Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Stocked with essentials for the new instrument player.
We rent an instrument for our daughter from Music Shack. Music Shack offers great customer service and we have been very happy with the responsiveness!
It looks good. I only went to return an instrument.
Place looks a little messy but one of the sales man was very nice and helpful.
The staff were easy going and helpful .
We aren’t a musical family (we listen to it, we don’t make it.) but my 6th grader decided to try band. Knowing nothing we went to the Music Shack as it was on the recommend list from my daughters middle school. The woman who helped us was very nice and didn’t try to sell us the most expensive mouth piece for a tuba, knowing our daughter might not stick with it.
The other places I called about getting the items we needed charged 3 times the price. I realize that there is different qualities for the Bach 18, but the woman who helped us understood that $140 is a lot for something my daughter most likely won’t stick with. She also had everything else we needed and it was very quick and simple.
The only thing I could say that was slightly negative was a lot of clutter in the store. But that is more about personal preference than quality.
Awful customer service. Sons middle school tried to push this business for band rentals. I called early on a business morning and Received their voicemail. I left a message and it’s been days where no one could handle to spend a few minutes to contact me back. I rather bring my money elsewhere.
Edited to respond to owner. Yes I’m aware everywhere is short staffed due to Covid. That’s why I was ok with waiting DAYS for a response but never got one. You did not hear my voicemail yesterday because like I said , I left it last week and have gone DAYS without the business following up. I was patient and understood that due to Covid I might not get anyone to answer their business phone immediately. I waited DAYS for the business to be able to catch up and respond to me but was left in the dark. If I can’t get a question answered before handing over my money, why would I trust that once you have my business I could get through to you for any rental issues in the future. Like I said I will seek other places.
Went for sax repair. Took about 20 minutes just to drop off sax and purchase one item. Sax repair was overpriced and only partially complete. Was partially ready two days after promised. Phil, who does the repair kindly explained to me that it was my fault the repair was not complete and that for an additional fee he would complete the repair. Worst customer experience I’ve had in a very long time. Will not be back.
Very disorganized, have you running all over the place to just get one simple equipment.

If you enjoy high end guitars, a pleasant staff and clean area to try out a guitar, this is it. I went to Corzic to play Huss and Dalton, Santa Cruz and Bedell guitars with my brother and left with an excellent Kepma cutaway. I went back the next day in support of my brother buying his Kepma and after playing the OM Kepma, bought it. We both went back today to pick up a cable and I left with a beautiful Breedlove Myrtlewood guitar. Yes, that is 3 guitars in 3 days to add to my large collection of high end guitars. But what I liked most is the professionalism of the staff, from the owner, Ken, to his techs (Matt, Andrew, Raphael) and sales person (Abby). They were polite, very knowledgeable and assisted in showing us over 25 guitars. Service after sale was incredible because of the Plek machine and setup required after using it. 4 hours for my brother’s guitar and 2 hours for mine. All included in the sale. The guitars sound even better than when we played them in their demo room.
I have purchased guitars from Taylor, Huss and Dalton, McPhersen, Gibson, Martin and others and never had this level of care attended to a non-custom guitar. Worth going to Corzic’s Music store before any other in the Central Florida area. I’ve been to most of them and this is a stand-out store.
I couldn’t be more please! I bought a Kepma and they gave me an amazing deal. I got it delivered today and it’s in perfect shape and plays amazing. Thank you Anthony!!!
Just received my new Bedell Classic Folk Dreadnaught from Corzic Music. This has to be the finest guitar and setup I have ever received. I gave them my action preference, music and playing style over the phone and they, along with the Plek machine, did the rest. This guitar plays and sounds phenomenal!!!! I could not be any happier. They delivered what they said they would 1000%. Do not hesitate to buy from this shop. They have made a customer for life! The selling price was outstanding as well.
4. Evor Entertainment
Address: Wild Fern Dr, Longwood, FL 32779 , Longwood , Florida , United States
Best guitar shop in Florida. Rob is a great guy. The store is very cozy and it has a large selections of guitars. 5 stars!!
