Awesome music school. My daughter has been taking drums for about three years and has really grown as a musician. I would highly recommend.
Drew creates a very positive and fun atmosphere. His expertise coupled by his sense of humor puts his students at ease. His ability to breakdown the most complex tasks into bite sized steps accelerates the learning process. Five stars for Drew Connor’s School of Music .
Drew is the best
Been taking lessons for 3 years and been taught a lot

I just got my martin guitar back. After having Dave at Gator Music set it up absolutely amazing it is perfect I will always go to Gator Music for any repairs or set up or just strings I couldn’t be more happy thanks Dave you are the best!!!!
I saw some of the negative reviews but many just seemed whiney. So I brought my Tele in for a setup. Dave did a great job. Intonation perfect, action just where I like it. He did some fret work also. Price was great for the work done!
AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING. I will never go anywhere else for my music needs. Dave is so knowledgeable and an amazing person. I highly recommend going in to see him and his incredible store. Absolutely loving my new EC-256 guitar. Support local!
Lots of guitars. Lots of guitars. Lots of guitars. And collaterals.
This is a bona fide guitar shop with guys who really know their stuff.
Big selection and in the ballpark prices!
Underwhelming. I stopped in today on the recommendation of a friend. There were two workers in the store, and 1 other customer who promptly left. All I wanted was a beginner guitar and some supplies. Stood around for 7-8 minutes as I was roundly ignored. Started picking up guitars and just strumming and picking the strings and putting them back. Nobody said a word to me. The manager went in the back room and was playing some video stuff on his PC, and the other worker appeared to be repairing guitars. Totally unimpressed at no greeting upon entering (this is a small store), and no service at all. Returned home and bought a guitar on Amazon, and it came with many supplies and has good reviews.
Also I lgy y
Let an employee know one of his Reverb listings was inaccurate to help him avoid the hassle of a possible return due to “not as described”. Messages back with profanity twice. Very unprofessional. His name on the account is listed as Dave Woodworth.
6. Naples Park Music
Address: 9331 Tamiami Trail N, Naples, FL 34108 , Lely , Florida , United States
I wandered in to the shop on my first visit and was greeted by the owner, Denny Scott, a charming and gracious musician who offered me a smoke’n hot deal on a gorgeous guitar. He even included some accessories and a free lesson! I’m stoked!
Misadvertised, too small and doesn’t have basically anything
I Show up to drop off my axe off for a repair and dude walks out of the store. leaves me with another useless employee that clamed he worked there. The kid knew nothing about repairs, he did not answer the phone, all he did was strum the same old chords on a cheap guitar. Take your guitar and hard earned dollars elsewhere. Or to someone that cares.
Customer Service here does not exist. I walked out.
I went to guitar center to get a quote on how much it would cost me to get a pick up swapped out of my guitar and replace it with a seymor duncan jb humbucker. bc i dont have a soldering iron to solder to pick ups in myself. Guitar center quoted me 79$ for the pick up installation and the 70$ to carve out the wood to make room for the pick up. Now this isnt a difficult task if youve done it a few times so i looked online to see opinions on this and people were saying what a rip off the guy i go to charges 40$ for the pick up installation. So i decided to call Naples park music to get a quote hoping it would be less expensive and i could give a locally owned business some money. Plus naples park music is where i took guitar lessons when i first began playing in 2005. Well right when i asked about the project the man on the phone sounded annoyed like it was something he really didnt want to do, then when i asked how much it would cost roughly he said a couple hundred dollars.. idk im just upset and dissapointed, i really hope my mom wasnt getting ripped off when i took guitar lessons their when i was a kid. So it looks like im just going to buy a soldering iron and see if i can borrow a router from a friend. If not ill go back to guitar center even though im a big advocate on supporting our local businesses. I Was really hoping naples park music would charge around 100$ for the job though.
7. Christman Music
Address: 2081 J and C Blvd, Naples, FL 34109 , Lely , Florida , United States
I moved from Ohio to Cape Coral 14 months ago. Needed to have my Soprano Sax repaired and had no idea where to take it. I studied the web for repair shops and reviews. I was impressed with Christman’s website and even more impressed with Craig’s (the owners) background.
So, I decided to travel 50 miles to give them a shot at it.
