Best teacher ever. Thank you Mr. Dennis! So positive and encouraging.
Dennis Sanderson is an AMAZING instructor. He taught my son drums for years and he really helped him grow into a skilled player in his own right. Later I picked up taking bass lessons with my son as well and Dennis did a great job teaching each of us at our own skill level. He is great with kids of all ages and really makes the lessons fun as well as educational. His prices and scheduling flexibility are also excellent and he is super easy to work with. He hosts regular recitals as well as drum competitions to not only give his students goals, but allow them to prepare and preform for an audience. Overall an excellent school and excellent instructor.
He is teaching our 7 year old. Our son loves the lessons and loves the guitar. Dennis has a gift as a teacher. He has done such a good job our 10 year old daughter is now taking piano and drum lessons from him. And after 3 other piano teachers I feel we found the right one finally.
So, here I am exploring and trying a different Coffee Shop and chose Wesley Owens and Café. I walked in and right away Loved the décor…..the artwork top notch, exposed beams, the music low enough but still pleasant. I approached the front counter and was greeted with a Smile by Fabian (Wonderful & Exotic South African accent). I told him it was my first time and he was very kind and friendly. All of the team there are all so kind and welcoming. The croissant was tasty and the drink “Fall Fog” excellent! I would definitely recommend this place to everyone! Such a wonderful little Coffee & Café place.
Nice place, nice people, good coffee and food!
Love this place! Delicious coffee, #cortado , owners are great. Definitely a neighborhood gathering hub. Cushioned chairs, meeting room, laptop station, and positivity on all walls and gift souvenirs.
Good coffe and sammiches. Prices a bit high however. Nice atmosphere.
i came here at 3:20pm on a Tuesday and it was lightly busy. i got the chai latte and it was so smooth and authentic. really felt rich and made well. it cost 4.15 and then i got a pumpkin muffin which was perfectly fluffy and moist. the flavor was delicate and tasted like fall. the combination of the two was incredible. it cost me a little over 8 bucks, which is such a great price considering how delicious it was. the customer service is great. they are really nice and explained to me what flavors the different chais had. they call out your drink by name too. this place does seem like a christian owned small business, as they have a prayer box nudged in the corner. they have a couch and many chairs and tables for reading or chilling. the music isn’t too loud for concentration, but if you don’t work well with a group of people chatting, i would come at a different time maybe. i gave them a four just because while i was trying to enjoy my purchases, these two flies kept bothering me and flying about my dish. maybe that means that it’s not all the cleanest, but i might still go again just order to go.
Great atmosphere!
No mask enforcement or covid restrictions of any kind. None of the employees were wearing masks. Very unsafe.
Been here four times now? The coffee is… underwhelming. Their green tea is a “mix” not matcha powder, their rotating quiche ? Always seems to be the same recipe, the staff seem nice but a bit confused. Bar -always a mess. Products – always a mess. And the decor? Is PUTRID. I hate sitting in this cafe. I really wanted to support small, but it’s just not worth my money or time. Many guests (and reviewers) seem be – oh the more retired age group – which explains the lacking coffee and menu overall, they probably just make drip all day
We had been traveling all morning (4+ hours on the road) and wanted a hot latte from a local shop before we continued our trip. I got a Chai and my husband got a Tokyo Fog latte, both were lukewarm as soon as we got them.

Amazing person, engineer, problem solver and human
Amazing experience! Chris Andrews is great at sound engineering/mixing/mastering! Very professional and has great input regarding making songs huge and full! He even helped out with some production issues to make the songs pop more! Totally looking forward to our next project and working with him!
Incredible engineer, gear, and vibe. Monument Sound is the place to go to take your music/audio to the next level.

