Awesome atmosphere, good music, great food
Self service for ordering which is good.
Delicious meal and relaxing ambiance. Giving other local restaurants a run for their money.
The atmosphere was nice, but right away neither of the hostesses wore their masks correctly- they sat right below their chins the whole night. The food took a while to get there, probably 45 minutes for 4 meals when the restaurant was half empty, but the appetizer was quick and tasted good. When we got our meals, they weren’t great. The lobster Mac and cheese is packed with really good lobster, but the Mac and cheese portion is pretty bad- it really tastes like fake cheese. The burger and coconut shrimp reviews from my family were good, and the fries were nice and crispy.
Not a bad place, but could use some improvements. Service was slow and not friendly and the food was ok. They ran out of toast.
Good food nice eating outside in a sheltered area. Service was a little slow…but will recommend to friends
The fish and chips were the worst I’ve ever had……dough fried surrounding some kind of fish…..very dissatisfied….never order this….awful.
Went to the bakery at Smith House yesterday. The employee was rude with us.
I could forgive that with today’s world but the baked goods were terrible for the price we paid ($20.00).
Bought banana bread and banana bread gluten free which we were excited to eat.
But there was barely a taste of banana in both breads. What a disappointment.
$38 steak was worse than $12 steak at Apple Bees! Service was good! Should have ordered burger!

Great spot where everything is art! Great shows several times a year as well.
Local treasure. So lucky to have this resource.
Cool
Visited 10-6-23 Nice
Nice stuff not really my style
This art center has grown dramatically in the last few years. Marco is home to so many talented artists who now share their art on the island. Many classes are offered to both annual and part time residents. The store is much larger now too and they sell many artists’ works. Also look for their fine art shows. There are some unique contributing artists.
Love the bargain basket thrift shop on Marco Island. Good quality second time around items, great prices.
Great little thrift store. Very inexpensive. Our first trip happened to be a 50% off day but we would have paid their non-discounted prices. The frames on the art we bought alone were worth 10 times what we spent. We’re happy to help others by shopping at this thrift store.
A mix of all kinds of used items at bargain prices. A fairly large amount of clothing.
High prices
Good prices on the idems.
It’s an awesome shop I bought as lot of things for less money I really liked it I recommend it to whoever’s looking for a bargain
Never made it in; parking lot was full and hard to navigate. Sign says parking in rear, so we did but they wouldn’t allow entry from the back, expecting 80+ woman to walk through vacant lot filled with fire-ants. We just left. Not customer friendly.
Wow for a place that gets their items for free they sure do charge a lot! $8-$10 for a t shirt! Cmon! I know it’s marco island but you are a thrift store not a retail store.

I got me a slurpee but I was a penny short and they gave me a free penny! How nice!
Gas price was a bit high.
All I go here for are the Slurpee’s on July 11th. Great deal.
Friendly. 7 11
December report: I drink Borden’s 2 % Milk and LIKE Southland
foods. Please do not grossly overcharge me, whattsuh?
I do not like the attention of this place and especially of the men who attend this place
Worker was incredibly rude!!! Will not return to this location. Collier BLVD location is not much better, but never been disrespected the way I was in this store. Oof. The person working sat in the back room while blasting rap/hip hop music and seemed extremely irritated that I simply wanted to check out. He was so rude!!!!!
14. Empire Bagel Factory
Address: 239 N Collier Blvd, Marco Island, FL 34145 , Marco , Florida , United States
I love empire bagel. The best bagels In collier county. Dolores is the best. Sweet hard working and thoughtful. Empire is lucky to have such a dedicated employee. She’s the best.
This is a must stop for the best bagel breakfast sandwich on the Island! Also we bought bagels for our breakfast the next day with their flavored cream cheeses. So yummy! Donna will make you an amazing iced coffee with her homemade coffee ice cubes which will not water down their flavored coffees which is a better coffee than Starbucks or Dunkin’ Donuts!