BEST DECISION THAT I’VE MADE SINCE MOVING TO FLORIDA!
Craig patiently listened to my concerns and totally understood the issues I was having with the horn. He quoted me a fair price to go over the entire horn and estimated delivery within 3-4 business days. Two days later, the horn was ready for pick-up.
I can actually say that the horn plays better now than when brand new.
EXCELLENT SERVICE!!
No doubt, Craig is a professional and I would highly recommend him for your immediate or future needs. I’d give him 10 stars if it were possible!
Craig Christman always takes care of your equipment problems, and he is happy to help. Being a professional musician Craig knows how important a repair can be. His new store carries all kinds of everyday necessities, try them out I think you will like it.
I learned about Christman Music online. I was convinced to give them a try based on all the positive reviews! I was NOT disappointed! Craig Christman is a professional who’s capabilities as an instrument technician are unsurpassed! I brought my Mark VI tenor in for Craig to look at, he replaced several pads and adjusted the instrument, it is now playing the best it has ever played! I then brought my nearly 50 year old totally original Mark VI Alto in. As I suspected it was time for a complete overhaul. Craig disassembled and cleaned the horn, refaced the tone holes, replaced all pads, corks, and felts, lubricated and thoroughly adjusted the instrument. It now plays and looks the best it has ever played in a long time! Better than new! Craig’s prices are very fair! I have clarinets, flutes and other saxes I’ll be bringing in soon. Instruments usually get out of adjustment over a period of time and we tend to adjust ourselves to the discepancies. Once Craig restores your instrument, you’ll wonder why you waited to bring it in! I would highly recommend you have Craig Christman do your instrument repair work, he also has a very nice store with a great selection and competitive prices!
Thank You,
Ronald Brunette
Friendly, helpful staff. A little tresure-trove of a music shop
Be advised: if you use a walker or wheelchair, you cannot move about this store easily. The door is difficult to open, the angles are awkward, and the store is crowded. When I initially picked up my child’s instrument, Craig wasn’t there, so I ended up leaving without everything in the case that I was supposed to have. There’s a lovely older woman working there, but she didn’t check the case and it didn’t occur to me that there might have been items missing. If you and your child play the same instrument or same style, you’ll likely not run into this problem, but if you’re a piano person and your child is a clarinet or violin person, you’ll expect to leave with everything you need. Just keep that in mind and be sure to ask if you’re picking up a new instrument for your child and your child isn’t with you.
Christman Music offers a full range of instrument sales and rentals as well as an extensive variety of accessories, method books, and printed music. Quality repairs are available for wind and brass instruments. Customers seeking major repairs and overhauls are encouraged to communicate their expectations clearly to avoid potential disappointment.
No rating. Christman music stole my money. I knew nothing about microphones and speakers. My husband loves to sing so as a birthday gift from me to him I googled and found Christman music. Rated 5 star. I purchased… what I was told to be blue tooth and could play any music through this speaker. All lies! So sad. I was truly trying to help out the mom and pop business. I should’ve went to Walmart or Best Buy.
I absolutely hated the wait, and the quality of the shop. I most definitely do NOT recommend this to Naples.
I drove a hour to this store to buy a fender speaker that was clearly sitting right next to the counter but for some reason was told i couldn’t purchase instead they took my number and said they would which they never did…it’s sitting out on the floor price tag and all so i know i was turned away because the color of my skin because i sent my brother in law a hour later and the was ready to rang it up for him
8. Capital Pawn – East Naples
Address: 11226 Tamiami Trail E, Naples, FL 34113 , Lely , Florida , United States
Found some nice Valentine’s gift for the wife. Working with the friendly staff I got a good deal.
Always great customer service from danny and berniece always a pleasure thank you
Great customer service willing to help, clean store and lots of merchandise to choose from.
Easily the best Capital Pawn in Naples!! Best deals and super friendly staff
I’ve been to many pawn shops, this is by far the worst. I called and the woman, maybe a manager, sounded annoyed. I asked her how much I could get for a certain item that was never used and that I was on my way over, she told me a price and said okay. I show up after a 30 min drive and she asks for a receipt. I tell her I’ve never needed a receipt at any pawn shops I’ve been to and I’m confused. She smurks and says “Well if it’s new or almost new you need one”. I asked why she didn’t tell me over the phone before I left if she knew I was coming with something never used. She says “Well thats on you, you should have asked”. I said I told you it was never used and you said nothing about a receipt… Again with a smirk she said “Should have asked”. I don’t know her name but she was a larger set woman with dark hair. I never write these but she was so rude I had to. She low-balled me too as I went to another store and got more.
