Always has the things you need convenient central location helps keep us coming back for batteries and truck acc
Great
It’s Walmart
It’s good
Prices are getting up there but that’s the way of the world
Always a good experience
Take forever to get name brand med and I have changed pharmacy
Out of stock on everything I needed
Please discuss at your next round table meeting. Every time I come to the drive through to pick up prescriptions it’s an hour wait. So when I go inside after being tired of waiting I see associates just ignore the drive through as if it is not important. Why even have a drive through?
2. Guitar Center
Address: 5759 N Elizabeth St #150, Pueblo, CO 81008 , Pueblo West , Colorado , United States
The staff was super friendly and helpful. Clean, great environment.
I can never leave this place empty handed great customer service employees are wonderful
Absolutely love Instructor Dale. He was absolutely magnificent – I could stare at him all day. I especially love to watch him as he sleeps.
He needs a promotion.
This is the smallest guitar center in the chain! There is very limited selection for all musicians (drummers, guitarists, audio guys/gals, praise worship, recording, etc). The staff is friendly and helpful however, with my years of experience with many facets of music I question some of their recommendations. Overall, I still like the store but would forewarn beginners or people looking for more variety.
Some rude employee act like it was to hatd to explain anything to us
Had what I needed
Worst then a pushy car salesman. Quick to sell you a guitar.but they give you the cold shoulder if you return it cause you find a better one on there web site . Not to knowledgable on what they sell tell you any thing to sell it.
The inventory listed online is not accurate at all. I placed a large order with several items that were all listed as being in stock. I paid and kept checking my email but zero updates. I finally went to the store and these guys heads were spinning. They couldn’t find a single item i ordered. They had no idea when my order would be completed or by who. Had to be 7 plus employees in the store. I went through 4 of them. Each as incompetent and useless as the next. This is the third failed Guitar Center in 3 years. If you walk in the store, you can pick something off the shelf and they will ring you up. Expect nothing more. The level of apathy is off the charts. They get the same paycheck so why even try? That was the last time I ever even step foot in a GC. Our business will go elsewhere for life.
They charge too much for equipment. They act as if they are doing you a favor when putting together an order for you…. but. Check on amazon… you can get EVERYTHING cheaper….. everything!
3. Elledge Music Inc.
Address: 518 W Northern Ave, Pueblo, CO 81004 , Pueblo West , Colorado , United States
The owner is helpful and nice and will order quickly for you anything they don’t have.
I love the atmosphere. The smell of wooden stringed instruments fills the air with an excellence that’s been worked for through practice and calluses familiar only to musicians.
Friendly, quality service
Wednesday night Bluegrass Jam was a hoot, as always!
The store is chock full of cool instruments, it’s manned by very knowledgeable and friendly gentlemen who are first rate musicians in their own right!
Classic hometown music store. Big plus is luthiers on site. I love the clutter, too.
Just purchased a used piano first time at this business friendly staff seemed to have a large inventory of instruments
Fun music store….. unique classic place
I called, and inquired as to whether he purchased instruments at his location. I am new to the area. He responded “that’s why I have a music store, to buy and sell instruments”. When I gave him my instrument model (custom Ibanez in wonderful condition), he responded again by changing his statement. He said “I have too many instruments, I only want to sell”. I don’t leave reviews often, but this seemed necessary for future shoppers here.
The gentleman who runs the store is very nice. However, whomever works on the guitars doesn’t know what he’s doing. I dropped off my Fender Stratocaster for a setup. I keep it downtuned a semi tone. It came back in standard tune with a horrible low E buzz. It just sounded terrible. The action was super low and intonation was way off. So much for a “professional” setup. I took it to Guitar Center for a real professional setup. They told me I was the third person this month with complaints about Elledge. Classic “you get what you pay for” situation.
Music store is very messy with a poor selection of instruments. Repair shop is questionable.
4. Marck Time Music
Address: 2318 Jones Ave, Pueblo, CO 81004 , Pueblo West , Colorado , United States
Friendly pricing is fair and they take time to talk to you this is a very good place to go to for your instruments
Very helpful and friendly. I will definitely be back!
Nice people.
Great place to get your music! They have amazing products and variety
Convenient friendly hometown music store
Closed for vacation
Not able to find what I needed, staff tried to convince me what I was looking for did not exist. Although I was looking to replace an item I had. Lovely store but customer service was not great. Maybe the person was having a bad day, either way will be a while before I go back. That is only my opinion, it looked like they had a good selection of instruments and sheet music.
Dropped off a clarinet for servicing. Waited 2.5 weeks and herd nothing from this shop. Went on to check on it and was told the man that does the work on instruments was out and it would be a few more days. Waited another week. No one called us. Went back to check on it and was told he would look at it in the next 2 days. Waited 3 days and no call again. Went to the shop to pick it up. Told them someone was supposed to service the instrument and it’s been a month we have waited and no one has even called us. The lady just stood there looking lost. Almost like she didn’t know where she was. Take your instrument elseware to have it serviced. This shop needs new management, badly.
Good takes from this. The shop is very clean and neat. The people that run it are very friendly. I really hate to see such a well maintained LOCAL business in this shape. I do hope they can correct whatever is weong internally.
