This is my thrid times to this store .find everything i need .their ordered was on timely matter. The store manager was very friendly good at showing,Explained when asked question.
OMG After shopping the “Big Box” stores all day, not finding help or the merchandise I needed. We were overheard complaining while at lunch. The person next to us ask if we had tried The Music Center? We left with directions and our day was saved. Extremely kind, most intelligent staff I’ve encountered. I had unique needs which they filled quickly, smiling the entire time. They simply couldn’t do enough to for me. How wonderful , brightened up our day and left us smiling. ! Certainly learned how a little kindness and knowledge can change someones world. Thanks a million for a great day ! We’ll be back!
If you want optimum professionalism , a very knowledgeable and amazingly talented/wonderful demeanor …..see Melissa!! She is sent from heaven and she deserves a raise….like yesterday!!

Un buen servicio
Just a personal experience
I will never set foot in this place again. I don’t even know the employee’s name, but he has red hair and a tear drop tattoo on his face. He was extremely rude and unprofessional on multiple occasions. He also lied right to my face about how many lessons I’ve taken since I’ve been coming there for the last 4 months. Their instructor Hans is a nice guy and knowledgeable. I enjoyed the lessons I took from him but because of this other employee I will never go back.
These people are CROOKS!!! Ive been djing for 10yrs and I went there to have my speakers looked at (i tested them before i dropped them off) and Mike the repair guy wants to tell me that they are blown. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!? YOU THINK I DONT KNOW WHAT A BLOWN SPEAKER IS?!? PLUS I TESTED THEM BEFORE I BROUGHT THEM THERE!! They are lying money hungry thieves that prey on the ignorant. DO NOT SPEND A PENNY HERE!!!!!
Been in this store twice now, both times the workers talked down to me and basically ran me out of their store within 5 minutes. Horrible customer service.

My daughter plays the Clarinet – my son plays the Tenor Saxophone. In converting their rental to a purchase, Cindy was more than helpful.
In joining the school band, my kids initially rented to insure we wouldn’t be stuck with instruments should they change their mind or otherwise decide chorus might be a better fit. Later in the school year, I sought to convert the rental to a purchase. Looks like they were sticking with band.
I had some “numbers” in mind on what I was willing to pay on the rental to purchase conversion. When I called into the store, Cindy was polite and helpful. After talking with management, their final price was actually lower that the “number” I had in mind. I quickly paid by credit card and sealed the deal.
Great place!
Great store for instrument rental.
They are good at what they do. They give you honest quotes for what might be needed.
Good variety of instruments and accessories. Helpful friendly staff. Good prices
DO NOT GO HERE FOR STRING REPAIRS. Or, frankly, repairs in general. I have never in my life experienced such poor customer service. I originally brought my viola to the store in Port Saint Lucie to be repaired and was told that it had to be shipped to the West Palm Beach store where the actual repair shop was. Seemed reasonable enough at the time. But this store then held my viola for well over a month, and started constantly making excuses as to why I couldn’t have my viola. Not only that, but it was impossible to get ahold of anyone at the store by telephone. I called time and time again and left numerous messages, but I was rarely able to get in touch with anyone until I actually spoke with the repair person. First it was that I didn’t tell them how I wanted it repaired (I did. Twice.) Then it was that the repair person only works weekends (she herself told me that she would come in and fix it on a weekday if needed, but they didn’t seem to care about that), and then it was that they couldn’t ship it back to the Port Saint Lucie store. Then, finally, when I finally got them to ship it back, they did it LATE. It is well over a month later and I STILL do not have my viola because of the terrible customer service. I’ve missed over 10 lessons now because of this. DO NOT go here for string repairs; they are simply understaffed.
Trash. Not in a good way.
I used to come here to have my instrument cleaned for years and will no longer be doing so. Repair shop is unwilling to accommodate professional musicians that are time sensitive. And no, I won’t be leaving my instrument that I make a living with with you for 7-10 days. That’s completely unacceptable. I even offer to pay extra for the rush. Insane. This would never happen in New York, Boston, LA, San Francisco, Dallas, or any city with pro music shops.