Please people READ THIS.

9. The Sound Lab
Address: 2124 Airport-Pulling Rd Suite 110, Naples, FL 34112 , Lely , Florida , United States
Store had great friendly service, the guitar tech Bobby P, was awesome, he helped me with an issue, explained everything that was gonna get done and answered questions. When I picked up my guitar and brought it home, it felt and played great, thank you!
Had 2nd guitar worked on by Bobby P., had an electronics issues, he fixed it and now it works perfect again! Cheers
This place was great, I came here on saturday looking for a simple starting guitar. I was blown away by the employee helping me, he was understanding, and really helpful. I didn’t get his name, but he made my experience so much better.
I ended up getting an Epiphone starting pack, and I couldn’t be happier. This place is great for anyone looking for a nice place to get instruments, accessories, or even just a nice place to be with people who share similar hobbies.
Second time here. Doug helped me this time as well as last time. Super helpful and friendly without any pressure to purchase. Overall great experience. All though this store isn’t close to me logistically, they’ve always been great
I have to say the staff was much more wanting to help then any other time we have been in the store. I hope they can keep it up.
Very helpful staff. They were able to guide my purchase with expert advice.
Came here for the first time. We were greeted at the door when we first walked in. The place is very organized and clean, mainly because it’s brand new. Inventory was well displayed.
What a nightmare of an experience. Went to the grand opening event and signed up for lessons in order to get the free guitar. What they didn’t tell me was that the charges would be recurring. After being charged for the 2nd month without my consent I went in to discuss the matter. I was advised that I did sign off on that although they could produce no documentation. After being advised that my money wouldn’t be refunded, I cancelled the “membership”. But since I had already paid for March, I went ahead and scheduled lessons for my son. Well lo and behold he went in today for his 1st March lesson and they advised him that his lessons were cancelled at the end of February. This place is very poorly run. I’ll be headed down there tomorrow and will update.
Decided not to trust the other reviews and go check it out for myself. Tried to sell a guitar that they have for sale for over $600. Was literally told by the employee that the other guy made a mistake, this guitar is only worth $400, he knows what he’s looking at.
Got passed around by 3 or 4 guys just to get the most ridiculously lowballed offer I could imagine.
This location brings shame to the guitar center name. They don’t care about musicians. Don’t go here and get a bad taste in your mouth, drive to Fort Myers and get the guitar center experience you deserve!
Well I just retired and I thought as a gift to myself, with a push from the wife, I’d get myself a nice sounding electric guitar. I’ve been playing my j-45 for awhile now and thought something different for creativity sakes I’d look at what they have. I went in Monday for your president’s sale and tried a few, not many, hollow bodies. But I feel in love with the sound I heard coming from a young man playing a fender. I never owned a fender, candy apple red, with what appeared to be a maple neck?.. and I couldn’t tell if they were all single coil pick ups or was there a humbuckler in the mix? Couldn’t get no answers and no service, so I hung it back up and went home with nothing. So sad!
12. Super Anime Store – Naples
Address: 8793 Tamiami Trail E #104, Naples, FL 34113 , Lely , Florida , United States
I love this store!! They are well stocked, have friendly personnel and amazing atmosphere. My favorite thing is that the store is pet friendly, they have their little dog greeting people, super sweet playful…he made my day!!!
Great experience.. The store is amazing.. Highly recommended!!
Cool figures!
Cool store, just really far into east naples if your coming from lee county
Beware. Owner has an unleashed aggressive dog running around the store that almost attacked my 5 year old Daughter. Cashier cared less as well as the Owner sitting in the back.
don’t order online, it’ll never get to you, at least they gave me a full refund after 3 months of waiting and no emails letting me know the status. i
the fact is im warning people not to order because they won’t get it for months, the fact that you used my whole name shows what kind of person you are sir, I didn’t leave out that you gave me a full refund either. you’re crazy. you stated that “you think it’s here’ but you didn’t make sure only let me know if it was then it would be moved to the front of the queue. you had me waiting for quite a while only to come back and say “you think” for 3 months of waiting and being patient no contact to your first time customer says a lot and then to not make it right by adequately checking is just wrong.