5. Scero Guitars
Address: 1913 Pioneer Rd, Pueblo, CO 81008 , Pueblo West , Colorado , United States
One of the best sounding guitars I have ever played.
Owner is very friendly and accommodating! Despite his busy schedule was able to fit me in last minute and get everything done right then and there with no hassle! Thanks again, Louis!
Highly recommend. Louis is a super nice guy and really knows Guitars. Very helpful and great service.
If I could turn back time, I would. Hand made guitars is thrown out there loosely by Louis… mostly CNC like the big Coorporate names. I was drawn to this Company because I read five 5 Star Reviews… huge regret after getting what I got from them. A 3 month project turned to a 6 month nightmare. Original plan was going to end with me driving down there on a weekend to personally pick up this “Handmade” Guitar which was going to make it that much more special. Received a couple of phone calls in between the 6 months to inform me about why this Build was taking longer than usual. I kept my cool thinking it would add to the experience on having to wait longer for “High Quality Top Notch Product”. The day finally came when I was asked to pay the second payment in full before shipping it to me. I did… I paid and waited. 2 days later, I received a text from UPS stating that my guitar had just been dropped off at the front door. “No Signature Required”… just left at the front door for the world to see. Being a busy busy single parent with work and everything in between, it took me about 3-4 days to finally Crack open that case with a sloppy stenciled spray painted logo to find a beautiful guitar with a handful of flaws. I reached out to Mr. Scutti but started making excuses about the Delivery Driver having dropped it during shipping blah blah blah. Long story short… I paid almost 3K for a horrible experience and having to make final adjustments to be able to play this man’s Guitar. I don’t even consider it. I played it a couple of times and got absolute ZERO inspiration. I have planned on taking the electronics and transferring them into a 30 Dollar Squier Tele I just got at the Pawn Shop and leave the 3K dollar nightmare hanging on the wall to serve as a reminder that there are still great salesmen out there. No hard feelings, only stating the facts.
6. Mountain States Musical
Address: 311 E Abriendo Ave, Pueblo, CO 81004 , Pueblo West , Colorado , United States
Cool shop, good prices & helpful staff.
Dont carry main brands but i was more than happy to pick up a guitar for the quality.
Come support your local music shop
Little shop, big selection of guitars. The staff here are friendly and have lots of great stories to tell.
Not a great place for drum-related items.
These guys got all the guitars. that’s about it, a couple other instruments.
Jim and Jesse are really helpful, and a great selection of guitars.
I’ve had several guitars set up at Mountain States Musical in the past. The work was well-performed and done quickly. I wish the review ended there.
Recently (as in this afternoon), I took two guitars in to have them set up. When asked where I got them, I truthfully said I got them both on the Internet, one as a brand new instrument from an authorized Fender dealer and the other as a used private party sale. The new Strat needed basic intonation and action set as well as having some sprouting fret ends filed down. The used Dot needed just intonation and action setup.
Immediately after this, I was quoted $125-130 each to do the setup work on them including a $90 “up charge for Internet instruments.” When I asked why the up charge, I was told it was because most Internet instruments are junk and are tons of work (paraphrased) at which point I packed up the guitars and left.
While I can understand charging more money for more challenging instrument setups, where an instrument was procured doesn’t really factor into the equation. A Fender Strat from Musician’s Friend doesn’t require more or less work to set up than a Fender Strat from Guitar Center (and in fact they’re the same company).
I’m very disappointed that I’ll probably have to take these guitars to another shop to have them set up since I’ve been happy with their work in the past. I won’t be returning.
No marching drum sticks.. No practice pads….
Been by there half a dozen times, can never catch them open.
7. Big R Stores – Pueblo West
Address: 115 W Industrial Blvd, Pueblo West, CO 81007 , Pueblo West , Colorado , United States
Knowledgeable staff and extremely customer oriented. Had everything I was looking for and more.Kind of spendy but if you want the best, they’ve got it.
Nice new store. Pricey but good quality for now a days.
George, the assistant manager, was so very helpful. Awesome experience at this Big R!
I enjoy shopping here the staff is friendly and helpful plus I like the Vet service they have.
Always clean and inviting. Good popcorn too.
Great place for finding what you need for farm or ranch!
The manager Derick is rude to customers and inconsiderate.
Had a very bad experience shoping here with the Manigement especially there!! I had to drive over 50 miles to a Big R in Canyon City just to get treated with Respect and not feel so discriminated Against!! So sad. This is America
If you are planning on buying power tools I suggest you go anywhere other than here. I purchased a brand new chainsaw that did not run. That’s right, brand new and when the sales associate attempted to show me how to start the saw, it would not start. Having come with a warranty he suggested I leave it there and they would call when it was ready. I picked it up about a week later and when I tried to use it, it would not stay running still. It has since been back at the service center for a month and a half. I gave them money and have absolutely nothing to show for it. Garbage service, and garbage experience.

My husband has come here a couple times and I’m very impressed with the quality of his songs being recorded and mastered here. Their prices are perfect for the time and quality given.
Great vibe with solid people and top notch equipment!
