A very quaint guitar shop with a wonderful atmosphere and very nice people. Not a huge selection, but the quality makes up for it. Each guitar there had so much character and if its an older one its likely to have a very interesting history. I’d highly recommend it if you want a well made and unique guitar for a fair price.
Open Saturdays – Friendly and informative! Check them out!
Best luthier on the central coast! I take my Martins there for their yearly check up.
It’s okay when it’s actually open
This place is NEVER NEVER NEVER OPEN SO DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME GOING THERE. PITIFUL WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS
Wish it was open more days than one, that’s ridiculous. Wish the woman up front wasn’t passive aggressive. There isn’t passion or inspiration in that place anymore. I’d say let the legacy move on and shut it down. I’m guessing a family member took over after he passed away. But the way its ran is like a burden more than a legacy. Sorry to say

My son and I enjoy Danielle’s Music Together program so much. We love playing with music together and Danielle is awesome! It’s fun for all ages!
I have known the owners for five or so years. The Mini Melodies program inspired my whole family to become more musical and creative and created a lasting impression for them even when they were very small.
We are taking piano lessons now and they are short and interesting enough that my kid that dislikes pressure is always excited to go.
The main area is cozy with kids books, fish, coffee and a lovely smell and there’s typically a small dog to pet.
They’re very organized, lots of info, reminders, and simple processes that make life easier.
Everyone they touch is better for it. Not just musically. We’re so lucky to have them in Osos.

Will is such an amazing person to work with. He encompasses everything someone in the music business should be– kind, honest, hard-working, and smart! Thanks again Borza Mastering you rock.
great mastering. fast delivery, great communication, great sound.
I’ve had albums, EPs and singles mastered at Borza Mastering, and I’m consistently thrilled w/their work. I get masters back, and they sound like my mixes but better, more finished, punchier and ready for the world–everything you want in a good master. Will is a pleasure to work with, quick and thorough with communication, great with any notes and feedback, and he has great taste for when to step in with the proper amount of processing vs. when to let things be. I couldn’t recommend more.

Loved the store in the past, but couldnt go in as it was closed today.
5 stars and plus for service and being unbelievable nice. Here is the story: I was to come from Germany for a weekend visit to Morro Bay for the memorial of my host dad (I was an exchange student 30 years ago). My plan was to perform a song for him on the memorial. To transport a guitar as extra luggage and buying a hard case would have been very expansive. So I googled and finally emailed Ed and told him about my plan and asked if he would rent out a guitar for a day. He answered of course he would give me one. So a week later I arrived at his shop. Not knowing me at all he let me just pick one of his guitars plus a case and music stand. He didn’t ask for any charges not even security. That really touched me – service and trust. And more important maybe for buyers: I tried a few guitars and picked an guitar for 400 US$ with an excellent sound that was superb to play (and good looks) – loved it and would have bought it straight away (can not buy a guitar in that quality for that price in Germany). Thanks Ed. Cheers Dirk
Eddie, the owner, is knowledgeable and helpful. Nothing more important than his customers!
Selection was minimal, especially for drum gear.
CCM is a Central Coast treasure. Ed has provided us local musicians and lovers an eclectic array of musical instruments and accoutrements for a long time making Morro Bay a better place for it.
I get it, it’s tourist season. I genuinely wanted to locally shop a 1/2 size guitar. I saw how busy the store was. I left my name and number. Someone said I was all set to receive a call. 2 weeks, no call.
I highly recommend Andy and Baywood Tracks.
He’s a professional Musician with vast Experience in Music and Recording.