Rob and his staff are amazing! They are knowledgeable, kind and always helpful. I would definitely recommend R&R guitars.
I’m barely an amateur player… more like a strum by the campfire now and again kind of player. But the folks here make me feel like their single most important customer every time I walk in the door. They always makes sure I know all the various angles on my options so my know-nothing-about-this-stuff brain can make an informed decision. I can’t say enough good about this store. This is the way customer service used to be and it’s so nice to see that it is not dead.
Replaced strings of my daughter’s guitar. Did not tune at all. Poor communication. Was on the phone while checking me out and had difficulty asking / answering questions. Stated would clean up guitar that had been in storage but wasn’t touched. Took several days to replace strings. Would not go here again. Poor service

Very professional customer service. Staff was very quick at getting me the money I needed for bills. 10/10 would recommend this place over any other pawn shop!
Fast nice people treat you like family
Amazing experience!! 5 stars for me!! I’ve never been to a pawn shop where the staff were so genuine. My daughter wanted an electric guitar with amplifier, let’s just say we worked it out and she won’t stop playing. Very pleased with the service and kindness we received. Thank you Value Pawn, we will be back! 🙂
I went in looking for tools ,a young girl got me what I was looking for, after we talked a little she pointed out some other items that the store had, I definitely will be coming back, Thanks for showing me around Caleigh.
Damaris was very helpful
Damaris had good customer service she was nice and informational
Bought a pair of blown speakers and a broken leaf blower today. Have to put new rubber surround on the speakers and the leaf blower doesn’t work at all. It has decent compression, I cleaned the carb and replaced the spark plug. The thing sparks, compresses and gets fuel but does not start, doesn’t even try. Lost $45 here, not happy.
They hang up the phone when you ask a question that they have to check about.. avoid this store!
Manager was the rudest and severely lack customer service skills. And I was going in there to buy not to sale anything.
9. Cash America Pawn

Great customer service!! Love doing business with them!!
Best Cash I’ve done business with. From Manager to workers, they’re all down to earth and really fair with their prices.
This place rocks. I’ve nothing but great experiences in this store. Highly recommended to any looking for a good pawn shop.
Better prices elsewhere
Great team, outstanding
Not bad prices if you’re buying music supplies ,
The owners are packing which is unorthodoxed. They never have much quality stuff. Nice folks if it weren’t for their open carry policy. I don’t blame them. But, it makes you wonder if they have an unsafe neighborhood.
This place use to be good but now its garbage. Low ball offers (about 5-10% worth) and everything they sell is priced at or above new msrp. Save your time and sell on let go cause thats all they are gonna tell you to do.
they switched my dell charger with a HP one and screwed up my computer. stay away
10. LRC Guitars
Address: 1987 Corporate Square #147, Longwood, FL 32750 , Longwood , Florida , United States
Got a setup on my Strandberg and a refret on my old Woodsong acoustic. My Strandberg feels super comfortable and the tremolo sets perfectly; and my Woodsong feels better than factory. They listened to me when I told them about my playing styles for both, and they set them accordingly. Solid work from a solid shop.
The enviroment @ LRC is warm and welcoming. On top of that RJ is a super cool, super friendly dude, and I had no worries leaving 3 of my favorite guitars in his care. I collected ALL 3, two days later and they all play better than I’ve ever experienced them playing! Incredibly happy with the end result and happy I found LRC! I’ll be back!
The Martin Streetmaster 15ME that I bought needed some real help and RJ Colton really changed the sound and playability of of my guitar in a great way with a setup and some new Elixer strings. He also had the perfect pick guard to match the distressed finish on the guitar. Thanks, a real Pro!
I brought in my Dominelli classical doubletop due to a problem with string buzz. He took the time to consult Dominelli, and together decided the relief sanding on the ebony was too great, and this could be alleviated by a fingerboard plane and refret.