The owner’s mini Schnauzer growled at my child not once, but TWICE. The dog was not leashed, and the experience left my child shaking and crying. When I brought the matter up to the owner, he just laughed in my face. Thanks for NOT caring about the well-being and safety of CHILDREN. Now I am a dog owner, and I love dogs, but I would never let my dog run up to a person unleashed and make a threatening noise, let alone toward an innocent child.
13. Steinway Piano Gallery
Address: 10353 Tamiami Trail N #1, Naples, FL 34108 , Lely , Florida , United States
Excellent customer service and follow-through. I needed help with a baby grand piano move, and would highly recommend. I will continue to use Steinway Piano Gallery for tunings and any future needs.
If you love music this shop is like Disneyland for musician and specially piano players. The highlight of the store is Bob who very diligently makes sure you get what you need.
Grant was great to work with! He’s extremely knowledgeable and really cares! Anyone looking for a piano this is the place to go.
Pricey, but to be expected at a sales showroom. They add delivery as an extra expense as well. Bob is helpful and professional without being too overly pushy. He would be a good “go to” if you are looking for something specific!
Do not do business with Grant Billings. He is extremely unprofessional and has screamed at me on more than one occasion. I recommend going ANYWHERE else outside of this company.
Saw this place driving by, stopped in because I’m looking for a new instrument for my home. Walked through the door and greeted by a cranky man who said they weren’t open yet only a soft opening by appointment only even though the doors were unlocked nobody else was in the store and no sign saying appointment only. The lighted sign said open on the door. Wouldn’t even let us walk around because it was a “liability issue” He said there’s not even a sign up because of permitting issues (there’s several piano store signs up) but those aren’t our signs. I was ready to drop CASH on a Steinway. I don’t know if you were in a bad mood or what but if someone comes into your totally customerless store looking to drop over 30k on a piano I wouldn’t turn them away.
14. My Favorite Guitars
Address: 2377 Linwood Ave STE 204, Naples, FL 34112 , Lely , Florida , United States
I love my new Martin. What a fantastic sound! Thanks for all of the help, and the super fast shipping. I would shop here again, for sure!!
I contacted Jon online in regard to playing a 00-42SC. Martin customer service advised me that he may have one in stock. I learned that he had sold that one but had another one on order. I asked him to please keep me informed as to when the guitar was scheduled to arrive as I was almost certain I wanted to purchase it but really needed to play it first to be absolutely sure. Jon was amazingly responsive to any email I sent asking questions and continuously kept me up to date on the status of the guitar. He kept me posted once the guitar had shipped and passed on updates letting me know exactly when it was scheduled to arrive. I had an eleven hour round trip drive to purchase this guitar from Jon but the service was so good that now I can’t imagine purchasing it anywhere else. I am retired now but I was in the retail business for over 30 years and can tell you that the service Jon offers is second to none. Not only is he incredibly attentive but his prices are great as well. He understands the passion that others have for their guitars because he is so passionate in regard to his own. A great musician I was fortunate enough to get a chance to play with, and a great business man who understands the importance of customer service. Thanks Jon, I love the 00.
Phil Levy
You can tell Guitars is a passion here. They are not just a company selling guitars. They know about them, they play them, they live them. The customer service provided is the reason I deal with the people at MFG. Thanks again!
The owner, Jon Garon, treated me poorly when I received a guitar he ordered for me from a different store. The guitar was shipped to me and there was a hump on the 13th fret causing major fret buzz; this needed major work to repair. It was an expensive Martin signature model (000-45S). Instead of asking me to send this new guitar back to him so he could resolve the matter easily for me (it was a day old and brand new by the way), he was curt with me and told me to call the Martin factory. He wanted nothing to do with the after-sale service of this brand new guitar stating that somehow him having obtained it for me had something to do with his disposition towards service on this particular guitar. I will not do business there again; I cannot offer anything redeeming about the deal we made.
The man who helped me was very rude. I was asking him a simple question and he kept cutting me off and telling me to stop talking. I could not believe the service. Would not recommend this place.
