teaching abilities.
I am an adult student and recently began taking piano with Ms. Hines. As a musician on other instruments, I wanted to really take time to focus on piano and improve my skills. She is professional, knowledgeable, and provides a great balance of critique alongside positive affirmation. I am excited to see where my piano journey takes me and am grateful for a mentor like her to help me get there.
My daughters were attending her piano class for two months. I can say I was not impressed. She definitely has no patience for kids who are beginners. She hated to make up missed lessons. She got very upset that my daughter was sick with her asthma and could not attend class. She even argued with me and stated why my daughter couldn’t just go and do the lesson after I repeatedly told her that she was coughing persistently. But I knew she was upset because she didn’t want to make up the lesson. She even told me to look for another teacher. She is very unprofessional, rude and I do not recommend her as a teacher.
The guys are extremely friendly and helpful, I was recommended to go here and I can definitely see why!

I would not even rate him a one star. He overcharges and when he says he’s going to fix your laptop by a certain time he does not. Also, when he can’t fixes it, he calls the day of its suppose to fix to tell you he can’t! This place is horrible, your better off using Youtube to show you how to fix your laptop/computer and Amazon to buy your parts! I came out way cheaper. For example, his price was $180.00 but I fixed it for $28.00.
I went in this place a few years back while visiting family in between shows. They make great quality acoustics and I was about to buy one….. however the guy behind the counter (Don’t remember his name but said he was a drummer) was being a complete dbag from the min I walked in the door. I tried to lighten the mood but he got worse so I just put up the guitar and walked out. Hopefully the guys been fired, quit, or moved to Pakistan…. You must be careful to treat customers well because you never know who’s walking in, or got a wad of cash in there pocket.
Even though you couldn’t figure out my computer problem, You could’ve put it back together the way I brought it instead of not hooking it up properly.

The owner was extremely kind to me and waited for me to get to his store after hours . I highly recommend people to visit his store. He has everything you need in music and beautiful antiques too.

I went in to get Mr. Convington to change the strings on my guitar at the end of May 2018. It’s almost the beginning of September and I’ve heard nothing after almost four months. I left a voicemail and have tried to get in contact with him to no avail.
