I brought my bass in and they helped my find the right strings for the stile I play
Exelente
I love a family owned music store. It makes buying an instrument so personal, as it should be. You won’t get a better deal anywhere, and supporting local business is the best way to support your local economy. They offer lessons here, too. Sounds like any instrument you can think of. Customer service is still old school here. It’s a nice change from the new “company policy” deal we get fed everywhere else. I have 3 electric Fenders, an acoustic A&L and 2 Kala ukes from here. Won’t buy anywhere else.
Very friendly staff. Always satisfied when I go in there.
Purchased a clarinet from Chris great guy!
It’s okay
They never have nothing restocked, I come back a month later and still nothing. They never have things I want, even the more common one. it’s just a bad store for me.
Just stopped at the store for the first time. The hours of operation are not posted on the outside. I walk in there’s 2 ladies and a guy the one lady says how can I help you, I said I’m just looking around. The guy says you better look fast we are closing soon we close at 5:30pm. It’s about 5:25pm. He then says feel free to look tho. I guess I should have said I’m interested in a acoustic guitar. But anyways I just walked through real fast and left. Even if I was looking today doesn’t mean I wouldn’t have bought something in the future. Not going back there. Note to store post your hours on the outside and turn off your open sign if you don’t want a customer to come in!!
This is the second time in with an instrument to trade and have been shot down before I even showed the man , I called the night before about it, I wasted my lunch brake and left a little upset like I was wasting his time.
