Reba Phillips, the Disgraceful District Manager with no common sense. $21.40 was the cost for a DEFECTIVE pair of rapture headsets, that my son purchased lastnight from this store. However, today Tim, Deanna, Ren and Jim reached out to Reba by email and phone for her to contact me, for a store credit and/or exchange for this DEFECTIVE item and she declined. Jim, while at the store next to me gave Reba my phone number to contact me about this matter and it’s now 1654 pm and no response. Me being a respectful, fare and graceful taxing paying citizen received the outcome I was suppose to receive. No thanks to Reba Phillips inexperience and Tod, as Reba stated to the family dollar employees guidance. I see, you can work for Family Dollar and not have common sense. Please do better when screening employees. Customer service, pays salaries.

I just called up there to ask a question about how busy their post office was and the response I got was “Its two days before Christmas so you tell me” absolutely rude and unclalled for in my opinion. I’ve been a loyal shopper at Alyssa’s for years but the staffing has become so rude. This is not my first encountered with phone calls of this nature. So until something can be done about the women working at the front desk and their etiquette on how to tell a customer something without being rude I will not be returning.
You were recommended to me by another thrift store, but you didn’t have what I was looking for. Vintage jewelry and vintage watches also not many items for men either….so I asked a woman for help and she was very very nice, so customer service by Jennifer was great.
My family and I have visited a handful of times and have made large and small purchases each time.
I kept hoping the kindness always given by the door greeter would be continued by the other employees but it yet to come to fruition.
They don’t welcome you nor acknowledge you in passing. I have to say hello first and (if a reply is given) it’s short and rude.
Also the vendors that are there working their booths and standing in the middle of the aisles while having conversations will continue to remain there and not move nor acknowledge the shoppers moving around them.
The final unkind situation which has cemented my family not returning would be the lack of service in the postal service area.
First, she just stood there and didn’t provide any form of salutation until I said hello and then she immediately took my items and began to state (in postal terms) how each card size envelope was would cost extra.
She was rude and short and immediately stated all my envelopes would be up-charged to parcel postage after I asked her to translate the postal terms she was using.
She also stated that she needed to know what was within them and that’s NOT necessary.
I stated I would drop off at an actual USPS location because they would make me attach another postage stamp and she stated “well expect them to be returned”.
In that moment I requested she return my envelopes and large packages and I would take my business elsewhere.
Sadly, there are wonderful booths throughout this store but the lack of kindness shown from the male cashier at the store checkout each time we’ve been there to the inconsiderate vendors to the rude Alyssa’s associate working the postal has confirmed we won’t be returning.

One of the better Goodwill stores in the area as far as finding decent stuff. Would have given 5 stars had the changing room been open. I just changed out in the open like a boss that I am. Thankfully I wasn’t just trying on any pants, just some button up shirts.

The place was not staffed the business. One cheesebyrger had no burger on it. Order Sundays later they firgit about them. After reminding then when tgey briught them they dropped one ib tge. Floor. Never cleaned. It up. They were working hard but not enough workers.
If I could give it 0 stars I would. This is the worst McDonald’s ever built. You pay for food you never receive, they never get the order right EVER. The food is always cold and I don’t think the workers can read. Don’t go to this location ever again, we’ve given them tons of opportunities to get it right and literally every SINGLE order is messed up somehow. Take the extra $5 in gas, go to Pensacola and get some real food.

It is a nice little local coffee shop. It is very busy and has a very energetic but at the same time concentrated atmosphere.

I decided to stop by this morning as this place is extremely close to my house and on my route to work. I’m so glad I did! Their white mocha is AMAZING! They were extremely friendly and fast. Definitely beats Starbucks by a long shot and this will be my daily stop for coffee from now on!
A little bit pricey on the coffee beverages, this is a very nice and relaxing environment in which to hang out.

This is the smallest Target that I have ever shopped in. That being said, the variety of items which are usually available in larger Target stores, are not. However, this Target still has the same quality and services provided as any of the other larger stores. Overall it was a pleasant shopping experience. I have always loved their 30 -70% clearance items..storewide.

On January 28, the Pace Target had no cart wipes, no hand sanitizer, and no soap in the men’s restroom.

Extremely disappointed with the Independence Day clothing selection at this store (it was practically non-existent). Try harder.
I wish there was an option for zero stars. I would not recommend Target and will never shop here again. My mother placed an order through the Target app to have groceries delivered. Apparently when Shipt (the delivery company) got to the store, their system went down and they double charge her card for $255. Almost $600 total with tax. Shipt then cancelled both the orders (the original and the duplicate) and nothing was ever delivered to our house. However, Target refuses to give my mom her almost $600 back because some of the items she purchased are non refundable and even told her to DONATE THEM! News flash: NOTHING WAS EVER DELIVERED TO OUR HOUSE. This is completely unacceptable and we will fight tooth and nail to get this money back. Even hire a lawyer if necessary. It may cost more than $600 but we do whatever it takes to make sure this gets settled.

