Shane, Nico and Mark went so above and beyond from the minute I walked in the store. I bought a electric guitar and they explained everything to me. So helpful and friendly. I did have a problem with it after I got home, the fret was bad. Mark worked hard to find the problem and was honest when telling me it could not be fixed. They ordered me another one and had it within the 5 business days. I will surely be going back. Thank you all for your friendly an honest attitude.

The 2nd one I got from this store was on clearance and they even knocked some off that, giving me a better deal than I could have gotten online for the same guitar,

The customer service and communication is severely lacking here. My husband dropped off an instrument (July 26) for repair and was told it would take about 5 business days. They gave him an estimated quote and asked if it were to be more for some reason if he would like to be called first. He asked them to call if it would be more than $15 over the quote he was given and they made a note. We hadn’t heard back from them after the 5 business days so he called to check on it (the next Monday) and was told “it was a work in progress” and it should be done by Friday. Friday comes along with no phone call or update. He calls them Tuesday and they tell him “it’s a work in progress” as if they hadn’t told him that the prior week already. There was no update as far as the repair itself went. They told him to would now be ready Friday. Still no phone call so the following Friday he calls and they say it’s back in. (Thanks for the phone call). My husband goes to pick it up and not only is this now way longer than the estimated time frame they told us, it’s now double the cost. No one ever called to tell us a part would need to be replaced because it couldn’t be repaired. No one ever called to tell us it would be more expensive. And no one ever called to tell us it wouldn’t be ready when it was supposed to be. So instead we waited almost 3 weeks for a “repair”. We had to reschedule his music students twice each because of the lack of communication and competency from this store. There was no apology, no one even remotely seemed to care about any of this. Do yourself a favor and find a different location for your instrument repairs, they clearly do not care.
My child and I went here first before going to another local music store on recommendation. I dont usually post bad reviews but thought i must for anyone else having their child starting band. This place will try and pressure you into trying to buy whatever it is they have to sell for the week. the employees are rude and wont give you the time of day if you are there with just questions. not to mention the arrogance felt from them. save yourselves the time and find another store.
Signed up for first time lessons a few weeks ago. When I showed up for my first lesson, the instructor was out of town. No one seemed to think it was important to notify me. Got a refund for the lesson, fine. Show up for my lesson the next week but they were double booked. Obviously there are communication issues at this location. If you’re going to sign up for lessons then I recommend verifying your appointment via the phone each time.

I took piano lessons with Mrs. Woodall for three years. She is very nice and communicates well! Although i went away to college, I can still play to this day.
Mrs. Woodall taught me how to read music which I never thought I’d be able to do. I had fun even though she was stern, she was very pleasant to be around. I love the fact that now I can play the piano.
I took piano lessons from Mrs. Lorafay for years and loved the experience. She explains everything in terms you can understand and is very patient. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone wanting to take piano lessons.

I recently just started taking lessons with Olga and I love it! I am 23 and wanted to learn something new and I decided on piano. I had went to a few different instructors before finding Olga and and I appreciated that she treated me as an adult learning piano for the first time and not a child learning piano as the other instructors I had tried out did. Olga is patient and can tell when I am getting frustrated and helps to guide me in the correct direction. I have greatly enjoyed my weekly lessons and appreciate how flexible Olga is with me.
Olga is definitely worth checking out. Most teachers offer some kind of free trial lesson so my wife and I checked out several teachers before we
finally met with Olga and agreed that Olga was the right fit or our daughter. For us, finding the right teacher was important. Olga has everything you would want in a piano teacher: a love for music, respect for good technique, the right balance of warmth and sternness, much experience, and more. I drive my daughter almost an hour to get to Olga because I believe she’s worth the drive.
Wonderful Piano teacher. We are lucky to have found her. My daughter goes to Miss Olga for Piano lessons and she loves the time she spends with her. My daughter’s piano skills have significantly improved after she started taking lessons from Miss Olga.

