I drove from Miami to West Palm Beach.. why? Because from first impression on the phone with Tim I knew I would be taken care well. He is. Dry knowledgeable and kind. I also had the pleasure of working with the owner Michael. Great people .. AMAZING selection of quality pianos and there’s a piano for every budget ! We bought a piano here a year and a half ago and we are satisfied with the one we bought. Good customer service. No sales push. On top of all that, they also offer free piano exchange.

Very rude man that came up to us. Went in there because we want to buy a piano but we were just looking right now and I told him that I was just looking and he just stands right in front us without saying for a few second then says “looking for what a refrigerator?” , didn’t even ask if we needed any assistance on what we were looking for or any sort of help.

If you’re going to consign your piano with this company please learn from my mistake and don’t.

I’ve called numerous times to ask about our piano that we consigned THREE years ago and I’m told they still have it. I find that hard to believe. The last time I called the gentleman said that “oh yeah, it’s right here on the showroom.” I asked him for a picture of our piano in the showroom so he could prove he still has it and guess what? I never got a picture.

Not only will they take your piano to consign but they have no interest in paying you what was agreed upon in your contract. So, Bobbs, how do you want to proceed with this because I’m done trying to get your business to do the right and honest thing.

Terriable experience, rude, ugly attitude, I brought my daughter in to look at baby grand, we had a budget in mind that I shared with sales person Brandon, apon arriving with my daughter he started to show her piano three times the price I asked for. So I tried to say something, he told me it was not my decision it was my 17 year daughters decision,!!! So I corrected him, Brandon then introduce us to his manager. Again I asked for piano under 10k, the manager got rude, arrogant and began telling what she should buy. So I began looking by myself, prices where posted, so I asked about a few pianos in my price range, the manager again told me I did not know anything about pianos so I should let my 17 year old daughters decide. At this point I had enough of the rude, ugly. So I told the manager he was rude, had no ears, and that I was not going to be hustled, he responded by saying I could go elsewhere. We did, and I bought a 10k piano in Ft Lauderdale.
I am happy to say I did not buy from these creeps, a sale they lost by being stupid. I hope the owner of this place reads some of these because the owner needs to replace the jerks he calls sales people.

I went to this store in a time of need and pain and they were able to help me and I will never forget their kindness. Thanks music man and woman.

Great place for supplies and lessons. I always go there when my kids need supplies for school band. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and very willing to help.

Great experience today when I went here to try and save an old trumpet for my nephew for his birthday coming up. The two girls working there, (Mel, and I’m not sure what the other girl’s name is, all i know is that she plays French horn), were amazing! They were so kind, knowledgeable, and patient. They providing excellent customer service for me, they went above and beyond, I will definitely be going back to this store in the future. Thank you so much!!

It is good place to buy musical instrument especially related to wind instrument such as saxophones, trumpets, flute, clarinets, and etc. I bought mouth piece for soprano saxophone for my dad, and he really loved it. You may feel it is really small in size, but there is no place like this in WPB. Additionally, you may spend time to find out where the Entry is if you are the first time visit.

I have purchased three clarinets for my daughter from Music Man, with the last one being over $3600 (Buffet R-13). The “brand-new” clarinet was damaged. We had it repaired from an outside person since my daughter needed it immediately for college auditions and we had been told by Music Man that the repairs would take three weeks. I received a phone call from the manager, Chris, asking for copies of my receipts. He then told me that he would submit the receipts to Buffet for reimbursement. After I submitted the receipts, Chris told me (A MONTH LATER) that he didn’t know why I had dropped off receipts for reimbursement and there would not be any reimbursement since I had taken it to elsewhere for repair. He even went as far as to say that he had never called me and had no idea what I was talking about, even though he had asked to speak to my daughter about what exactly needed to be repaired, as there had been other Buffet clarinets that needed to be repaired. After spending over $7000 at this store, I feel their customer service is horrible. Will never recommended it to anybody.

Choosing a good guitar repair shop based on Google reviews can be hit or miss.

Originally, I took my two guitars (Fender Telecaster and Kramer Baretta Special) to another local repair shop because it had over 100 online reviews and was close to where I lived. I’ll admit, the owner did a fantastic job installing new pickups and replacing other old, worn-out electrical parts in both guitars. But, unfortunately, they didn’t do a good job setting up my guitars.