Such good food for not much money and the people are so nice
Fantastic food and a great experience! Definitely worth checking out.
Best breakfast and lunch in town. Don’t be fooled by the unassuming location inside the Tri-Lakes YMCA…the food is out of this world! I’ve tried a different dish each time, and each dish has FAR exceeded my expectations. Wonderful and definitely worth the trip!!!
Placed a take out order for my boyfriend and I. The hash browns were not cooked fully, scrambled eggs had pieces of the egg shell in them, and my boyfriends French toast had a piece of hair in it.
9. The Roost
Address: 135 2nd St, Monument, CO 80132 , Monument , Colorado , United States
This was a divine eatery! I highly recommend. Southern cooking integrated with hipster foods.
One of a kind finds and treasures. Loads of antique furniture and decor all creatively displayed. Eye candy for the lover of Americana decor. And Katie, the owner is delightful and worth stopping by just for a chat. Love. This. Store!
It’s always a pleasure to visit The Roost. Katie is so pleasant and she always has new and interesting items.
Clean and neat store nice men that greeted me. Thank you.
Very low on toys that what we went there for
It’s Walmart. Haven’t ran into anyone rude.
They don’t have squeegees, I’ve been back three weeks in a row. Haha killing me.
Clothing section at every Walmart is in a little disarray. Not hating, is what it is.
Walmart is reliable.
Been currently waiting for my groceries for over an hour in the pickup area. Stop putting teens that don’t care in this area.
Dont call because you.will sit on hold forever than someone well transfer you and repeat. Insanity.
It’s a Walmart. Please visit to see the local trashy people in your community.

Good, nice, and newly renovated McDonald’s. The food was good and the play place was huge and very nice.
Great people fast service
Always a busy place when you visit. Fast service and always friendly staff.
Weird Wendy’s.
Quick service.
Not the best place I’ve been.
False advertising on the google page for this mcdonald’s, it says the drive through closes at 12am i pulled up to the drive through at 11:02pm and they told me they were closed even though they were serving people still in the drive through
Same as the rest
Mobile ordering system was not being received in the store. After 5 min waiting in the curbside spot I went in and showed them the order that was nowhere to be found in their system. I had to show them my phone for employees to fill the order.

A must-stop Monument shop. Such unique gifts and Tchotchkes. Shop owner is a gem!
Great gift shop, my friend and I looked at the Brighton purses, cute clothes, and unique gift items. Bought a lottery candle and a dish towel for a friend! Couldn’t resist! We will be back here.
Quaint shop with quality products…worth stopping by
Looking good
First time in here. Awesome truffles. Great selection ill be back.
Walked in and around the shop to get something for my wife and not once was greeted. Just talking amongst themselves and ignoring customers. Won’t be back.
15. The big Instrument

Great work, knowledgeable, easy to work with, with a quick turnaround. I’ve worked with a lot of guitar repair people in my life and would highly recommend getting work done here.
I recently bought a guitar at a pawn shop and wanted to up grade it. About my experience: 5 stars all the way. Here is why. Initially I contacted this place through email explaining what I would like done with my guitar. I get an email back the next day with all kinds of info about the guitar I bought that I didn’t even know. So I make an appointment. I get there. Angelo was very informative, and super laid back. He even updated me with video footage on the progress of the repairs he was doing. I can’t say enough good things honestly. Really cool dude. The work is a fair price, and the place is conveniently located near me. You will not be disappointed with service.
when restoring, designing,or even an upgrade to guitars or lapsteels….the big instrument is the best….i had my non-pedal steel re-designed,with new electronics….a beautiful blue heavenly finish….p90 pick-up….volume and tone added…new designed legs making it more stable… it came out great….i also had my telecaster upgraded….frets smoothed….it plays so much better….here you will enjoy a friendly atmosphere….with knowledge to spare….thank you to the big instrument…

