The owners and some of the instructors are not only great friends and former co-workers (from another business) but they are family, not only to me, but to every customer who comes in.
Love this place!!!
Very warm, professional staff. Video cameras to watch lessons. Glass doors to lesson rooms. Online lesson assignments. Easy, reasonably priced payment options. Love this place.
friendly staff, great selection, need to turn house music off, so I can hear the instrument I am potentially going to purchase.
Needed something for last minute on a Saturday for my sound system. That rented to me without any hassle about me being from out of state.
Pretty small store with the essentials needed to get by without having to drive all the way to guitar center.
Less than fair.
I tried selling a trumpet to these folks the other day. Simple enough, right? Well I though so. I went in Monday and was told their trumpet guy would be in Tuesday, so I left it with them. Wednesday afternoon rolls around and I hadn’t heard from them, so I went in and nobody could tell me what was going on with it, so I left and waited. After not hearing a word by Friday I just picked it up and brought it back home. I can’t speak for the buying experience at this store but the selling experience is awful.
Came in with my daughter, looking to purchase a 12 string guitar. 5 employees ignore us for over 15 minutes. They were busy looking at their phones, and speaking to one another. We waited patiently but not one person even acknowledged we were there. Sad.
Exactly what the Auburn/Opelika area needed. Very cool shop, friendly staff, decent selection of records considering how new they are. Really excited to see what’s to come of this store!
Well worth the half hour drive, great staff and really appreciate the attention to detail in regards to the used selection.
Always a great place to shop. The staff are very helpful and know their inventory very well. Records are fairly priced as well.
A small, but heavily curated collection of mostly represses and some high-quality used records. Very small collection of used CDs, no other media or music paraphernalia with the exception of some tees and record players. Would like to see a greater variety and more competitive prices. Guy at the counter was amiable.
Great place for Vinyls
It was OK didn’t find anything I needed and the mask requirement in 2023 was a bit off putting
Good selection, but the guy who worked there with the black hair was extremely rude. It’s unfortunate that the quality of the selection did not match the quality of the customer service.
Surprisingly bad.
Unfriendly and unhelpful upon arrival. Didn’t make any notions to offer help. “Let me know if I can help you” is one suggestion I would offer the employee at the desk to say when customers come in your store.

Great collection of old video games and a very friendly staff.
Has lots of really cool stuff
Don’t get down here as much as I’d like to, but everytime it’s amazing. Great range of stuff, always leave with something. Prices are reasonable for the most part, but some stuff is WAY over valued.
Groovy hole-in-the-wall store next to the court house. They have lots of collectible pieces in the way of video game consoles, trading cards like baseball and Pokémon. They have old clothes, records, banners and posters, they literally have “almost anything”.
It was not good at all wouldn’t even look at anything we had
Drove over from Columbus for my son only to be told as we walked in that they were closing, over 1 1/2 hours early. Could have at least let us look around or let us know it was an emergency situation (assuming it was).Ended up spending our money across the tracks at a really cool vinyl record store. Won’t support this store if they treat customers this way.
They are remedial, they are rude, they the items and games are broke and I would not recommend these pawn crooks to anyone. D. Miller