Such an incredible selection! I’ve knocked something off of my wishlist every time I’ve shopped here. Prices fairly reflect the condition of the record and I have yet to be disappointed. I’m so glad this place has popped up, a must stop for vinyl lovers!
Great little shop, and the events they hold just outside with DJs spinning vinyl are a blast. Keep it up!
Such a cute and cool record shop! There’s a big outdoor area next door with live music and film fests and whatnot too attached to Northwood Art & Music…feels like you’re really supporting local, and it’s done well!
Y’all go stop in at this pawn shop ask for Trae he has great customer service idk about the other customer service representatives anyway he was Presentable always nice and pleasant definitely work with you prices are affordable would definitely recommend Tre and Tre only
Great customer service Quonda & Laurenthia was very professional and made my purchase nice and smooth.
They don’t sell guns
Went In with some gold to sell, I asked what there scrap prices were and was told “we cannot disclose that information” which was kinda wierd and gave them a 7 gram gold ring to sell and was given 55$ which was way way off that I expected because math on that is about 8$ a gram, thank God I brought the rest of my gold to Value pawn and jewelry where they gave me almost double… A 7 gram necklace there same karat I was given 100$ even and another 90 for some more pieces, with the math they gave me about 14$ a gram, I was beyond ripped off and I’m glad I didn’t put all my eggs in one basket and decided to shop around some more, do not recommend on going here unless of course you wanna get ripped off
Telling sellers they have games that are not in store. Promoting different prices that does not reflect the store prices.

Great service. Staff is great especially Stephanie. I recommend this store to anybody.
My experience was very professional, my jewelry was cleaned upon pick up, I was very pleased.. I think a man and women’s watch shouldn’t be the same price. It was priced by make.
There ok
T.L. At the VP location on 45th was very pleasant and helpful!
Bunch of scammer
They charged my card twice and have not gave me a refund I will be filling a lawsuit.
Staff rude ; Manager worse. Prices drop every money when it does not sell. Here we are 2 days away from the drop and they make you feel like you’re the one trying to get over on them for asking for the lower price. Felt like I was being treated like a “Karen” when all I did was ask to speak w a manager
Grfoh
Place is for the birds and crackheads ; Value Pawns are usually great
THIS ONE IS NOT
AVOID THIS LOCATION
9. Guitar Center
Address: 5025 Okeechobee Blvd, West Palm Beach, FL 33417 , Mangonia Park , Florida , United States
GOOD prices, they offer layaway for 30 days and repairs. You can try the instruments until you find the one. New and used amplifiers same in most the instruments. They have nice deals and clearances monthly. Nice staff. Recomended. You can stop by try some instrumemts and leave no harm.
Can get lost in there great place
Dean at the drum section was amazing and very knowledgeable
Great selection, pricey.
Selection is not as good as the Hallandale Guitar Center store
More inventory and price match needed. Good place for music needs. Staff always great and knowledgeable.
This is my second trip to Guitar center on three days. The first day I brought in a cherry 56 LP to sell but everyone was so ditsy I was ignored for 45 mins so I went to another shop and sold it. Then I came back Sunday and this nice young luthier Vincent gave me excellent service, saved me a big hassle and kept me as a nearly twenty-year customer. I have spent thousands at GC and there management really sucks, sales training is in the toilet and customer service is an after.thought.
Get you sh#t together, you are not too big to fail.
Shun this squirrel nest and especially their Guitar Repair. Dave kept my Stratocaster 28 days for fret work I had to have corrected at The Amp Shop where I shoulda gone in the first place. Later I found a charred pickup lead that thinned out my tone… Went in for Fender parts that were supposed be stocked but were out… Typical corporation. Take a bag of peanuts if you go!
I had a horrible experience with a salesman called Steve. I’ve driven 45 minutes north to buy new equipments and an electric guitar. First thing I was told when I walked in was that I wouldn’t be allow touch any guitar and if I wanted to walk around only (I was Shopping) I could look at the instruments but NO TOUCH because everything is hand sanitizer. Then, because my mask went down below my nose a bit he said to me in a VERY rude way to cover up my nose or GET OUT of the store. So I was kick out of there only a couple mins of being there. Very Bad experience and and disgusting service..no planning to do business with this store any longer.

