He was so easy to work with and his suggestions helped a lot since there were some things I hadn’t even thought about. Jim was our DJ for my husband’s 65th birthday celebration this past Saturday. I wanted a DJ who would not just play music but who would emcee the party as well as keep the party going. Jim did all of that plus more. He accommodated all of my requests. He was there earlier than scheduled, had his equipment set up and was playing music before the first guest arrived. He was amazing in keeping the party uplifting and exciting. At my request, he even created and hosted a game that my guests really enjoyed. He had them jumping out of their seats to play. What great fun it was. He kept the dancing going and he never lost his high level of energy. Jim was super easy to work with and what a fun fun guy. I don’t think I’ve had so many compliments about a DJ. I have hosted several weddings and have hired several DJs and Jim is, without a doubt, the absolute best. You will not be disappointed. I would highly recommend Jim to anyone who wants a celebration that maintains a high level of energy with lots of dancing and fun. The next time I need a DJ, I’ll be looking in only the direction of Jungle Jim Media. Thanks Jim for making my husband’s party a super success.

Kyle’s brainchild of a meeting place, a watering hole for the musicians that come to teach, to learn, to shop, to get into the scene. A place where support is offered to school and church group, other, any learning group that wants latest tech, equipment, and professional musicians to help figure it out, as in my case. Learning to play is a hope, not necessarily a goal yet as I know my limitations, realistically. Support, encouraging people, guitar, piano and wind instruments that make noises, the vibe is here. Kasey is the next generation band leader as Kyle and Julie explore new roads. A special place, special people and they can get anything that makes noises, or in my case disjointed whatever that was…but lessons are coming. He tells me, highly recommend….hmm.
I’ve had nothing but great experiences at this music store. Kasey has always treated me with respect and I consider her a friend. Her father is so kind and helpful too. Whenever I buy a guitar or need something for my drum set they always got my back. Give them a chance and stop by to say hello. Tell them jay sent you 🙂 5/5 stars. Went in on a whim after visiting the piercing shop across the parking lot. Ended up buying a Yamaha P45 at the same sales price of the cheapest stores I could find online. It was great being able to support local business instead. Would highly recommend.

Called in to ask if they had an xlr cable in stock and the lady who answered laughed and asked if I was kidding. It’s a pretty standard microphone cable..strange that I would be laughed at. I encourage that others stray away from this place and allow another shop with some decent customer service and knowledge take its place.

Kind of crazy that a Guitar Center in the desert is better stocked than a Guitar Center in the central valley. I am not sure how bad the chapter 11 bankruptcy mixed with less people going out is hurting stock or if someone at corporate is just holding back, but this store did not have much available. Might be better to order off the website or Musicians Friend (also owned by Guitar Center) if you have something particular in mind or order it from the store. I will say that they did have a fairly healthy stock of acoustic guitars, so they got that going for them.
I haven’t been to guitar center in a while. If you like full body tattoos and face piercing then this is the place for you. I just needed a guitar patch chord and I stood at the checkout for the better part of a half hour to pay for my guitar chord and I was first in line. There was two guys behind the counter. I was wishing they had self checkout so I could pay and go. I felt uncomfortable and invisible here.
They had nothing in-stock. Associates was helpful. They trade in or resell value is a joke. Its not worth it.
Bad customer service and their instrument repair service it’s a joke.

Stopped by on a Saturday and Sunday morning the weekend of 6/10/2017 and my coffee was only slightly warm.
The service varies, sometimes the employees seem to be in a bad mood and reflect it back on the customers. During my latest visit, I went inside the cafe and there was only 4 customers,all of which had already been served and yet it took a while for me to get served despite there being nobody else inside and the drive through only had about 1 or 2 cars. The first employee who greeted me was okay but the second employee made a mummer at me and seemed annoyed. He seemed like he didn’t want to be there let alone serve me. They also forgot the cinnamon on top of my frappe, though the overall service from the employees is always lacking at this location.

I normally love Starbucks but this visit was sad. Drinks were basically warm milk, no flavor. Cups overfilled and spilled down edges. Also, got order wrong. Still a Starbucks fan, maybe just not this one!

The best thing about Gottschalk Music is that they are very personable and will help you with your specific instrument and music needs. They will help with your specific questions and what you may need for your instruments. The repair specializes in brass (trumpet, trombone, French horn, baritone, tuba) and woodwind (flute, clarinet, saxophone, etc) instruments.
I would give no stars if possible so they’re lucky they got one Mangers so rude and tried to make me park for two cheeseburgers then the manager came to the window just to yell at me because she had 4 min time so rude
Dr. Pepper needed to be changed out mostly water.
I have ordered three times now and it’s always something but never any sauce or straw.

