I took my granddaughters flute to them for repairs.. they got right to it immediately and it only took 3-4 minutes. During this time I was welcomed by another employee and their welcoming Furry staff(Dogs). Which BTW were very cute and friendly. When the repairman was done he insisted that there was no need to pay for such a small fix.. ♡

One gentleman who works there is nice but the other is quite rude and makes you feel like unless you buy from them, your stuff is garbage.
They ran a hard credit check on my credit report without my knowledge or consent. I’m very mad at the ding it caused my credit score. Plus it’s just cheaper to buy off amazon. These mom and pop shops are closing themselves down by their own actions. Bye-bye!
