i took my 2 les pauls there for some work they outsource this work to some guy well he did a OK job changing the pickups and messed up the wiring
cost me $500 for both to have it fixed at a top shop down the road but its working good now , great guys there at jims great service and fair prices

First impressions are everything. Walked in, two employees looked over and did not greet me let alone acknowledge my existence. Walked around in the guitar section for 10 minutes without anyone to ask me if I needed help. Employees were talking to each other about TV as I browsed around. My intentions were to purchase a guitar, and they lost a sale and a customer. I am never coming back!
Very disappointed in the customer service today. Went into buy a guitar for my son and strings for my Flamenco guitar. Short haired guy behind the counter was rude and dismissive. Probably having a bad day, but shouldn’t take it out on customers. I walked out without buying anything and went to a different music shop to buy the guitar for my son.
Don’t waste your time! Awful customer service! My son and I walked around for while, we were not helped until I went to the counter. The man behind the counter acted like I was interrupting him, when he was just standing there. He looked at me like I was rude to ask for help. He proceeded to show me the expensive guitars for a beginning player- my teenage son. He made us feel unwelcome and unhappy we were in the store. We left without buying a guitar and lessons. I am taking my business where I am treated nice. Guitar center was much more pleasant of an experience.
Ray and Jane are awesome I have known them since about 1989 and I highly recommend their shop and I definitely recommend raise auto harps in Janes violins All of the instruments without question as far as I am concerned are the best you can get anywhere

One of best local music shops with many products, guidance and high-quality lessons. The shop was awarded as the best music shop in OC by OC supervisor in 2016. Especially Luke, the branch manager is super knowledgeable, kind and experienced. I recommend to everyone for your musical needs and education.

Tustin Music Center – a fantastic, hometown music school and store with a great group of staff and teachers. My son has greatly benefited from the excellent teaching and our whole family loves coming in and learning about the wide variety of instruments on display.
I asked about a rental and they said they would get it in for me in a week and call me about it. I called a 2nd time and they said they would call again. Yet again to my surprise they never returned that call.
Offer some quality low prices countryman mini microphones gentleman seem interested and told me he would call me the falling week…weeks have passed and I never heard anything from him to this day. Not really professional if you ask me.
The owner (wife) is extremely rude. Came in to buy a shoulder rest for my daughters violin. Asked for a specific brand, told me that they do not carry it and said that brand sucked. Told me to buy a no name brand which was more expensive than a major brand. No thanks. Rather buy it from Amazon.

Just visited the store for the first time and it is incredible! Larry is super knowledgeable and friendly and clearly has a passion for guitars. So stoked this is so close to my house.
I was fortunate to happen upon Organic Sounds Select Guitars’ YouTube channel while on the hunt for a medium bodied acoustic. Larry is a serious musician and does an exceptional job showcasing dynamic range, texture, and tone in his video arrangements. After scouring my local music shops and watching dozens of competitor videos I knew 30 seconds into Larry’s demo that he was playing my next guitar. Checkout online was seamless and Larry followed up by phone to personally thank me for my business and offer me a complimentary t-shirt. This was an A+ experience all around and Organic Sounds will definitely be my first stop the next time I’m in the market. Thanks again, Larry!
