Dont like it when albums dont have prices on them. I feel like you never get good deal when you ask for a price when they know your interested.

Wasted over 20 mins of my time driving there when, an associate falsified product availability on the phone. Thus delaying my business project. Never shopping there again.
These people are the kind to take advantage of people during hurricanes. They used the excuse of we don’t take hurricane supplies back. The hurricane is not here. They raised their prices and were very obnoxious on the phone. I would not recommend these people if they were the last hardware open. Shame on them to prey on their customers during hurricane season.
If you are looking for a rental, purchase, or repair musical instrument then this would be a great location. All types of instruments are available for rent and purchase. You can rent for the short and long term too. The place is well-organized and neat. The cooperative and friendly staff is always ready for quality service. Fast follow-up over the call, and email. All instruments are very well maintained. Restroom facility available and big space parking.
My daughter practiced there when she was in middle school. Now her daughter is practicing piano with an awesome teacher. So worth the drive from polk county!!

This store is not trustable. We rented a violin for my daughter and they delivered a viola., until now, 4 days after they didn’t fix their mistake. And don’t sem to care about it. Last time!!!
My daughter and granddaughter came into this store and were met by a woman who told them in a not so friendly way that they couldn’t be in the store without wearing a mask. Which is no problem at all and they were more than happy to do so, however not one single employee was wearing a mask! And they had all the instruments hanging up so high no one can reach them. My granddaughter is in her school band, plays the flute, violin and ukulele and the treatment they got in this store should be a warning!

The staff there are highly experienced and the work done on my son’s guitar was done perfectly.
Always a great experience with the guitar staff here. Ricky is my go to and he was very helpful while I picked through acoustic guitars for the right one. I think I’m up to three guitars purchased from this store, so that should speak for itself!

The inventory is a shell of what it used to be, the old drum room is closed, but they always seem to have exactly what I’m looking for. Yesterday I went in just to pass some time with the baby while my wife was down the street getting her nails done. Found a bass I couldn’t put down. Fell in love with it. Checked the price tag, $100 cheaper than anything I could find on Amazon or Reverb. Checked out, quick, no fuss service (take notes Guitar Center), and I was out of there. Very happy with my experience.

They tend to be low on stock
Man Idk where to start. I have memories going back to a when I was a kid going to this sam ash. We used to convoy together in one car and spend hours in this place. Idk if they are going bankrupt or what but this store is a shadow of its former self. Shelves are empty rooms are blocked off and everything is disheveled and dirty. Most of the electric kits were broken, the bass guitar I tried to play had the action so low against the fretboard you literally couldn’t even strum an open note. If I was GM of this location I’d be embarrassed of the condition of the store. I mean there’s guitar center up the road and I’ve never been to one that looked this bad. I have so much love for this company however and hope that management sees this comment and makes an effort to clean this place up. Nobody even came up to me and asked what brought me in. Lost sale opportunity…. The vibe in that place was dead and I hope this company isn’t on its way out but that’s the feeling I got. Now I get that these instruments get played but how hard is it to take a few hours a week to maintain the quality of your inventory. I know there is plenty of down time to get this done… If people are coming in with the interest in a purchase how can you expect to close a high volume of sales in an environment like this. Anyways Samash has always been a reputable company and I have spent thousands of dollars at this location so i wish them the best. I even remember when this location was Mars music and I’d hate to see this samash leave as well. I’ll be back and If I notice a positive change this will be updated to a 5 star review because that’s the Samash I know and love.
Run my credit just to tell me that I have to wait my sycronic card to arrived first, before take the instrument. Waste money and time, poor management on this type of service. And the manager poor juman resources
I was at the store today and my experience was awfully .The store is too hot Inside.Not AC!! And is so sad to see the employees sweating and nobody was there.Iam wondering why no costumer at all and also the employees was not in a good mood.

Wonderful customer service and great prices on instruments! This place also offer lessons on a variety of instruments.
We spent about an hour in the store learning about different clarinets and which would be best for our needs. Very knowledgeable staff that works together to give an excellent customer experience. We left happy and with a new clarinet in hand! Thank you!

The staff was very helpful in answering my questions even though they didn’t have a Cello my son’s size in stock it was a very informative visit
I signed my daughter up for beginner violin lessons and out of 8 weeks of lessons 3 were cancelled – one of them we sat and waited for 25 min before they said the teacher wasn’t coming. I understand that emergencies happen once in a while but it turned out to be way more of a hassle to try to schedule make up classes or get my money back. Very unreliable and disappointing.
Also many times I was told I would receive a phone call about make up lessons or refunds and I always ended up having to reach out to figure out what was going on. Would not recommend for their lessons services!
Worst customer service lack of communication yes the first time this is happening need to tran the employee better and teach them how to communicate with us the customer and I never received any response from the manager at all
Prices are much higher than guitar center, musicians friend and wwbw, and yet, music and arts is owned by guitar center. Music lesson prices are ridiculously higher than everyone else. Have to go into a store to apply for a credit card? Ridiculous!! They need to offer an online credit application like the rest of the world. Will not do business with music & arts for these reasons.