I’ve been a customer for over 20 years and have always had a good experience. I highly recommend their services and inventory of instruments on consignment!
Bari and her staff are a delight to deal with. Bari’s knowledge in tube amps developed through her experience as an electrical engineer, FPL employee, and many years of tube repairs all comes through when she discusses her troubleshooting process with you. Bari was very helpful to me in correcting some set up issues I had with my Fender strat. I will definitely use them for any future amp and guitar repair needs.
Good store for used equipment and service on your equipment. Friendly!
Were good nice guys and womens
Good
Closing early on a Friday during season? Bad business practice. Sitting outside your shop at 4:45pm. Call ahead or schedule an appointment with these guys
12/30/16
Sold me an amp for $130 that they didn’t even check at half volume (cuts out) and called that “fully serviced” and couldn’t do anything for me when I complained bc I live out of state.
14. Music Man
Address: 179 N Jog Rd, West Palm Beach, FL 33413 , Mangonia Park , Florida , United States
I love the ascetic it gives you and I was happy to buy a clarinet from here reccomend
Great experience today when I went here to try and save an old trumpet for my nephew for his birthday coming up. The two girls working there, (Mel, and I’m not sure what the other girl’s name is, all i know is that she plays French horn), were amazing! They were so kind, knowledgeable, and patient. They providing excellent customer service for me, they went above and beyond, I will definitely be going back to this store in the future. Thank you so much!!
Thank you Music Man & Ms. Johnson for Izzy’s lessons.
Excellent teachers
Excellent location and wonderful customer service
It is good place to buy musical instrument especially related to wind instrument such as saxophones, trumpets, flute, clarinets, and etc. I bought mouth piece for soprano saxophone for my dad, and he really loved it. You may feel it is really small in size, but there is no place like this in WPB. Additionally, you may spend time to find out where the Entry is if you are the first time visit.
They lied to me
I have purchased three clarinets for my daughter from Music Man, with the last one being over $3600 (Buffet R-13). The “brand-new” clarinet was damaged. We had it repaired from an outside person since my daughter needed it immediately for college auditions and we had been told by Music Man that the repairs would take three weeks. I received a phone call from the manager, Chris, asking for copies of my receipts. He then told me that he would submit the receipts to Buffet for reimbursement. After I submitted the receipts, Chris told me (A MONTH LATER) that he didn’t know why I had dropped off receipts for reimbursement and there would not be any reimbursement since I had taken it to elsewhere for repair. He even went as far as to say that he had never called me and had no idea what I was talking about, even though he had asked to speak to my daughter about what exactly needed to be repaired, as there had been other Buffet clarinets that needed to be repaired. After spending over $7000 at this store, I feel their customer service is horrible. Will never recommended it to anybody.
Ok

