Great, great people work here!!! Everyone from the office staff to the yard driver and extremely nice and helpful! One of my favorite shippers! NOTE: Shipping and receiving and NOT open on the weekends so make sure if you are picking up to get your load on Friday before they close.
The location is very driver friendly. Easy to park and find loaded trailers.
Got here at about 11 am. Had to park in the street because there was no space on there lot which is kind of tiny. You gotta walk in and check in and they take down your cell number . Waited about an hour for a door. Staff not really on the ball I was told to go to door 9 when there was already a trailer there. Spoke to the yard goat he called office and told me to go to door next to it. They also had trouble verifying my load. But overall a decent experience.

This is a terrible place to work for. The management team plays favorites and if you aren’t a favorite they look for way to fire you. They constantly short shift you and only give you hours if a VP comes to check out the building. Place is filled with osha and safety violations. I got let go from this company due to saying I have been harassed by my supervisor. If you work hard there you still aren’t working to standard which is also what happened to me. I wouldn’t give this place the time of day I worked here for over 5 years and they were out to get me once the forced me in to a position I didn’t want then made the standard impossible for me to meet because nothing I did was good enough for them.

Needed some violin maintenance for my son and the owner Fernando was very helpful & knowledgeable. He made great suggestions to help my sons instrument to sound better. Good prices on the items I purchased and he also gives music lessons for a low price. I’ll probably be back for a lesson soon.
When picking up a repair, they had someone working the counter who didn’t know 1) where my guitar was, 2) if and how I could test it, or 3) how to work their cash register system so I could pay. The employee said they didn’t really know anything and was just covering, but they had to phone a supervisor 3 times get information and the pick up took way longer than expected.
I get it, folks are busy, but if an employee is covering during opening hours they should have some base line of training… right?
Also if you’re gonna pay this business money for something, make sure you have Zelle or venmo since that’s what I ended up having to use, and don’t expect a receipt!
They also lost the little screws on the backplate of the guitar, and since they don’t do repairs on site they couldn’t replace them when I picked it up and said I’d need to pay 10 dollars and do another repair.
All that to say, the guitar does work and sound good though, but I doubt I’d go here again if there are other options.
Trio Mariachi Acapulco played at my son’s funeral. They were respectful and knew just when to play. I can’t thank them enough. They were on time, sang beautifully, knew all the songs we requested. I would hire them again.

I highly recommend this place to everyone that is in need of spiritual help, rosaries, bibles, candles, and many more catholic items. There is also a cute café with snacks, definetly a place where you can recharge.
So much to choose from at good prices. Loved shopping there. The sisters are very helpful. Looking forward to shopping there again.

DB Audio 1 is the place to go! The guys at DB Audio really know what they’re re doing professional work and quick installation.
I took in my 2021 Honda Civic for a complete bass package set up and I left the shop with a big smile happy customer.

They were there to fix issues caused by another business. They do good work with fair prices. Financing available too.

Price was decent but the quality of work was a reflection of that. Broke trim panels, installed remote wire under the rear seat bracket and it shorted, left trash all inside the truck. I ended up redoing the work so it was done right.
I contacted jose about all of the above concerns except mentioning the trash and he just ignores me. This was a huge waste of time and money. I wont be back.
took my bike for air ride, audio, underglow and electric standand the work was poorly wires to shore on one switch.they disconet my antena and two switches don’t even match. its been almost two months n can’t get answers about the electric stand that i almost pay for all the work.try to call n left messages but no respond. try to stop by after work but can’t catch a break.i guess thats what i get for trying to support small local buisnesses.if you work hard for your money stay away from this crooks.

I just came in there and got a big break on a nice welder to help me start my first personal project the guys were great service great sums up all around!
Pawn shops are always a rip-off, that’s why they stay in business, knowing that, these guys have done a great job of storing my valuables. Money when needed and even took electronics nobody else would. I recommend to anyone needing these services, try these guys.

i come here Alot and have been over the years i just brought a Toshiba Laptop for 100 Dollars yesterday from them i usually buy Gold chains and Game systems from them the prices of items here are low and Fair but the Female that works here has a Attuide problem and she thinks shes all that shes a 7 in half on a Good Day i dont like Dealing with her i Always Request someone Else when Buying i have Nothing Against her shes just mean and cocky Also they Need to work on there people skills a little more sometimes i have to Ask Them to help me with a Item but i will still buy from this pawnshop other than that they are a cool pawn shop so 4 stars to Them

Mariachi generación musical did us the favor of entertaining our guests for our mothers birthday 02/16/19 and went far beyond our expectations. Since the very first phone call to potentially book them the customer service was outstanding. Communication was always great, from setting up our meet up for the contract, to the date of the event. They were prompt which was so important and were very well presented. A true mariachi experience! Very talented men with remarkable voices. purchased an Alpine stereo system from Art of Sound. Three months later this stereo system completely stopped working. The Alpine Stereo paperwork that i was given stated a 1 year warranty. When i returned to Art of Sound. Romero told me he would take it to Alpine to have it replaced. After weeks of not hearing back, He then tells me its only a 3 month warranty and they are not actually authorized resellers with Alpine. He then told me he took it to a man he knows to have it fixed. After weeks and Months of no response he tells me the man is still fixing it. He lied about the warranty and never disclosed that they were not authorized resellers. I asked him to please give me a refund or a stereo system that is comparable to what i purchased. He refused. DO NOT COME HERE. RAMON IS A LIAR AND THEIF.
The owner helped and I was shopping around to do a simple stereo install He over charged me 200 then didn’t even mount the stereo it was just set in place as soon as I got home and touched it it fell through the dash. He lost my service that day the next week I went to another shop and had a thousand dollar system put in his lost for being a thief …avoid this place at all cost
I work Monday-Friday and the occasional Saturday my schedule doesn’t really allow me to run my personal errands. I call the shop prior so that they can take in my car which they told me would take 2 hours. I get there first thing in the morning and now they need it all day. I used to frequently work with them because of their incredible ex-employee Alex who is very knowledgeable in what he does. Alex now works at Rialto Auto Glass where they also do stereos and setups. I’ll continue to work with Alex and you should go to Rialto Auto Glass instead. F&R likes to make up timeframes and kick people to the curb. Unbelievable.

It was a good experience, the staff was very helpful but didn’t have all the things i needed, and like anywhere else they could order them for me but I could just order it myself online obviously. I did get a snare stand with 25% off which is cool for the holidays
Nobody helped us at first. I had to ask for help and once we did, the service was great.
Was looking for phonograph needles and cartridges. They had nothing under $100. Too expensive!
Placed an order for curbside pick up. Store called me once, didn’t leave a voicemail or email. Called them over 10 times throughout the day and did not respond, even the customer service rep from the national line couldn’t get ahold of them. I can understand there are delays but this level of incompetence is inexcusable. Customer service representatives where kind but not much help. They can only do some much when a store is not responding to any calls or emails.
Went in to try/purchase an Ovation guitar, one in the entire store… called Sam Ash in Ontario, they have the exact model I’m looking for in stock.
They never have power amps in stock..Gonna have to go with Sam ash.
