They charged a church a couple hundred dollars to come out and fix a problem with a warranty covered instrument, and still didn’t fix the issue. Couple hundred dollars just to say, “sorry, we don’t know what’s going on and can’t help you”. If you can’t fix the issue with an organ/piano you sold, you don’t charge them then, especially if it’s warranty covered!

Well located pleasant store with great variety of instruments, including wind instruments. I went there because my Yamaha PSR-740 had a loose key. They took care of it and charged me a very reasonable price. Customer service was exceptional. Big shout out to Jeremy for being so helpful. I definitely recommend this store!
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Very helpful
I went in looking to switch from viola to cello. Paul was super nice and helpful. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for an instrument.
I had an amazing first impression days ago, but today was all the contrary.
They make me feel really bad as a person.
Never judge a book by its cover.
Do not pick out an instrument on their so called rent to own plan if you are picky about that exact instrument They were supposed to fix a sticky tenon and instead gave my daughter a diff instrument that she disliked. I tried to get a response via email and they did not get back to me so I called and was told that I could not get back the original. I was contacted by the store after much hassle and then spoken to like a non musician and given back the flute without them doing anything about the sticky tenon! Only go here if you are wanting to try beginner instruments!
I’ve had a few dealings with this establishment over the past 10 years and overall am not very happy. The first time, I had them refurbish my wife’s mid-level flute, which I believe they contracted out to another location in the FL panhandle. The service rendered it playable again, but the technician scratched the silver in a few places. More recently we rented a French horn from them for my son. After a year, they would aggressively solicit us by phone and text to upgrade the rental to a nicer horn (at a rate of over $150/month). They continuously addressed me by the wrong surname and/or salutation even after I offered corrections. Furthermore, they mislead my wife and I about the credit we would acquire through rental towards the potential purchase of an instrument. This benefit is extremely limited and restrictive! The guys working in the shop were nice and helpful, so I have to believe that all of this is really an issue with management/ownership. That said, I can’t recommend them as a good music store.
Update: Thank you for your response. Just to clarify, I understand the cost of these instruments quite well. My wife and I just do not feel like a 7th grader is worthy of an instrument that retails for roughly $5-6k and felt that the sales calls were far too pushy. With regard to the flute incident, this happened many years ago, and I did reach out to you by phone. I was transferred to the repair technician, who explained that the cause of the damage was difficulty in disassembling the keys. No offer was made to polish or repair the scratches at that time, and I’m not even sure if this could be realistically done.
Accounting department is lacking. Starting with their company rep incorrectly completing Rental Agreement, billing errors (which I called to correct), followed by their text messages threatening repossession without the courtesy of a phone call has led yo more headache than it’s worth.
I have called Lamar’s person # that was given. me by the school Numerous times, as if this date, I have not received any form of response. Initially we went to band night ordered starter kit. Finally ended up going to Metro Music. They were very helpful. I now have everthing needed.
So bad my child had to experience a bad start to something that is so wonderful . Go to Metro Music, or their other affiliates, you’ll be happier.

Awesome music shop with a ton of great instruments, equipment and really unique albums. The owner was super cool, engaging and knowledgeable. Great place to stop in for a visit, grab a gift for a music lover, or to find a unique guitar, drum set or banjo for yourself!
This is a great little music store right in St. Andrews. They have very fair prices, and a fun/ great collection of instruments/ amps. I like to stop in here from time to time. Laid back vibe. People are always friendly. They also have a small studio in the back.
I walked in and was amazed. So many instruments. String, wind and percussion. Amps, heads and sticks.
They have Vinyl!!! T-shirts and apparel.
Steven is very friendly and will answer any questions. If they don’t have what you want, ask and he can probably order it. Prices are outstanding!
No “stuck up” people in here!
This is my new shop! Sorry guys down the street…

