Very cool place! All non profit, and proceeds go to help local people.
Excellent place to purchase gently used items. Also a great way to help the community of Metamora area by donating your gently used, never used, no longer needed items to Reclaimed Resale. Half of the monthly profits are given to one local charity, or food bank to help even more people. Great way to share and recycle.
Friendly. Good selection. Nice town. Good mission supporting local activities.
Clran, friendly service, large variety of items
Nice little shop, always seems to have something we need at a fair price. They have expanded the shop and have quite a variety of items. Considering donating your items there too, we have and they seem more grateful then the big places.
I would rate this place 5 stars for merchandise and location, but the old women in there follow you around and peek around the corner and through the shelves like you have ‘Clepto’ tattooed on your forehead. If that’s the kind of clintel they have coming in there, I don’t feel like it’s worth ever go g back.
Me and my wife are pickers and regularly shop all the thrift/consignment shops in central IL. Somehow this place went under our radar. We went there for the first time Saturday and loved what we saw great selection and prices racked up $75. But somehow we left a bag behind. I have the receipt we got charged for the items so I called and they say they have nothing. And didn’t seem to really care about my problem. So we won’t be going back
First time shopping there. Friends kept telling me i need to check it out. Glad i did! Friendly staff too. Ill be back!!

Utilized the drive through at the Metamora Store…the sandwich was warm…my.order is an oddball and they got it right…smooth and quick..its rewarding to go to a location in the evening and get regular day hours “A” level service.
Quick and nice
Helpful cashier, quick service.
Typical McDonalds. Service was friendly.
It’s McDonalds. You know what you’re getting when you go there. Having said that, this location has only managed to get my order correct 1 of the 5 times I’ve visited. Usually I’m missing something from my order and don’t discover it until after I’ve left. My advice, if you do go to this location, check your entire order before you leave.
Close to home
Egg McMuffin?
This McDonald’s doesn’t have a clue. Their burgers are so salty and the latte”s taste like coffee grounds! I do not recommend eating here until they get it together!!!
Worst Mc Ds ever. Came in to town for high school band competition. 5:30 pm-ish. Went inside for a quick pit stop and snack. 6 minutes to place an order with only 1 person in front of me. I watched a sleeveless male employee wander around all areas of the the kitchen and serving are with armpits exposed, ugh. Once order for fries and regular coffee placed another 11 minutes to get my to go bag. I took it directly to ny car to find the fries were cold (not warm) and the coffee scorched. I guess Ronald needs to keep a better eye on his brand. No more Micket Ds for me. Unfortunately, no zero star abilty.
5. McBride & Shoff Machine Shop

Not generic definitely old school and they pretty much have everything that you ever need. They have modern tablet stands and all that but they have the old-school touch which is rare.
Great customer service.
Don is an amazing man. He took in my brother in law’s beat up Yamaha and made it beautiful again. Don told us about his history with Yamaha. If anyone knows more about the story of Yamaha from a dealer’s and repair perspective in Peoria, I honestly don’t know who it would be.
Shop local folks. They care.
Gd selection

Friendly staff with knowledgeable and affordable music teachers that have great methods of teaching
Todd Campbell assisted me and was my guide through this experience. A well spoken person who was knowledgeable in asking every question I had. If you come to this shop, ask for Todd and you’re instrumental shopping experiencing will be amazing.
Nice place to check out instruments. Staff was friendly.
I have to say I really liked The Music Shoppe! An excellent store.
I finally visited the shop to get a couple boxes of guitar strings. I just didn’t feel like ordering online. I want to see merchandise in-person!
Wonderful, friendly staff in the store. Great instrument selections.
The store was bigger than I thought, a pleasant surprise.
Make yourself feel good, check out an instrument for yourself, live…. talk to staff about what you’re looking for. Sorry, but I love these “real” businesses.
Very helpful staff, good selection of music and instruments.
They’re expensive, the cables and accessories they sell will usually cost nearly twice in price, just go on reverb or guitarcenter and order online instead. Saving customers money. The place is fairly quiet for a music shop and they have great service and employees though, I just wouldn’t suggest buying any accessories or equipment stuff like cables for electric instruments.
Us as parents made a mistake about payments on my son’s sax so they did what there Right was and got it back so we went in and bought one from them paid it full out that same day we bought it they informed the music teacher to take it they were picking it up the following Friday so my son had it removed from him in front of his classmates just before his Christmas concert he was crushed at something he was looking forward in doing
we had receipt for sax which we paid cash for so with them doing this my son no longer wants to do band or music just because the people at the music shop if I could give them negative 5 star I would who would tell a music teacher to take away a sax that was paid for from a child for no reason at all I hope u go out of business?
