Smaller university but a well stocked bookstore. Very friendly staff.

I have only had to interact with the bookstore staff on two occasions via phone. Both experiences were terrible. The person who answered the phone each time was very rude from the beginning of even answering. I try to be polite, but when I am greeted with such rudeness and a bad attitude, I don’t mind to meet that treatment and hand it right back. It honestly surprises me how terrible their employees are considering the faculty and staff with the rest of UWA has always been so pleasant. Dealing with the bookstore is the only part I dislike about UWA.

The cashier had a nasty attitude ask I was asking a question and got smart. I do almost all my shopping here including my family. This the first time this happen. Went was walking of I heard her said something couldn’t understand what she SAID. JAIDA PAVOLINI WAS HER NAME
Horrible. Empty shelves. Rotten produce.

The gentleman who helped me was very nice. Checked the charge on my battery then carried the old on in the store. After the purchase he carried the new battery out for me. Will purchase all my parts from Marie and the nice gentlemen at Bumper to Bumper.

Just letting you know about a potential safety issue. This rod should be removed, or at least painted yellow.
Just traveling through for some dinner with family.
Usually I get the quarter pound burger when I go to McDonald’s, well they said they ran out… ok so I got the 10pc chicken nuggets not a big deal.
That’s my only complaint. Never been to a McDonald’s that ran out of burger meat.
All the other meals I ordered for the family was good as always.

Slow service
Went through drive thru for milkshake. Took my order, gave me price, waited in line 15 minutes and was told at pay window ice cream machine was down.
One of the worse customer service experience. Got our order wrong and just very rude. Would not go back.