I absolutely love stopping into Gigis treasures to get second hand clothing for my babies! Everything is in excellent condition and very affordable. I’d much rather spend my money here than at a retail store for overpriced baby/toddler clothes. Always a pleasure chatting with the owner too! She’s super sweet.

First kid on the way and stopped by this afternoon. Extremely well priced and good quality second hand clothes for all kid ages. Said on the way out “We’ll be back.”
As I said prior this is a great little place they have a great deal of clothing for children/ babies, but on the right side it’s furniture and odds and ends.

Excellent service from Parker every time I visit this store. Very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Asks the right questions & intuitively knows what will fit your needs. He has helped me get two separate mod kits, tanks, juice, and other accessories and was able to perfectly match what I was looking for to the correct products.
Awesome place. They always have good referralsfor juice and will work with you until you find the flavor that works best for you!
Shop is great! Staff always answers any questions you have and they are the only place in the Milton Pace area that keeps Cyclops liquid in stock. 10/10 would recommend.

I’ve visited this vape shop only when I cannot get to my usual place. This one is close to my work but not my favorite. The staff are always preoccupied or have friends hanging around which makes customers feel like we are bothersome and interrupting their talk. They aren’t as knowledgeable and friendly and don’t offer discounts.

This is the second time I checked this store out. The lady who owns and or runs this store has been rude and acts like you don’t know what your looking for, i am a person who researchs what i want before I seek out to purchase that item. So i will not be giving her my business or my hard earned money.
Came in yesterday to get juice. Waited my turn to be helped. Rebecka was rude, rushed me in my purchase ( helped the guy that came in behind me while I was trying to pick out a juice). I told her I really didn’t want the juice she suggested and said well, I hate to break it to you but I already ran your card. It would have be simpler to just let me take the time to find something else of equal value. Will never use this shop again! This place has lost my business and I’ve been coming in since they opened. The juice she suggested burned out my coil within 30 minutes of using. Wasted 28 dollars for juice that sucked. Don’t go here if you want decent customer service. Not knowledgeable about juices at all. Parker was the best they ever had.
Not only did your employee LIE about me filling my tank, you ( the owner ) absolutely DID NOT watch that video! I didn’t even bring my vaporizer in the store! I walked in with nothing but my wallet!!! I never opened what I bought! I’ll be more than glad to come in and watch the video with you and you show me where I opened the package and filled a tank that I didn’t even bring in the establishment! Interesting if you play an instrument
Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Had a good selection of used guitars, just what we needed for a beginner guitarist.
Dropped off a American Fender Strat Highway One HSS to get set up and get a fresh set of string. They lowered the action to low so now I have fret buzz on the low E just picking the string and fret buzz all the way down the neck on the low E and the A string. Pickups are way to low still. The bridge (closest to neck) pickup on the low E side is almost flush with pick guard still. Mid pickup is in the same place, and the pickup on the humbucker closest to the tremolo is still tilted at an angle. The tremolo is almost completely flush with the guitar. I can lift the whammy bar maybe a 1/4 inch at best before its flush with the guitar with no more room to work. And, as far as pushing it down maybe an inch before I start to feel to much tension. I’ve seen on line where people have a whole lot more give on the whammy bar almost being able to push it as far down where its nearly touching the guitar.
My one time teacher could teach the basic but did not know how to play on my instrument. The owner charged me for a whole month of lessons for my one time lesson. Did he need the money that bad?

UPDATED REVIEW:
September 2017: I tried this place again because of mere convenience. I stopped in to laminate a large format photograph. I needed the heavier lamination… which was out of stock…. which is cool…. I understand that.
I was told it would be coming in “Tuesday, or Wednesday.” So….. I waited and then when I called to ensure it had arrived… I was told that ‘it did not come in on the truck.” Another miserable and dismal experience.
2016: I have used this location for about 2 weeks. EVERY time I walked in there was just one unlucky employee behind the print desk. I visited it about 5 separate times in 2 weeks and each time she was rushing around like crazy…over-worked. The wait time was in excess of 10 minutes each time.
The sad part is the other employees were ALWAYS standing at the counter in the middle of the store and I was told it was because they were “NOT TRAINED’ to work back there. The excuse I also received was the long wait time was because someone was on vacation for those visits. Really?…I guess that makes it acceptable for the customers to waste their time to accommodate the employees scheduling?
BUT…..the real issue was yesterday…which was my final visit EVER to an OFFICE DEPOT. I went in at 11:00 AM and dropped off about 30 pages to be copied in color and laminated. I again felt sorry for the counter girl and told her it was not a rush and that I would be back in “a few hours” to pick them up.
I showed up 8 hours later and 3 employees were once again standing around behind the counter in the middle of the store doing absolutely nothing. I went to the print counter and when the lady came to help me she said the work I requested was not done….because they were told it was not a rush job. (I guess 8 hours is considered a rush because I hoped it would be done the same day?)
I was still polite and she suggested I go and have a pie at a local restaurant and have coffee for an hour and she would call me when it was done. I wandered around a local store (Target) killing time for 90 minutes and then went back to the store. When I got there the print job was on the counter….but nobody called me to tell me it was ready.
As normal,……since only one person was behind the counter, and the others were standing and joking at the middle counter….I had to wait. When it was my turn I realized the color copies were done in black and white…which might have been acceptable…but the machine was obviously low on toner and the laminated copies were very pale.
I told the man behind the counter and he said…”sorry” the lady at the middle counter said “sorry” and I told her I was NEVER going to shop in Office Depot ANYWHERE again because of the experiences I have received.
I vote with my money and there is a great FED EX store right down the road in Pensacola, by Sam’s Club. They will always get my business because of the incompetence and lethargic attitude at the Office Depot store experienced in Pace, Florida.
UPDATE: I left this same review on the corporate website and also on Facebook. Both places said I would be contacted…..but nobody ever did. I am done with this place. Also…I went to the FedEx store and nothing but professionals and experts. No children working behind the counter that were more worried about their next exam. I WILL NEVER SHOP IN ANY OFFICE DEPOT AGAIN
I found what I was looking for with no help from the workers and the guy at checkout was rude and condescending. No one even acknowledged I was shopping there for a specific item and needed help. They never asked.
We are redecorating our gym into a office. Went in this store due to the sale. We found a desk we were looking for and inquired about it, the CSR said it’s not in stock and not at the warehouse. My husband used to manage this store in Virginia Beach, so we stood there and called another store the manager told us it was a black one on Fairfield and we called to verify and they actually had the chestnut. CSR’s need to know this!