Great cappuccino, lovely treats, and a delectable menu worth exploring on every visit.
Great to see a locally owned, small coffee shop in town that is not your typical chain or franchise. I only drink black coffee and they have a coffee roast that changes daily according to the owner who is there at the location running the business every day. The decor is beautiful and pleasant, definitely an inviting atmosphere. Drinks can be served in ceramic mugs and food is served on plates but can also be ordered to go.
I’m in love with this place already. I had me a sugar free caramel late and a no sugar added, gluten free, chocolate chip and walnut muffin. Ya’ll gotta come visit.
Seems promising, and the staff is friendly, but it took 30 minutes to get a few basic drinks, one of which was a 16 oz. drip with half ‘n’ half that ended up as a 12 oz. black drip… I tried to keep it simple but it still got messed up. Lol. Don’t like paying for stuff I don’t get, but didn’t want to wait anymore. If you’re going for a while and want to experience a cafe, it’s a great place. Getting some good quick coffee? Nah. However, the drip is not bad black, so that’s a plus.

Coffee was great. I couldn’t tell if my spinach and egg crêpe was supposed to be hot or cold. It was room temperature, every bite was a mouthful of flavorless spinach like it came frozen from a bag. You could tell it wasn’t fresh spinach. The berry crepe was not good at all. All I can taste was the watered down Nutella and strawberries. It wasn’t worth my $40 that I spent. Businesses should not cut corners with quality for the price they charge.
The food is good and the drinks are good, but our experience with their service was pretty bad. Keeping in mind that this is a fairly new restaurant we went in with an open mind on a busy morning. Food came out fast and drinks came out fast, but they had forgotten part of our order. No problem. We told the waitress-who was extremely quiet-what we were missing and she didn’t really give a direct answer to us. She walked away and passed by our table multiple times and never said anything about the missing dish. After finishing our meal we left without money back or even an apology. We would have been totally okay if she had even said that they had forgotten and apologized, but she walked away before we could even finish talking! Not something I expect, even with a fairly new restaurant.
The food is really good especially the mole plate. I’m giving this a 1 star because the service was really bad. When I walked in there was no one in line. I walked up to the register and the 2 girls behind the counter completely avoided me. One of them was wiping down the counters and the other one was just standing at the other register avoiding eye contact. Come to find out I had to go to the other register and I didn’t even realize there was two registers. The two register are together in the corner of the counter. Instead of letting me know she can help me on the other she avoided me. The one cleaning in the back could’ve stepped in as well but she avoided me. I already wasn’t in the mood to eat there after they just watched me stand there all dumb. But I wanted to try the mole but Then I get an over priced $8 coffee in a plastic cup. So if you’re here for the aesthetic coffee make sure it’s a hot coffee. And save your $8. Aside from that the presentation and food actually is delicious. But the service stank from the start.

Only place to buy vintage vinyl and CD’s out here and my daughter likes to go, otherwise I’d go elsewhere. Their thrift side is super overpriced. Also, I asked them if they would buy children’s clothes and they said yes. I came back with a box full of girl’s clothes and women’s clothes, they bought maybe 5 things including one pair of jeans w the tags still on and they offered $6 and rejected everything else. I was now told they don’t buy kid’s clothes which is odd because they sell them. I had quite a few shein items that were brand new and I was told they were “too cheap” by the super unhappy employee. I guess selling Walmart brand overpriced super worn and damaged clothes w stains and holes is ok, but brand new shein is where we draw the line. I also had other brand new items in there that I guess were also too cheap. Don’t waste your time packing everything up and bringing it to them. Plato’s closet also buys clothing and they don’t have a nasty attitude about it. Also, for CD’s and vinyl, you’re better off shopping on eBay as the vinyl here is overpriced and the selection is just meh.

Way to many hoops you have to jump thru just to pick-up order. Evidently you cannot buy online unless you have a cell phone to put a bar code on. Then you have to have an ID. I drove six miles to pick-up my order only to be told that I had to have the bar code. Target is the only store I deal with that requires both. Most places are smart enough to know when I order online and pay with my Target card that all I should need is an ID. Will now do most of my shopping on Amazon.
No one answers the phone and cancels your online order after you go to pick it up!!!

I’m glad we still have real stores to go see products before buying. But I have not always found the sales people very knowledgeable. I have been able to find some good bargains here, including our Ninja grill and air fryer which we love. Greatest deal is getting the replacement plan for phone screen protectors that get broken. They have replaced mine about four times.
They will price match. It saves a drive to the bay area.
A truly frustrating chain. Why won’t they leave you alone? They will drive this business into the ground.
My child ordered a smart watch for herself to congradulate her hard work this year and it never arrived..the driver posted that it was delivered and she was out the door looking for it within minutes it was no where to be found…they did not deliver this package…do not order from this location….they do not know what they are doing very unprofessional.