We bought our second Clavinova from Bill at Orlando store this April and received the same great reception and consideration we received several years ago when we bought our first. I don’t play the piano it is my wifes and she is very happy with everything regarding Bill and the store.
Having had to sell my piano a few years ago because it wouldn’t fit into our retirements places, I missed being able to have the pleasure and relaxation of playing. I decided to look into a digital piano. Visiting the store in Orlando I was very pleased with the demonstration of a Yamaha Clavinova and the answers to all my questions at the store and by phone calls. I was pleased with the delivery and setup of my purchase. I am now thoroughly enjoying the quality of playing on my Clavinova for pleasure. I definitely recommend this store.
Welcoming and knowledgeable salesperson. Bought Yamaha clavinova, but rep did not tell us these are made to only work with ipad. Will not work with Chromebook. Has issues with android devices. Ended up getting refurbished ipad.

Drove 50 miles one way to ask question on my Brand New CVP709GP, it was his day off, 2 weeks later am still waiting to get the call I was Promised.
Now at this point I have no Interest in hearing from him. Yamaha Webb site don’t work, suppose to have videos on how to use. I registered 3 times and can go no farther on Webb site.
I wish I never bought this piano, or bought from this store.

Fix your hours on google. I called around 10:35 AM to ask a question and instead of answering a very simple question the gentlemen said call back when we open. I informed him the hours are not accurate listed on google and he continued to say call back when we open. Will not call back, and certainly not visit with the poor quality service shown here.
Crowded and not well staffed
Only a few basses in the store, so if you want to try and buy basses this is not the right place. The customer service is good but I lost my time going there…

I bought a piano there a 5 years ago and the gentlemen who sold it to me were very nice! Even during my first visit 7 years ago when I was just browsing and ended up not buying right then and there they allowed me to test pianos and look around without impatience. I went in again recently and the new gentleman there was rather rude when I said I just wanted to browse, saying he was there to sell pianos. How do you expect people to buy if they can’t look around or test? Not sure if that was just a joke gone wrong, but the other two gentlemen from a few years ago were much nicer.

Found an excellent guitar for a good price.
Was very disappointed with my experience. I called to check on the stock of an item, and was told they had it in stock. When I arrived at the store, I discovered it was the “floor model” and had not box. I was not even offered one, I had to ask, and was given a box that wasnt even for a guitar. I understand that you can’t keep inventory of boxes, but I should have been told that first it was the floor model, and second that box is not included. I pray that there is nothing wrong with it, as it is a Christmas gift for my son. I think better communication for customers is required when they call.
DJ Controllers looked ransacked and nothing was available to test. I really want to support local retail over online stores, but unfortunately this store didn’t motivate me to buy anything. It’s not that hard to keep display looking decent and cleaning up a little bit, inventory issues or not.
27 March 2023 ~ 6:30PM. Went to browse acoustic guitars. Many low quality guitars . Only a few I would pick up. Looked at a mandolin banjo that was interesting. Asked for a tuner and pick. They provided no issue. Teenager cranked up electric guitar so loud could not hear anything but little Eddy Van Halen.Told staff and they wanted to charge me for a quiet room. meanwhile Eddy ruled the store. My rights infringed on. He did what ever he wanted,no help from staff. Asked Worker with staff wear to unlock guitar. He sat there playing BLACKBIRD in the corner and pointed dude behind counter. i Waited patiently for my turn. Also asked him if Eddy could turn down. Could not hear in the entire acoustic session. Then asked short white guy if I could use a room. again they wanted to charge me for a quiet room. I handed the pick and tuner back. Told them they don’t want to help me. Short dude was no help and had a smart comment. while walking out, more sarcastic comments. Turned around tryingto figureout why so rude. Go ask gentleman work Iin drum section long hair. He also went back to his area because so loud. whtie Dude behind counter should be reprimanded along with other white dude playing BLACKBIRD on company time refusing to help. This is why I go to Sweetwater and Winter Sound. They actually care. It is not uncommon for me to spend 2-4K on the fly .Congratulations YOU LOST MY BUSINESS. And was treated unfairly. Lazy employees. They represented Guitar center in a low grade manber.

Got harrased by store employee by the name of Guillermo about having my nose exposed from my mask, proceeded to tell me he was going to teach me how to wear a mask, keep in mind other customers walking around without a mask and being helped by employees, talked to management about what happened and their response was they don’t help people without mask.