We have been enjoying their bagels for 3 years.
Best bagels on the Island and Naples also.
Delores always has a smile on her face, very friendly and helpful! Great customer service. She is a huge asset to the store.
Delores Thank you it is great to see your smiling face every day
Online order made it a breeze.
Great food and coffee
Ordered online for pickup. Paid extra for lettuce onion tomato that wasn’t included. Egg was fried and not scrambled. Did not toast bagel. This was the 1st of 5 other times I had been there otherwise with no problems.
Unfortunately I was with someone who had never been there before and he had a bad first impression. I tried calling them back but no one answered the phone.
Owner called me back later in the day, after my bad review online explained the staffing issue that morning and reimbursed me for the order. Happy to have someone to explain the situation and take care of the problem.
The bagels are meh. The line is out the door and they have 1 person working the counter at 9 am.
She takes a phone call in the middle of someone’s order and leaves for 3 minutes. Numerous people just left the line. Unfathomable how a bagel store has 1 person taking orders and making coffee and bagels at 9 in the morning. If this is how you manage the store you should probably just sell it or close.
Oh..then brings two of the 3 bagels I ordered because she forgot to make the simplest bagel with butter. AVOID
Cashier was not friendly. No Hi or Thank You. Bagels were ok.
Slow service .. too much talking when customers waiting in line.
15. Gator Music Supply, Inc.
Address: 524 Tamiami Trail N, Naples, FL 34102 , Marco , Florida , United States
Kept getting delays and backorder emails from guitar center so I cancelled my order and started calling local shops since I’m not from Naples. The owner met me at the shop personally to let me check out a guild acoustic during a pandemic on a Saturday. Prices are similar to any good shop back in Georgia. Good people and a good store.
Great guys good service
I saw some of the negative reviews but many just seemed whiney. So I brought my Tele in for a setup. Dave did a great job. Intonation perfect, action just where I like it. He did some fret work also. Price was great for the work done!
Lots of guitars. Lots of guitars. Lots of guitars. And collaterals.
Muy buen lugar para elegir la viola, por la calidad, variedad y atencion.
Appears to be good selection- however, customers have no access to guitars. It’s nice to be able to strum a guitar, put it back up, and pull down another to strum.
Very disappointed Gator Music remains in business after all of the people I’ve talked to who have been talked down to, cussed out and yelled at by this guy. I seriously thought this man was going to physically put his hands on me. Not only that but I spent $300 on a terrible guitar and when I politely pleaded with him to give it back, he kicked me out of his store. I truly hope you read my review, and choose to buy your musical gear and do business elsewhere! YOUVE BEEN WARNED!!!
I’m a touring musician, and I looked it up on my flight to Florida. I went in for an hour; the store is great and the guy on the first day was very nice, great conversation/product knowledge, and he really sold me on a G&L that I probably wouldn’t have reached for if he didn’t mention it…I came back with my brother so we could seriously browse and get some good gear, but some other dude working there wouldn’t let me plug in. Showed us to the cheap isle, plugged my bro into a little practice amp. Wouldn’t help him get the guitars he was actually interested in. I was about to buy the bass and my bro was gonna pick up a custom blue 8 string they have, which I have never seen anywhere else! He wouldn’t let us. Then he proceeded to kick us out! Couldn’t recommend based on my experience; hope you like being seen as a joke, you’ll be right at home.
Underwhelming. I stopped in today on the recommendation of a friend. There were two workers in the store, and 1 other customer who promptly left. All I wanted was a beginner guitar and some supplies. Stood around for 7-8 minutes as I was roundly ignored. Started picking up guitars and just strumming and picking the strings and putting them back. Nobody said a word to me. The manager went in the back room and was playing some video stuff on his PC, and the other worker appeared to be repairing guitars. Totally unimpressed at no greeting upon entering (this is a small store), and no service at all. Returned home and bought a guitar on Amazon, and it came with many supplies and has good reviews.