The great: almost no buzz except as expected when aggressively attacking the bass strings -this isn’t easy in nylon string guitars set to low action. Also, cosmetically there are no noticeable mars from the refretting. RJ is clearly an artist who enjoys problem-solving and cares about the quality of his craftsmanship.
The not so great: understandably we are in the midst of an epidemic and I can see how that might affect certain kinds of activities, not to mention the kids are no longer in school and may demand one’s attention. I get it. But I gave the go ahead Feb 3 with an estimate of 3 weeks. He finished after 7 weeks with little communication, in fact failing to inform me for a week after the job was finished. After I
arranged a day for pickup he forgot about me and took his family on a beach escape for over a week. Granted he apologized, but he also knew I had a firm deadline. Anyway, I finally got my guitar back just in time after 2 1/2 months. Not happy with that, which explains why I gave him only 3 stars.
Staff is very friendly and knows what they’re doing. They did a great job on my guitar (fret level, pickup swap, and setup) feels and sounds so good!
Only negative things I could say is that it’s a little expensive but they do a great job so you decide if it’s worth the extra money for you.
They also aren’t that good at communicating. Their phone is voice-mail only if you call, so they communicate mostly via email. The shop is appointment only, so you typically can’t just drop by.
My guitar was delayed by 2 weeks and I had to stop by and check in because their was no word for 10 days past the estimated due date. When I stopped by they were very apologetic and fully explained a valid reason.
All this is really because they are very busy, and they’re busy because they are very good at what they do.
Paid RJ about $300 for the installation of a pickup in a jazzmaster and a setup. He did the wiring well but left the pickup sitting very high. When I reached out to him he understood it wasn’t installed properly and agreed that he had to correct the installation. He charged me AGAIN $79 for the installation of the same pickup. Same one he did not install properly on his first attempt. This time it was agreed by both him and I that the proper way to have it installed was by routing the body of the guitar. When i picked it up the pickup was at the proper height so i was happy.
A few months go by i decide to do some work on it and find out that the guitar was NEVER routed. What he did instead was replace the foam underneath the pickup with a smaller piece of foam. see the picture for reference. Watch out with RJ. At least in my experience i had a bad experience with LRC. i would recommend going with someone else.
I dropped off my back-up bass here about three years ago after it started buzzing weird. Ibanez SDGR. Just a cheap back up that I would let others use while teaching and stuff. Well, something happened in the electronics and it needed some replacements. I have it a few weeks and called and no answer. A few more and same result. I have gone to the store during business hours several times since and the door is locked up and no one answers after knocking. Also, it seems that my calls always go to voice mail and never get returned. I’m calling the number that is on this page and going to this address too. The biggest issue too is that I don’t live on this side of town so it’s a drive for me. Also, I haven’t really needed the bass for anything so it’s kinda been out of site out of mind but something came up recently and now I don’t have it. I have called again and left my name and number and no response. I would love my bass back. I don’t really care the condition. They have had my contact info all this time too and I haven’t received a call about anything. This guy probably does great work but I’m not very happy with how my situation turned out.

I am utterly astounded by the sound of my PK Quads. You hear what the mirophone captures and this trumps the live experience in detail, texture etc., I swear it is better than live! My God these things are amazing. What he produces is better than the original factory ’57 in many ways- unbelievable. If you can swing a stacked set, go for it. He is meticulous and you will have to be patient but man is it worth the wait!!!
I have been dealing with Wayne for decades!
Not only is his Quads the best in the world, he also stands 100% behind his products and work.
He has worked on three pair of ’57s and two 63s, to my great satisfaction!
Best quad builder in the world. No one and I mean No one, is more knowledgeable with these speakers than Wayne. His expertise and knowledge of these speakers is what helps him deliver spot on fit and finish. I don’t believe that these speakers looked as good or sounded as good even when new.
PK came highly recommended but failed miserably with my ESL-63. I paid after he replaced all the panels on both speakers. The right speaker displays what sounds like arching. I told him about it. Unfortunately, he’s no longer in business and doesn’t reply to messages.
