Friendly and knowledgeable staff, I got exactly what I was looking for. They have some great unique stock too!
Got to hop in for a 4 hour session with T Love and his engineer. It was a super streamlined recording and I felt like I could comfortably perform while the producers handled the technical stuff. Extremely satisfied with the final product.
Such a chill and comforting environment. These guys are what I needed to help me get somewhere with my music.
This is a joke.My experience is they don’t want to work nor have passion. I tried to book a few engineers. “Tony High Class” ,whom I never met only discussed with to book, never followed through. I was only looking for a studio while vacationing to get a little work done. I got close to the time we arranged and he block my number in his shame. Overall BAD REVIEW DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!
THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE EVER HE DONT PUT HIS ALL IN IT HE ASK FOR MONEY AND INT GET IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME
Was told to put half down on a glass piece and he would order do you the one that I wanted. Now I cannot get a response from the business after they took my first payment.
I had a great time at Sun Bear Gallery. Marie was a great instructor and took her time explaining the “how to’s” to us all! I would recommend Sun Bear Gallery to anyone, experienced or not in painting. Marie makes it a fun-filled event!
Great place to take the kids (and adults) for paint parties, and there’s plenty of cool stuff in there.
Talented.Perfect.Must go visit.

Excellent, outstanding client service. Definitely a customer advocate. Unlike the other guitar store that treats their customers sub human. Home town feel for the home town person. Thanx Playground Music
It was lit af man. Nice people. Great service, it’s pretty much all you need yo.
Very good and friendly service.
Very knowledgeable and professional
I had an amazing first impression days ago, but today was all the contrary.
They make me feel really bad as a person.
Never judge a book by its cover.
Do not pick out an instrument on their so called rent to own plan if you are picky about that exact instrument They were supposed to fix a sticky tenon and instead gave my daughter a diff instrument that she disliked. I tried to get a response via email and they did not get back to me so I called and was told that I could not get back the original. I was contacted by the store after much hassle and then spoken to like a non musician and given back the flute without them doing anything about the sticky tenon! Only go here if you are wanting to try beginner instruments!
I’ve had a few dealings with this establishment over the past 10 years and overall am not very happy. The first time, I had them refurbish my wife’s mid-level flute, which I believe they contracted out to another location in the FL panhandle. The service rendered it playable again, but the technician scratched the silver in a few places. More recently we rented a French horn from them for my son. After a year, they would aggressively solicit us by phone and text to upgrade the rental to a nicer horn (at a rate of over $150/month). They continuously addressed me by the wrong surname and/or salutation even after I offered corrections. Furthermore, they mislead my wife and I about the credit we would acquire through rental towards the potential purchase of an instrument. This benefit is extremely limited and restrictive! The guys working in the shop were nice and helpful, so I have to believe that all of this is really an issue with management/ownership. That said, I can’t recommend them as a good music store.
Update: Thank you for your response. Just to clarify, I understand the cost of these instruments quite well. My wife and I just do not feel like a 7th grader is worthy of an instrument that retails for roughly $5-6k and felt that the sales calls were far too pushy. With regard to the flute incident, this happened many years ago, and I did reach out to you by phone. I was transferred to the repair technician, who explained that the cause of the damage was difficulty in disassembling the keys. No offer was made to polish or repair the scratches at that time, and I’m not even sure if this could be realistically done.
I have called Lamar’s person # that was given. me by the school Numerous times, as if this date, I have not received any form of response. Initially we went to band night ordered starter kit. Finally ended up going to Metro Music. They were very helpful. I now have everthing needed.
So bad my child had to experience a bad start to something that is so wonderful . Go to Metro Music, or their other affiliates, you’ll be happier.
Accounting department is lacking. Starting with their company rep incorrectly completing Rental Agreement, billing errors (which I called to correct), followed by their text messages threatening repossession without the courtesy of a phone call has led yo more headache than it’s worth.
