I went looking for a 6string bass guitar and was disappointed. They mostly had 4string basses and only two 5string basses… maybe 10 bass guitars all together. Wasn’t impressed with their inventory.

The level of customer service you receive really depends on who you speak to at the company. Some do not understand customer service while others go above and beyond to help you out.

Completely ridiculous prices for violin strings! The only reason they’re getting two stars is because they weren’t rude about it. $100 for a set of dominants.

Johnson String Instruments sells custom sets of dominant A, D, and G with your choice of e for $76.

Amazon charges $54 for a set of dominants. About half of what Art’s was asking.

I was traveling and wanted a spare set of strings in case one on my instrument broke- I decided to just risk it. Do you people have any respect for working professional musicians or are you just trying to extract as much money as possible from witless amateurs and students who come to your shop?? Shame on you.

I hate this shop. I have paid an exorbitant amount of money for this stupid clarinet that my daughter plays at school. It’s hard to set up payments. Do not like!!!!! Uggggh, I cannot wait until this is over

My daughter gave them all the correct information for her banking and the 3rd month they billed her for overdue payment. When she called to make sure they had the correct information they still refused to take off the late charge when it was evidently no fault of hers. They rip people off!

I serve as a Sound Technician at my local church. Bailey Brothers has been such a big help to myself and our ministry. Brian from Bailey Brothers is extremely knowledgeable about the products they sale. He is an excellent instructor as well. I have to give them 5 stars for being the local music store with the answers.

Told the repair guy I was on my way. When I got there he had left. I was going to wait until the two employees I talked to just laughed instead of apologizing. I went to Lisenby’s in Prattville and they took care of everything.

I have supported Bailey Bros. since I was a kid, but it’s time for the Montgomery store to be put out of its misery.

I usually try and call in before I go into the store and these guys usually sound like they don’t really have time for that. Quick to get off the phone, I ask a question and they respond with one word and are very blunt and just overall just seem to be uninterested in what you as the customer wants unless you’re trying to buy.

I can’t say enough about Arts music store. I recently started playing guitar. I purchased a new left handed guitar from Arts only to find out later that just because I am left handed does not mean that I should play a guitar left handed. The awesome staff at Arts became involved and really went above and beyond to help me get a right handed guitar. I want forgot the way you helped me and I will remain a lifetime customer. Thank you very much!!!

I had my daughter’s trumpet cleaned and repaired. Everyone was kind, knowledgeable and courteous to us. The quality of work was great and it only took a couple of days.

They have fresh fruit some time like water melon and bananas.
Of course everyone knows they do not sell fresh produce. Go to town for that.

But they do have a freezer full of meats, pizzas, dairy. Canned goods- yup get your veggies in a can. Joke. There’s asperagus, peas, mix vegis and corn. Beans of ever type. Tuna, chicken, stews and soups.

Make a mess? grab some cleaning stuff and laundry stuff and don’t forget your toilet paper, air freshener and bath supplies… and grab some new clothes and shoes.

Party decorations, Lawn and Yard stuff. Nicnacks and candles. Pool stuff, bbq stuff, propane and a Flagg and might as well get new home decor, curtains and towels. Grab a lawn chair or two…

All the shampoo, conditioner, soap and makeup and baby supplies and diapers you need.

And Don’t for get the BUG SPRAY!!!!
Only good pesty bug is a dead one.
