Lance is the coolest guy I’ve ever dealt with in music gear. Very knowledgeable, very fair, and super hospitable. Done business here for several years and will continue to do so. Most amazing shop around by far!
Awesome customer service. Love the new guitar!
Lance and Tracy are nice folks. They have a good selection of strings and accessories. Neat place for obscure instruments.
Understand you fully, but it was not rudeness. I called and asked there hours for Saturday, and I couldn’t figure out what she was talking about. I took my mom there the next day to pay for her piano and I immediately understood. The woman, the owner is 96 years old and can’t communicate too well on the phone. She even asked me to run her credit card machine since she didn’t know how. In my opinion, and I’m nobody special, but I will bet all I own against your ham sandwich, that this lady needs to be active. If she sat at home, she would have faded away years ago.
I recently called asking if they sold a certain piano made in the ’70s. The woman who answered was very rude, kept cutting me off while I was trying to ask a simple question, and then hung up on me in the middle of the conversation. I will never purchase anything from there in the future. It was the worst customer service I have ever received.
Old cheap and dusty piano place
THIS PLACE DOES NO LONGER Exist

I’m a new fan of Bailey Bros. Music of Montgomery. Brian Hinton single handedly helped me acquire the most fantastic amp I’ve ever played—the Two Rock Studio Signature.
I initially contacted a different dealer because they claimed to be the top Two Rock Dealer in the world, but when I called and asked questions about the Studio Signature, all the guy told me was that it was “basically a Deluxe Reverb”—not helpful.
Enter Mr. Hinton and Bailey Bros. of Montgomery.
Brian sent me several Two Rock demos to give me an idea of what the amp sounded like. When I told him I wanted to order the amp, he made the process painless. I liked dealing with him so much that I went ahead and ordered a matching Two Rock vertical 2×12 cab—sounds awesome.
My experience with Bailey Bros. of Montgomery has been nothing short of amazing. I never felt like I was dealing with “another sales guy”. Instead, I got a chance to pick the brain of a cool guy who knows more about guitars and amps than I do.
If I need to buy guitar gear in the future, the first place I’m going to look is Bailey Bros. of Montgomery.
Awesome service. Very helpful. Great guys. I will visit again and recommend to others.
I serve as a Sound Technician at my local church. Bailey Brothers has been such a big help to myself and our ministry. Brian from Bailey Brothers is extremely knowledgeable about the products they sale. He is an excellent instructor as well. I have to give them 5 stars for being the local music store with the answers.
Lots of instruments. Knowledgeable staff who are willing to help. Try here before you go to guitar center. Be warned seems like some of their prices are kind of high.
The manager was very helpful & the prices were very reasonable on what we were looking for!
Told the repair guy I was on my way. When I got there he had left. I was going to wait until the two employees I talked to just laughed instead of apologizing. I went to Lisenby’s in Prattville and they took care of everything.
I have supported Bailey Bros. since I was a kid, but it’s time for the Montgomery store to be put out of its misery.
I usually try and call in before I go into the store and these guys usually sound like they don’t really have time for that. Quick to get off the phone, I ask a question and they respond with one word and are very blunt and just overall just seem to be uninterested in what you as the customer wants unless you’re trying to buy.

This place is excellent. Steve is knowledgeable and very helpful. The selection is large and the used records are high quality.
Most amazing vintage audio and record store I’ve ever been to.
Have bought several items and never a problem. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff.
One of a kind
Wonderful staff and Audio products
Thousands of used and new Vinyl
I went in there with my mother … they had pictures of black people with big pink lips (stereotypes) and an all lives matter flag . I didn’t have a problem with the all lives matter flag its the fact that they had stereotypes of us hanging up on the wall . Truly disgusted with this place .