My first time going here since new to area. Called to see if they took walk-ins, spoke with Bonnie, they do, she was able to see me right away. She’s new to this place, but with many years experience. Got a hair cut, she was not very chatty, but did a nice job & was very sweet. Very clean shop, relaxing music, & she gave me a great price, so I was able to tip more.
I like my hair to be really light blonde I told her I wanted it icy blonde and I showed her a picture. I just needed my roots bleached and toned. Nowhere in the picture was lowlights. When I left there my hair was nowhere close to icy blonde, and it had low lights. On top of not getting the color that I wanted there are spots everywhere where she halfway died some strands of hair. From where she foiled my hair and the color bled through to my other hair. And there are just random pieces of hair that are orange where she didnt lightened some strands long enough. I have never had such a bad experience. Usually the hairdresser will say if you’re not happy with this we can do something you make it where you like it. This lady said nothing she told me it looks good and she knew I wasn’t happy with it and I was charged $140 for a awful coloring job.I do like my haircut that’s the only good thing that came out of $140.

This Walmart is way too small for all the people in Milton… The aisles are too narrow and it’s very hard to get by people or you feel like you’re being rushed and pushed aside for other customers and their carts… The people stalking we’re very helpful though they just didn’t have a lot of items that I needed but that’s because there’s way too many people in the store is way too small….
Will never shop here again. They are ripping people off with selling Perdue frozen chicken breast. Through all of it in the garbage. Just look at the reviews, as many 1 stars as 4 stars, nasty nasty nasty. Shame on you. Open your eyes and noses.

My wife picked us up some sandwiches from here for late lunch as we live close by (5 min drive).
I had the 12″ Cheesesteak Hoagie combo and my wife had the 6″ Buffalo Chicken Cheesesteak.
12″ Cheesesteak = 3.5/5 The bag was dripping and soaked right through (dont know why you’d put more than a drizzle of oil let alone vinegar on a sandwich, made it a bit soggy). Taste = 3/5 it was pretty good, decent flavour, the meat was nice. Value for money = 2.5/5 quite overpriced for a sandwich combo. Quality = 3/5 it was quite good, seemed like fresh ingredients, decent meat, standard average bread.
I quite enjoyed it, for the local area it’s above average. The fries were very good! A bit of a small portion for the price but tasted really good, best fries I’ve had for a while = 4.5/5
My wife had the small Buffalo Chicken Cheesesteak, she said it was ok and wishes she would have chosen something different. It was quite small and the amount of filling in the sandwich wasn’t great. Taste = 3/5 Quality = 3/5 value for money = 2.5
If they did a happy hour or something similar I’d go back and try something else.

We have ordered sandwiches here before and they have been good. But today we ordered our usual Old Itialian and a cheesesteak hoagie both with no vinegar oil only. 1) The sandwiches were soaked in oil way too much. 2) The rolls were totally different then what we have had there before and were terrible.
We are from the Philly area and were happy to have this near us. A taste of home so to speak. This was a Florida hoagie not a Philly hoagie. The bread makes the sandwich and the change is not for the best. I don’t know who made them but back off on the oil. It soaked through the bag by the time I got home. Was looking forward to my Old Itialian, total disappointment tonight.
Poppers were so good… And that’s where it stopped. I got the chicken cheese steak and couldn’t find cheese anywhere on it. My wife got the cheese steak and same story, no cheese. Is there a shortage I don’t know about? The meat was dry but at least there was a lot of it I guess? Definitely a far cry from when they had the one location on Creighton.