The service was fast and friendly. Gary was on point .
Its obvious they only like Latinos.. They gave me attitude and they do not have good service.. Watched me walk in those heavy ass doors with my product…
This place is dirty and criminal.my ex girlfriend stole a 22kt gold charm from me, sold it there for way too little and when I came in w the police 2 days later they claimed they never had seen it or bought it. Shady!
This place is is scam came back to sell some chains and bracelets I bout from them and not only did they have a attitude they also did not want to give me my full amount back I payed $600 and they only want to give me $280 back do not come here you will regret it
16. C-Keys Recording & Live Sound
Address: 435 25th St, West Palm Beach, FL 33407 , Mangonia Park , Florida , United States
If you are in need of professional & friendly service, this is not the place. I was very disappointed with my experience at C-Keys Recording Studio recently. A teacher/friend and I made an appointment with 8 students to record. We contacted the owner by phone upon our arrival, as the studio was vacant. The owner explains that our appointment was the next day. We double-checked our message confirmations where we were absolutely scheduled on the current day. The owner attempted to reschedule with us, as he was “in traffic on the turnpike”. We informed him that we had a deadline, and that we wanted to keep our appointment and wait for him.
Fast Forward: So about an hour and a half later, as we are sitting outside the studio, an employee welcomes us in, due to the owner STILL being in traffic on the turnpike (oddly Google maps showed otherwise). The employee basically recorded the entire song with us (thanks Leslie!) and mr. owner shows up on our way out the door, and has the audacity to complain of our time after our inconvenience. Very unprofessional. As a parent with children, very disappointing as well. A two-hour session turned into an all-day event.
The guy who runs the place is rude, doesn’t answer the cellphone even when I had an appointment, kept falling asleep during my session, even had a 30 minute conversation over the phone while I was in my session and still tried to charge me… even after I payed for a medic and master it still was bad quality… his mics aren’t professional and neither is inside the booth (it was very dark couldn’t read my lyrics) still haven’t received my song from him and I’ve been waiting almost over a month now .. would never go back
17. Music & Arts
Address: 608 N Dixie Hwy, Lake Worth Beach, FL 33460 , Mangonia Park , Florida , United States
What a great music store! The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable! As a music lover, this store is heaven! They have a wide variety of instruments that you can try. Scott, the manager, was very helpful and is now the reason why I’ll be renting to own a gorgeous cello!
Great place to buy/lease instruments, friendly staff.
Kevin is knowledgeable, professional, and very kind. He even brought my instrument out to my car.
Mixed feelings. Scott was friendly and helpful on the phone. Unfortunately, when I arrived, someone else helped me. I was in town from California, and I had 1 gig. Normally, I wouldn’t do this, but the venue suggested I ask the store to loan me a tablet mount for 1 day. The clerk’s response was comical! “Um, we don’t loan tablet mooounts…you can return it.” LOL At checkout, knowing this was no longer Chafin Music, I said, “Hey! There is a Music And Arts where I live in (town name). That’s in Southern California.” Her response, “Oh.”
I asked for a bag, and for some reason, that’s when she smiled. She said, “Absolutely!” And she gave me a bag that was too small to comfortably hold the product. It was actually problematic for me because I was walking.
There was no choice of tablet mounts. It worked fine, but I found it awkward. I finally did get to see Scott when I returned the item 5 days later. That was a smooth and friendly transaction.
The staff are friendly and helpful
The people working there are actually helpful one of the cashiers was really nice, he helped me with what I was looking for.
Shameless and soul sucking corporate structure which models its business plan to steal wages from instructors by offering serfs pittance in wages. Instructors and teachers would do much better working solo, advertising their services independent of these vampiric organizations which exploits musicians by selling over priced lessons to meet corporate profit margins. Shameless. If you want to learn and for free go to YouTube and devour all the free sources offering wonderful and informational FREE tutorials in theory, technique, improv, composition and business sense. If you are a guitarist you can do infinitely better just viewing channels like Troy Grady’s Cracking the Code. Save your money and support local independent musicians. These venues and organizations offer nothing but membership plans and packages akin to fitness gyms with ridiculous policies in order to steal as much of your hard earned money. Avoid.
the lessons itself were good, but I signed up for a one month trial in December to see if I liked it (guitar lessons), and after 2 lessons I realized I was too busy to continue. The issue was the store kept charging me for lesson in January without my permission, just a hassle to deal with and now they are trying to collect on lessons which I did not sign up for or attend.
These people are a bunch of crooks that are over charging customers. They are nothing like Chafin Music which was a Staple in Lakeworth. Chafin is missed because they served this community with Care, Integrity and transparency. I rented a used no name trumpet that I have been paying for over 2 years when I try to pay it off I was told I owe over a thousand dollars! Music and Arts need to be cancelled and reported to BBB.
18. Liberated Studios

Working with Ian has truly been a rewarding experience. The professionalism and patience showed by Liberated Studios has definitely been one of kind. If you’re looking for a professional sound and people that care, this is the place to be.
Andree DNA|AO
great studio, great gear, great engineers and the peaceful setting is perfect for getting work done. I love working at Liberated, and recording on the Blue Bottle mic they have is amazing…there is nothing close in Palm Beach County
I absolutely recommend Liberated Studios! Not just a studio with cool gear and people who don’t know what they’re doing! Totally a great experience, with pro engineers that care about you leaving with the best quality sound and industry standard material…and its right here in West Palm Beach! Liberated offers a beautifully manicured private ambiance, new and vintage gear, great mic selection, awesome mixes and “real” analog and digital mixing and mastering. It feels like a getaway! Equipped with a pool, deck and grill for the dedicated musician/band working longer hours. The best studio in Palm Beach by far!
Seemed closed for business or have move to another location
