This is the perfect studio to get your project done with ease! The aesthetic is very cool and calming which made it easy for me to find the perfect energy to record my 1st EP. If you are an aspiring musician/artist and you want the big name sound but can’t afford the big name price, Moore Music Studios is the place!
A very professional recording studio. Great for recording vocals. Also it’s quite spacious.
Great location, easy to find and no problem with parking. This studio has everything you need to create high quality professional sounding music. The owner has years of experience and knows exactly what he’s doing to bring your vision to life. Highly recommended!

Diana did a great job helping me. Thank you so much Diana..
I always come here.
Very helpful staff and overall great experience.
Great place that will buy your gold, they know the market ! Excellent customer service from Diana per usual too they also have a good pieces.
Very nice fella who could not offer us a decent price for our $3,200 (retail) diamond ring. He and his brother are small and local (and cramped) who have a little of everything. But he gave us a couple referrals to the downtown jewelry exchange and helped us understand why they might be able to give us more. We found Alex to be courteous, kind and helpful.
Then on the way out the door was an old “Kiki Dee” LP that I had back in 1978 and played to death. Gosh made me wish I had a turntable now….
The employees need to explain the policy and put a smile but is ok the have helped me out in several occasions …
Home girl was a little too interested in our package return. She kept asking questions about our orders. Prior to leaving the place, she said “don’t forget to leave a 5 star review”. She didn’t even give the option for us, as customers to provide a review. The person I was with said he didn’t have his phone with him. I was trying to walk out and she asked “what about you?”. She said we had to give them 5 stars before leaving or we would not keep our promise. She locked us in the place and said “I’ll even turn the air on”. Took my phone out of my hands to give herself 5 stars even after I said “I don’t know about 5 stars”. On top of this, the tracking confirmation was not sent to the given number. We had to return and she knew. She tried to play it off and resend it. The code was then received. Overall, I felt very uncomfortable and would not return. Stars are earned not given.
don’t care about customer. not right business hours.
Sketchy ass people. Their products have things wrong with them but they’ll tell you anything you want to hear to feel ok about buying there.
Very helpful. I bought my whole home studio there.
Thank You Guitar Center !!
Artur & Arturia !! Pro Audio !!
Great customer service
Great place. The people there could use some people skills tuned up especially on introductions
Great service didn’t find exactly what I was looking for overall good experience and knowledgeable staff
Great, helpful staff.
I was sexually harassed by an employee at this store and since I have complained the employee is now harassing me all the more using the store’s land line. All because I needed a microphone.
Employees need to be more courteous to customers.
No left-handed guitars it’s a little overpriced

If you love your instrument… take it to Eric. There is no one better
Eric”s is the best most professional guitar repair I have been to.
Good variety but pricey
There is an air of paranoia to enter the facility, requiring being buzzed in from an intercom from an upstairs parking structure. This is understandable given the undesirable location of the business. The repair price services are high as is customary in the San Fernando Valley. I can get the same work done in Los Angeles and East Los Angeles for less and in safer neighborhoods than this gang-infested one. The owner is passionate about his work otherwise I would give this one instead of three stars.
If a guitar is a loved one, and that guitar isn’t feeling well, you want to feel that they receive the best care when given over to someone who heals them. Eric was that for me, but no longer.
I have brought Eric numerous guitars, and have really appreciated the time, care and service that went into the setup that he performed, except the last one. I brought him a craiglist purchased tele that had problems, problems that weren’t addressed by Eric. He always has the player sit down and try out the guitar before they take it home. In a massive aberration, this guitar felt weird. When I switched pickups the neck was extremely quiet. The bridge didn’t sit right, and I just didn’t like it. I brought it over to Eric, who started to inspect it, and he realized that the bridge pickup wasn’t put in correctly. He inquired from the tech, who seemed brand new, and they realized that they hadn’t put in the spacers around the pickups, so that it doesn’t just recede into the guitar. I stood around, thinking, why didn’t he check this himself before handing it over? This isn’t Eric’s Tech’s Guitar Shop. If Gordon Ramsey was here working the expo line, he’d make sure that the bisque was properly salted, wouldn’t he? This my friends, wasn’t even the worst of it. I took it back to the room, started playing the telecaster again. This is a Japanese made, official Fender product, and the neck pick up just sucked. Quiet, I mean, barely audible. I said, “Eric, this pick up, I can barely hear it, what’s wrong with it?” His reply, “Well, they’re just really quiet pickups sometimes.” Wrong answer Eric. At that moment I felt very brushed off, but didn’t have the wherewithal to call him out on his dismissive response.
I took the guitar home, bought new pick ups, wiring kit, pick up switch, soldering gun and more, and put in two brand new pick ups. Lo and Behold, the guitar sounded great. Loud, boisterous, impressive. Eric never should have handed that guitar over, and he should have checked it before it was finished. I needed him to tell me, that neck pick up sucks, and you should change it out. And you should change this selector switch because it sucks too. That was the last guitar I ever brought Eric, even though he had performed quite a few very fine setups. The trust was broken. I suppose in the end, I learned a valuable skill, how to solder, since I hadn’t done that before. A silver lining I suppose.
If you take your guitar to Eric, more likely than not, it’ll be a perfect experience, but, for me, it just wasn’t. I now take my guitars elsewhere for setup and upkeep, and it honestly just makes me feel better.
Stay away from this place.
I brought in my guitar to change pickups, bridge and to set it up.
Got it back buzzing when bending on the 5th fret and with tremolo bar not working. His response was very arrogant and did nothing to fix it.

Great music store to find old and new musical instruments
This place looks ancient, I am sure you could find every old models of equipments. The owner seems to be knowledgable about using step up converter. He offered me a used converter for much higher than a brand new one. The good thing is I had done my homework and I was not ready to pay $100 for a used product while could buy the new one for for $50 – $60. Just do you search online before you buy anything.
Called about a pair of hi hat cymbals. Advertised as “NEW! NEW! NEW!”. Photos showed clear signs of usage. Denied there were marks on the cymbals, zero flexibility on price. Zero flexibility on a $65 domestic Shipping charge. Super stiff attitude on the phone. I’d stay away if you appreciate friendly service and the kind of business that wants to earn your $$.
Hours of operation are different on line then what it has on the door. Older gentleman with thinning white hair was exceptionally, unnecessarily, very rude about it. Would never go back.
They are a “fence” for stolen goods and they know it being connected to known thieves over many years. I have proof as I found some of my stolen music equipment in their store on their shelves.

This morning 10/26/16 I was waiting in front of the serving area and as soon i turn my head to the sandwich area.. I saw a female cleaning the inside of the glass wearing a gray tanktop/tattoos all over back and arms she had her armpit inside of the glass cabinet…That is very unhealthy and unsanitary, This is unacceptable and totally wrong
Note:

It’s a good place to go and buy your drink, both thet cant spells your name right. The drinks are really good though.
Good location to take a coffee in the middle on the SF valley
New trainee. 20 minute wait to pickup an order ahead. Hopefully this guy gets up to speed.
I am so sadden to give this Starbucks such a bad review but I have just talked to “manager” Bree about what I have seen in this establishment and her excuse of “we cannot police everyone who comes in here” it’s not cutting it. On top of that they mess up my order more than twice in a week.
They keep their store pick up mobile ordering on only to lock the doors at 8. Phone does not work. I knocked and the barista screamed at me to use the drive thru and she said wouldn’t give me my drink that I ordered unless I had a car. The store needs to be looked into.