I won’t go into details here, so let’s just say I wasn’t satisfied with their work. Plus, they surprised me with a bill that was a $100.00 higher than their estimate because they ran into a saddle problem with the Telecaster and couldn’t get it to intonate. They didn’t call to say what was going on, or to ask my permission. That didn’t sit well.

They also weren’t able to replace the nut in my Kramer (one of the main things I needed!) because they said the old nut was over-glued at the factory and they weren’t comfortable trying to remove it: They were afraid they’d damage my guitar. Actually, I appreciate their honesty about not being able to do the job.

So, even though the shop’s owner and employees were nice people, that experience choosing a repair shop based on Google reviews was a miss.

But, I gave Google a second chance, and this time it led me to Steve and Palm Beach Guitars. I gave Steve a call, explained my situation, and he and I agreed on a day and time that I would bring in my guitars.

Once I found his shop (the business park it’s in is somewhat of a labyrinth) I got to meet him. He’s a friendly guy who asked a lot of questions about my playing style, habits and preferences. He wanted to make sure he knew what setup would work best for me. Steve quoted a price and after speaking with him for awhile I felt comfortable leaving my two guitars.

About a week and a half later they were ready to pick up. The cheap, poorly cut plastic factory nut in the Kramer was gone, replaced by a better quality Graph Tech PT-6060-00. The action was set nice and low like I like it, and the intonation was spot on. It was staying it tune much better than before.

Likewise, the Telecaster’s bridge saddle and intonation problem was solved and the neck action was improved. Steve told me to take the guitars home and live with them for awhile: If I noticed any problems I could bring them back and he’d make the adjustments for free. He also ended up charging me LESS than his original estimate. Big difference from the first place.

So, it’s true that choosing a good guitar repair shop based on Google reviews can be hit or miss. I didn’t have much luck the first time and it was a miss. But Steve and Palm Beach Guitars was definitely a hit the second time.

Wish I’d gone there first!

A Goodwill Store its a experience on its own. You can find a lot of things one day and come at the day following to find nothing at all. But this is the esence of the Store: tha trash of one man its the treasure of other. I had find a lot of very good thing in this store, from chairs to jeans, from dolls to plates. Its worth the visit!

Schedule on door read open till “6:00 pm” we knocked on door to drop off donations and someone yell out “we are closed”. It was only 5:30 pm” what gives? Lazy employees.

Wow!!! What happened to this location? It used to be ok for a Goodwill but, has gone down considerably. The store has been redesigned and much of the shelving for hard goods has been removed. What’s left for sale is complete junk. The only tag color sale now is a one day only color. They want you to BUY a $25 membership card in order to get a 20% discount on their already overpriced used items… What a racket!!! People, please don’t buy into this!!!

I began working with Nana 3 years ago as an adult 1) intermediate level piano student restarting after a 30-year hiatus and 2) vocal student with no former solo vocal instruction but great interest in assessing my own vocal skills. I feel very fortunate to have located such a fine teacher and coach. Nana’s musicianship, teaching experience and professionalism is outstanding.

PIANO: At the start, Nana observed and assessed my piano performance level and discussed my personal goal to continue studying classical piano. We set preliminary goals and began my preference for weekly sessions which I felt would help keep me on track. We continue to work on the development of technical skills and musical aspects with levels of music that are interesting and challenging and continue to build my classical repertoire.

VOCAL: As a novice vocal student we started from the beginning. Nana has taught me the basics of breathing, breath control, musical accuracy (also for piano) and articulation. She uses the Bel canto method; with scale training, warmups and vocal selections I have been able to develop and expand my soprano range. She has made very appropriate short solo selections which are always challenging and enjoyable to learn.

As a performance artist herself, Nana is knowledgeable, experienced, and patient; she is able to clearly demonstrate and/or explain new techniques and concepts. She is very interested in serious music students and works diligently to prepare students for auditions to BAK and Dreyfoos School’s of The Performing Arts. She also works with long distance students in New York City and Japan and provides audition preparation and coaching via Skype.

Nana’s training with well known, celebrated musicians/teachers and her own professional career in piano performance and opera is of great value to serious, committed piano and vocal students.

