It was a very convenient store with it being open longer than other locations however the material condition of some instruments are a little less than satisfactory with some pieces missing to the acoustic electrics and some strings being degraded. Overall, the experience was very nice and the absolute deciding factor was the staff. Great staff. He helped me and worked with me as much as he could and I could see that and I am very grateful towards him. Perhaps give this guy a raise and add some instruments to this store.
Definitely a Yamaha dealer. All sorts of Yamaha Electric, Accoustic, Fusion acc/elec, bass, and of course a variety of beautiful pianos and keyboards. Good and knowledgeable friendly customer service reps.
Best to go to American music. Example – keyboard adaptors only comes with the keyboard. No stocks for separate items.

They was arranging the store wen i got there…access was easy and so was the parking ….but the run around to the warehouse i didnt feel that i shoukd have had to do that!!!!!

I purchased an item and paid assembly fee. I was told 3-5 days someone will call me to pick it up. When I did not get the call I called on day 5 no one could tell me it was ready. I was being given the run around and told someone will call me. I asked for manager but they were not available. Lousy customer service, not worth the price;

Purchased a part for my church piano 13 days ago and this store never submitted the order for the part to be shipped. My church has to wait yet another week without our piano before the part even makes it to the island.
