Excellent folks, excellent customer service.
Need to start selling cds
Friendly staff
It’s okay. Maybe a broader selection of guitars, but I understand sales and marketing.
Always helpful and friendly
Researched music stores that “buy” instruments. This store popped up among others. Called store. A woman answered. She was cold & rude. I inquired & she said No. Their competitor also confirmed that they buy instruments.
$35 for a flute cleaning kit? That says it all.
3. The Sound Shoppe
Address: 1913 Florence Blvd, Florence, AL 35630 , Lauderdale County , Alabama , United States
Owner was welcoming. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Would recommend over buying an instrument online.
Sounds like a great place to go and it turns out that it is!
I worked for the Sound Shoppe for Half a decade and met many great people there. Not only was Darrell Triplett a GREAT guy to work for, but he is also a great guy to do business with. I’ve bought many instruments from him, both before I worked there and since, and have always been super satisfied. Would recommend it to anyone!
Knowledgeable staff. Great deals.
Has your needs
Always a good experience at the Sound Shoppe. Daryl is very good at working on my guitars. I trust him.
Save your money and time – go to Counts Brothers or use the internet, which you know you should be doing anyways. I would write out what a bad experience I had last time I shopped here, but this is a small town and not worth the blowback. I’ll never go to this shop again.
Condescending ahole will barely offer any help or advice on products
Very rude customer service. They are also really hard to get on the phone during posted business hours. Take a 10 minute trip to Counts Bro. It’s worth it.