My two sons have been in this music school for severals months now and we are very happy and pleased. Nana is extremely amazing and talented musician. She is very dedicated and her passion and love for music is so inspiring. She have not only made my kids a better musicians, but better individuals too. We highly recommend this music school.

Ms.Morimoto is very dedicated and through her teaching you can see her love for music. She’s nice and patient, and just overall amazing!! Nana’s Voice & Piano Studio is the place to go!

Customer service was good and appreciated

Had a very good experience with Karen young lady was very polite and helped me find what I needed. Even with every question I asked she assisted me with it all definitely will return to speak with her.

My friend and I have both bought and pawned items here over the years. The prices are decently normal for pawn shops. The service is spotty. If you are lookong at electronics make sure you have hours to waste. I came today to putchase a laptop. After 3 hours I am still waiting while items are being tested.

Just about as bad as the Military Trail location as far as being extremely slow but their customer service is a tiny bit better.

I’ve been here MULTIPLE times, I’ve done business with them for awhile now. Both buying and pawning. SOME of the employees are great, the others, not so much. If I see an employee I know isn’t the greatest become available before someone I know who will actually help me does, I’ll allow someone else in line to be helped an wait it out. They also charge 25% interest which I think it absurd! The next pawn shop literally at the next light charges 15% and the next pawn shop 2 miles down the road charges 10%. They offer the lowest prices on pawns and sales out of any shop within this general area. I just go here sometimes because its the closest and I am trying to make it before close. Which is the next point I’m going to make and the whole reason I’m writing this review. The hours of operation are clearly, very visibly displayed on the door. During the week, they “close at 7.” Not once, not twice, not even 3 times, but 4 times I have arrived at 6:35, 6:45 and the gate is already pulled shut and the doors are locked. I see people inside still in line being helped. I called, standing right outside the door so that I’m visibly seen, they actually answer the phone. I explain to them that hey this is me outside, as I’m waving and they’re looking right at me, that theres still 15-30 mins before the POSTED CLOSING time, so I’m not sure why I can’t get in. All they say is, were closed and hang up. So I’m confused as to why the sign is posted one closing time, but the actual closing time is something different. The previous mentioned pawn shop at the very next light will stay open 5 mins PASSED closing time, allowing you to come in and do business still with no problem, no attitude, better prices/offers, and lower interest rate. I also went one day a few months back around 12-1pm, the posted opening time was 9am and the gate was still closed and the store was unopened. Once again, I called and someone answered, but insisted they werent open yet even though it was 3-4 hours PAST opening. So do not go by the “posted hours of operation, on their physical door, or the posted hours of operation listed here. They are false and not honored.” Also being someone who works in customer service, I know how it is. Closing in 5-10 mins and having someone walk in, I’ve been walking to the door at closing time to lock it and someone walked it. I obviously was unleashed, but I still allowed them to come in and do business. A company who wants to do well, shows that by actually DOING well. Making sure every customer is satisfied, to the best of our ability (not everyone can be pleased) and honoring all signs, offers, and hours, clearly stated to our public. This is obviously not a store who cares to much about customer satisfaction, or going “above and beyond” to ensure repeat customers.

Don’t bother calling, they’ll just hang up on you without warning and without helping you in any capacity. 10/10 worst customer service.

Went in to try to pawn my $1200+ Alienware X51 Desktop, called ahead to make sure they took them and got told yes, I go in, within minutes I’m sent out, the employee didn’t ask about the specs or even if I wanted to pawn or sell it, he just asked how much I wanted I said $600, he said they can do nowhere near that, without bothering to check the machine out, or ask anyone else. It seemed as if he had no knowledge of computers whatsoever. Meanwhile they were selling the model prior to mine for $800, I’m very offended by the customer service.

Horrible, lady seems racist. Basically denied me service for a galaxy s22 ultra 256gb unlocked because I wanted to reset my personal information, and thought I was going to report it lost or stolen. Sad, I don’t trust them with my information. They look sketchy.

I brought my necklace in to pawn it is a hollow 10k nothing fancy but the lady sawed it in half with a file then used the wrong acid on it a burned it telling me it’s fake. I brought it back to la familia pawn shop and pawned it no problem then had to pay 30 bucks for the repair and cleaning. Worst ever don’t go