The gentleman begins the counter was great. Very nice and helpful and very friendly. Will be back for sure.
Several months ago, I purchased a really nice carbon fiber guitar online, but the ‘action’ was too high, which made playing difficult. I’m a complete beginner, and knew something was not right, so I contacted Austin Music, asked a few questions and Michael (the owner) recommended the least expensive option (he reduced the height of the bridge and lowered the action). Two days later, everything began to improve. Chord changes. Strumming. Time keeping. EVERTHING. Wow! It’s so much fun hearing and feeling it all come together. Although i’ve been taking lessons online, with good results, I now also plan to take advantage of Michael’s personal lessons every so often to maintain progress and ensure no bad habits develop. We’re very fortunate to have a place like Austin Music in PCB.
Was just passing through with my son and he spotted the storefront. Glad we stopped in. Great selection of instruments and person working that day was awesome!
Nice little place, but somewhat disorganized. Nice folks, lacking on the communication side. Lessons are good!
Good selection of instruments and knowledgeable staff. It is a nice touch that they are involved in the local community as well.
Needs variety
I used to go before the ownership change to have my violin serviced. I went to the counter and talked to Seth and I left wanting to cry. When I opened my case he picked up my violin then out of the blue asked if I wanted him to take off the finger tape. He said he didn’t like his students using it since it was a crutch. I said no thanks I like having it and he said “oh… ok” in a very judging and condescending tone. He then asked how much I paid for it (super disrespectful and unnecessary?) and when I told him he scoffed and said he wouldn’t have paid half of that. He then proceeded to turn over my violin and point out every imperfection (something about the bridge being too high, fingerboard not angled properly, and spots of varnish). He said it looked “haphazard” and was shocked I paid that. This was a violin I’ve had for years, absolutely love, and that my parents worked hard to afford. I was too shell shocked to take the violin back from him and leave, and after all the insults Seth said “it seems fine you don’t need service” then asked if I wanted lessons from him. The audacity?? At least he didn’t try to sell me stuff I suppose. I know this is a small business and I hate to not show support but like I said before I left in tears and with a horrible experience. I can’t recommend this store and especially not Seth for your classical instrument needs. I don’t understand how anyone can stand him for a lesson, I’ve never met a more condescending person in the customer service industry.
Went in to purchase strings, was charged double the price for them. Next time I will get them online, put a end to that kind of crazy happening again.

LOVED Chris he was amazing. Must have at your wedding.
Chris is the BEST! It’s been two weeks since he played at my wedding and HE is still being talked about!
Book him now, you won’t regret it!
Chris is an absolute professional…first and foremost! He made my mom’s 75th Birthday Celebration one to remember! But most of all, his musical talent is
The store is very clean and the staff here is amazing. The girl cashier was very helpful and fast checking out.
Employee for very nice and attentive
Its DG. Whats there to say. Convenient when u need it
The shelves are hardly stopped they’re always out of something and the people are not very friendly. But I suppose in these times that’s kind of a given for most businesses. Only getting 3 stars because no matter what you’re going through when you work for a business you should remain business like at least the people can make the difference. I can understand and Overlook shell stop being stock are the lines being long but I cannot Overlook rudeness.
Very nice people, very helpful and super sweet! Store was very clean and to my surprise very well organized. some dollar stores have so much inventory that it’s overflowing everywhere and things are kind of messy but this store was not at all messy everything was easy to look at easy to find plenty of everything that you needed to find didn’t make any easy to find the things that you needed and again very clean!
Loooooong lines… Rude clerk’s.
Never can find anything doesn’t look like they ever stick this store
We wanted to get cash back and the cash register would not even give a choice to do credit or debit. When we swiped the card it just approved the card without no pin. Nor did the cashier ask for I’d. Not good! Very inconvenient had to go Wiinn Dixie

Excellent quality using some great recording equipment. This company recorded the voice over for the documentary film “The Real Haunted Mansion”, now playing in over 100 countries worldwide. Thanks Tom!
These guys are such professional’s. From the sound to the aesthetics… A great place to record.
For no reason at all these people refuse to do business with me. In all of my interactions with them, they are either rude or they completely ignore me. They don’t know me and I’ve never done anything in any way offensive toward them to be treated this way. Very bizarre