Best place in town for your music needs. Everyone. Is so helpful and nice!
Very helpful staff. Nice selection of both new and used instruments. They also have rentals as well as rent to buy on both new and used.
Meeker Music is great! The staff is friendly and helpful.
Smaller store but pretty knowledgeable and helpful for the novice musicians. Reasonably priced accessories.
Limited selection at this location. Staff is eager to send you downtown for things they don’t have at this location.
Great customer service
I agree with the man who said he felt rushed. Owner said they always ask “How can I help you?” Suggestion: That phrase assumes the customer NEEDS help, when they may know exactly where to go to help themselves. A better question would be “Can I help you?”. That leaves customer free to say “No, thanks. I am good”. My suggestion is more respectful, more friendly (customer knows staff sees them and is available without the pressure first question gives.) Know that there are many of us who would feel better about the second question. I have not been back after experiencing that first question. It just felt too pushy. Let us breathe.
I walked in looking for a drum set and the sales clerk just stared at me until I said hello and greeted her. Unwelcoming and unhelpful. The clerk looked like she had just rolled out of bed and had nothing helpful to say. She whispered to another clerk in the store which would have been much less awkward if there had been any music playing in the store whatsoever. Very disappointed
I’m quite happy to be free of this business.
I rented a keyboard to test interest with my daughter before purchasing one of our own.
I found it strange that their policy required me to fill out paperwork with a credit/debit card number complete with CVV in the year 2023 on a paper form, rather than reading the card for secure storage in an online system. I had never done this before but complied with the request. Two days later fraudulent charges showed up on my card account.
The particular unit I rented was set up as a floor model. The sales associate, when dismantling the setup, walked away from the wall with keyboard in hand, without unplugging it. This pulled the power cord sharply where it joined the keyboard and shattered the connector. While I saw the drama unfold, I didn’t know this part was broken at the time, as the associate quickly sealed the keyboard in the box and pushed paperwork under my nose, requiring me to confirm the keyboard condition. I was told the unit was brand new and so there was no need for me to inspect its condition. It appears the associate, after making an honest mistake, elected to leave the damage for me to deal with rather than do the right thing.
After I took the keyboard home and discovered the damage, a different associate at the store completed a new condition report for me the following day, so that I would not be held liable for the damage upon returning the keyboard.
While the keyboard remained in my possession it continued to work despite the shattered connector. However, if you’re renting a keyboard here, you might want to check it over before signing the condition report regardless of your associate’s claims or hurried attempts to seal any instrument in a box.
When I rented, I was told, and was provided paperwork to confirm, that a two month minimum rental was required. Further, I would pay for the first month up front and a deposit that, weirdly, would be applied to the second month. I would not be charged again until the beginning of the third month.
After the broken connector, I was already distressed by my experience with the store. The fraudulent charges appearing on my card finalized my decision that I would not be renting beyond the minimum of two months according to the contract I signed.
Strike three came when I returned the keyboard at the end of the two months. My account was in good standing according to the terms of the contract with no further money owed by me. However, this time a third associate who received the keyboard from me very carefully phrased that the only thing left to do was for her to collect payment from me for the second month. How many people actually fall for this? I made it clear that I was familiar with the terms of the contract I signed and that I would be offering no further money.
I walked out for the last time, satisfied with myself for not having provided my new card number to this particular vendor after having to change it and update other vendors two months prior.
Clean, great selection of everything, super nice people
I was impressed with the presentation of the items available for sale. Well-organized, clean, and items priced to sell. I didn’t find what I was seeking (a small table), but I will check back again.
Love shopping here, you never know what you are going to find!
Pricier than most Goodwill’s, but it’ll get the job done. Nice facilities and last time I went in the cashier sang at me, so good experience
It was a great day for a Goodwill excursion. The snowy weather leaves for little crowds in the stores. I had a few great finds to use in the barn and around the house.
The manager is a feminist witch who treats people who wish to praise a man like they’re the enemy. After I made a complaint against a female employee and told her why I appreciated one of the back workers ( he reminds me of son who died 4 years ago, and he’s sweet enough to call Mum ) she treated me as though I was liar. The ONLY reason I’m giving this store 3 stars is because of that lad in the back who takes my donations. I haven’t seen him in a bit and if they fired him, I’ll tell all my friends to go somewhere else. I come from a wealthy family and have a couple of homes to decorate.
I was wearing a mask and the employee’s but none of the customers were! Alot of the stuff there was there before they closed.Junky
I like the store lay out, and employees are friendly, but I think the prices have gotten way too high. It’s a bit ridiculous actually and I have seen things priced higher than they sell for new. Then, as if you aren’t paying higher prices already for stuff they got for free, they ask for a donation every single time you purchase anything.
Prices little high

Mrs. Shin is amazing. Her daughter is a great instructor. She has many other awesome instructors too!
The music lessons at Shin’s are excellent. The instructors are incredibly talented and patient.
I’m a senior in high school and have been studying piano with Mrs. Shin for just under a decade. She is such an amazing teacher; she’s patient, supportive, and overall loves to teach her student music. I always look forward to our weekly lessons and I 100% recommend her to anyone who want to pursue an education with music, whether that be recreational or professional.