Very Quick Response Time and Very Fast Shipping. Very Impressed! Thanks so much! ✌ ❤️
Best music store I’ve seen in a while. No cheap China made stuff here. Awesome collection of “old school” amps. Worth the drive.
Have some amp issues, and Tim helped me out in hardly any time! They’ve got an awesome selection of basses and guitars, and a very musically experienced staff, awesome hole in the wall guitar shop.
Quite a few nice instruments.
Venden cosas para la música a buen precio, hacen arreglos de instrumentos, y dan clases musicales!!!
It was a ok kind of place. I think it would be great for a beginner. I didn’t see a lot of fender guitar’s and that’s what I like
It took 6 weeks just to change the bridge and put some new strings on. They said they would call and they didn’t. Went to pick up the guitar and it has a huge chunk taken out of the neck! I will not be bringing anything to this store nor will I send anyone their way.
Plays way too high for stuff like that
Ended up paying twice as much as quoted for replacement of one peg on bass. Paid for two when only one needed replacing.
I had an amazing experience at Best Buy earlier today! Their customer service at this location is top notch (on level with chick fil a!). The second I walked in, an employee greeted me and helped direct me to the aisle my product was at. Once I got there, Chaunce helped me get the product that best fit my needs and budget. He was so friendly and helpful. I was in and out of there in less than 5 minutes. I am so impressed.
Great service
Great service everyone one was very helpful and nice
I really liked the Auburn,Al. Best Buy store! They actually approached us to ask if they could assist us. Walked us through our best options and answered all our questions about TV’s.
It was nice not to be ignored like the Montgomery, Al store.
I will gladly drive over an hour one way versus 20 minutes to deal with the Auburn location!
I love electronics
Good place but its price always higher than online shopping
Purchased an open box iPhone 6 plus and specially ask do I still get my year manufacturers warranty the reply was yes. Apple says no it started when the phone was originally purchased. I have lost 5 months of warranty. I am not a happy camper right now!
Wen you buy a phone make sure you get fully protected make sure you ask a manager if the person who help you with the transaction did indeed gave you full protection lost & theft must be covered because they did me wrong bunch of lies they are good at that always double check before you walk out
Went to look for a new PSU for my custom desktop and asked the staff. He pointed me to a corner with a few low power PSUs and said that is all they had. Came back next week and found the ones I was looking for at a different part of the store.

Sherman and his crew were the DJs for my daughter’s Sweet Sixteen party August 6th. I was very impressed with the professionalism shown by Sherman through the whole process from beginning til the end of the party. The lighting and other equipment was awesome. I will definitely recommend them to someone else as well as hire them again. Thanks again for an awesome job and making Casey’s party a huge success!!!
Sherman did an amazing job at our wedding reception! He was punctual, played all the music we requested prior to the wedding and very interactive with the crowd! We would definitely use him again for any event that we may have in the future! Thank you Namrehs Productions for making our wedding reception perfect and so much fun!
We contacted Namrehs Productions just two days before our wedding. We had expected to do the music ourselves having no idea how much it would take to do it right.
We were contacted by Sherman who was one of the most professional, courteous, and kind individuals I have ever had the pleasure to meet. He contacted us within five minutes of filling out a request.
Sherman scheduled a meeting with our venue the next day and went above and beyond to ensure the music for the ceremony and reception was perfect. It was clear how much he not only cared about his work but also our satisfaction as his customers.
The day of the ceremony Sherman arrived early to set up and stayed in constant contact with me throughout those two days. I never had to wait longer than 30 seconds for a reply.
The music for both the reception and ceremony was amazing. The quality of sound was absolutely incredible. He used all of the music we requested and the songs he added fitted in perfectly. He helped both events stay exactly to the schedule. He was one of the first to show up that day and the last person to leave.
I could not be more pleased with the level of service we received. The price was unbelieveable for what we received in return. I can guarantee using this company for your event will result in the same level of satisfaction for you.
After reading all the 5 star reviews I had high hopes with choosing this company to DJ my son’s wedding reception. We were very disappointed. The DJ did not interact with the audience, songs requested were never played, most songs were not played to the end, the microphone didn’t work properly so the audience could not hear instructions. We had people leaving the reception at 8pm and dance floor was empty most of the time. The DJ seemed to be playing or texting on her phone and not paying attention to what was happening. I would not recommend if this is an important event.
DJ Est. is so good for all ages! Great energy, clean music, easy to work with, and affordable. Highly recommend.
Established Entertainment, LLC performed during my wedding ceremony and reception. Jason was amazing! He kept my guests dancing and laughing! His music selection was right on target and fit both my and my husband’s taste perfectly. They are very friendly, easy to work with and put in an incredible amount of work as they prepare for and perform for your event! Can’t wait to use them again in the future! I recommend them 100%!
This band is exceptional. Professional, thoughtful of all logistical elements, and absolutely fantastic musicians. Top tier group all the way.

Good books . Good place for all ages. Also they are selling toys… Nice place to shop and looking around…..
This book store is the best of many. They have the books carefully organized, and the staff is always happy to help. I asked for a book and she looked for about 2 minutes and found the last one. If you need to find a good bookstore, I suggest B.A.M.
Pricey but well stocked and ckean
Cashiers are nice. Although I recommend not falling for the free magazine subscription. If you are into books become a member
Nice atmosphere
Employees were rude. No one around to answer a question.
The staff do not like the customers to browse.
Does not support Black History Month.
