When we ordered a music book by Keith Snell from Amazon and opened a shipping it was so nicely wrapped, with a paper that says Prima Music, a coupon, one card from Prima Music, 8 stickers, lastly a candy. Thank you very for the two books that I need. Whatever it was Amazon or Prima Music-Thank you very much .
I have taught for 20+ years and teach about 55 private lessons/week. I have been ordering from them for more years than I can count. Prima Music is THE BOMB! They are always fantastic. They are entirely thorough and I just never have a problem.
I have been a loyal customer for more than 6 years to Prima. Before I was very happy to be their customer. but now….things getting worse, I tried to contact them for more than 5 emails regarding about my issue and didn’t get any reply. Called the customer & got a very rude reply.
I am very disappointmented about the service they offer now.

Y’all, Chris is the GOAT. I took four guitar in last Monday with varying workloads to each one. I got a text on Wednesday that one was ready and then 30 minutes later got another text that another one was ready. He finished the other one the next day and the final one a week later. Having had guitar work done at other places I was completely blown away. The guitars look and feel better than they did when I got them. Thanks Chris for you focus on excellence. It really shows! If anyone needs guitar work done, seriously, take them to Chris!