I have been a customer from day one. Purchased sound equipment, key board, sold keyboards, purchased music and given good advice when needed.
The staff were easy going and helpful .
Place looks a little messy but one of the sales man was very nice and helpful.
I purchased music here. It was OK.
Went for sax repair. Took about 20 minutes just to drop off sax and purchase one item. Sax repair was overpriced and only partially complete. Was partially ready two days after promised. Phil, who does the repair kindly explained to me that it was my fault the repair was not complete and that for an additional fee he would complete the repair. Worst customer experience I’ve had in a very long time. Will not be back.
Awful customer service. Sons middle school tried to push this business for band rentals. I called early on a business morning and Received their voicemail. I left a message and it’s been days where no one could handle to spend a few minutes to contact me back. I rather bring my money elsewhere.
Edited to respond to owner. Yes I’m aware everywhere is short staffed due to Covid. That’s why I was ok with waiting DAYS for a response but never got one. You did not hear my voicemail yesterday because like I said , I left it last week and have gone DAYS without the business following up. I was patient and understood that due to Covid I might not get anyone to answer their business phone immediately. I waited DAYS for the business to be able to catch up and respond to me but was left in the dark. If I can’t get a question answered before handing over my money, why would I trust that once you have my business I could get through to you for any rental issues in the future. Like I said I will seek other places.
Very disorganized, have you running all over the place to just get one simple equipment.

Just received my new Bedell Classic Folk Dreadnaught from Corzic Music. This has to be the finest guitar and setup I have ever received. I gave them my action preference, music and playing style over the phone and they, along with the Plek machine, did the rest. This guitar plays and sounds phenomenal!!!! I could not be any happier. They delivered what they said they would 1000%. Do not hesitate to buy from this shop. They have made a customer for life! The selling price was outstanding as well.

We have used Crowne for multiple projects since 2012. Their teams are very professional and knowledgeable. Their customer service is very prompt and efficient. I can highly recommend them and will continue to use their services in the future.
If I could give zero stars I would. Got a proposal for 7,000 to add more cameras at my property. Schedule the job and then they come out and tell me it’s going to instead be 11,000. What was the proposal for then? Now I can’t get the job done that I budget for. If the price difference is going to be so much check the wires before proposal.
I would give a zero (0) star rating if it were an option. Nael Yacoub, the owner of Crowne Audio, in an email to me addressing his multiple failed cabinets designs and installs conceded: “I know this is bad.” I am 62 years old and without a doubt, dealing with Nael and Crowne Audio has been the single most unsatisfactory and unpleasant retail experience of my life!
I spent over $200,000 to have Nael design, install and set up my home theater in a new home. The design was a disaster! The install was a disaster! The setup was a disaster! Nael/Crowne Audio was never able to get the entire system working. He missed the completion date by months and never completed the project. Ceiling panels were installed backwards burying speakers, processor settings were incorrect so that subs did not work, custom built cabinet was held together with black electrical tape, room had inadequate electric service, and the list goes on and on. Left side of the room played 10db louder than the right side. Equipment was severely scratched and cosmetically damaged in the multiple failed efforts to install it in an undersized rack in an undersized cabinet with inadequate ventilation. Nael refused to accept responsibility for damage he caused to the equipment he sold me so I had to get McIntosh directly involved. The McIntosh factory replaced one MC2301 b/c the cosmetic damage was so bad it could not be repaired. The other 2 x MC2301’s were sent to a McIntosh repair center for warranty repairs to the cosmetic damage. Of the seven (7) pieces of McIntosh equipment I purchased from Nael, thanks to Nael’s mishandling, I had five (5) warranty claims before my home theater was up and running.
If you want to be hugely disappointed with your audio purchase, then Nael and Crowne Audio are your go to source.
The owner of this company is a nasty and very dishonest person. I would think twice before allowing him in your home or working on any of your electronics!!!

I went into this store for some guidance on a used guitar I bought and the owner Rob was so personable and really helpful. He didn’t try to sell me a better guitar or accessories, but just wanted to share his passion and knowledge with me. I will be back to buy a new guitar and lessons and I will pass it on about this business. He is fantastic.

Replaced strings of my daughter’s guitar. Did not tune at all. Poor communication. Was on the phone while checking me out and had difficulty asking / answering questions. Stated would clean up guitar that had been in storage but wasn’t touched. Took several days to replace strings. Would not go here again. Poor service
