I was looking for a music software and stumbled across Elizondo Music’s website. They had an older key for what I was looking for so I went ahead and bought it. Unfortunately the purchase messed up and I didn’t receive my purchased product. I emailed the contact email address and was responded to surprisingly fast. Unfortunately more technical issues occurred over the next 24 hours but the customer support from Raul was very helpful. Although the support was a bit slower it was effective and more wholistic than what you might find with large chain music shops. If you’re in So-Cal or shopping online and want a locally owned music shop with customer service that’s actually good, I highly recommend.
