Wonderful selection of instruments, accessories, and top notch repair. I love how the repair shop is honest about what needs done to your instrument and they even try to help you save money. Very kind and helpful owners!
Excellent service. Cooper Music has gone the extra mile for me in every interaction, from finding high-end instruments to coming through with a short-notice repair before a gig that evening. You won’t find service like that over the internet. Highly recommended.
THE BEST OF THE BEST !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Such a friendly, helpful place. Reasonable prices, lots to look at.
Old friends I’ve known for over 50 years. Always friendly and good price.
I love these guys! Great products @ competitive prices and very knowledgeable of products they sell. 5 + stars.
Great people, a very old store
I went into to buy a guitar. Very small selection
Lots of sheet music and DVDs but it is all on the computer today. Wonderful people. I wish them well!
My visit was to test the integrity of an electric guitar I had. Spoke to the guy behind the counter. (The one with the gray streaked goatee). Told him I was preparing to sell it via Facebook, and all I want to do is see if it sounds as it should. He said it was ok I was like great thanks. The buyer was from outta town and was shopping for guitar supplies. She had just bought amp still needed a cord possibly more. Asked her to meet up there since she was just down the road. She wanted to go in do to the rain. Instantly he started ranting that he’s a business man a professional and I was shady for what I had done. I was very polite. My reply ( I’m sorry I brought you a customer sure she meet up with me to buy a guitar for cheap but she still may need something) she was there for his childish act. ( she replied I do need a cord) He didn’t even bother to respond to her. He looks at me says someone smells bad like cigarettes… Wow 0 stars for your sir. Where’s your public relations at. Your welcome for that sell.

Love the selection and staff here. Their selection of Aria classical guitars is lovely, and their prices are fantastic!!! Everyone whom I have had the pleasure of visiting with has always been a delight to talk with as well. Was first referred up here by Josh over at Hippie Palace. Stop in and check them out; you will be pleased you did
Wonderful teachers very flexible schedules and I always feel at home being there!
I’ve been by here twice to buy a guitar case and sign my kid up for lessons. First time they were closed (not a holiday) and the second time, they were open but no one was inside.
Arrived around 1:00p.m. and doors were locked but lights were on. Luckily there was a kitchen gear store across the hall with the sweetest ladies running it (seriously, give them a visit they’re so nice) killed about 30 minutes in there before waiting on the hall an additional 20. Dude showed up and unlocked the door, I got excited, then he turned off the lights and relocked the doors. I just wanted some guitar string and a string winder… So yeah, Valley Piano was great, just go there

Have bought two guitars…Peavey Powerslides…accessories…etc…no doubt will spend more in future….good people…ain’t nothing like having a local shop
Awesome people as always! My friend and I took some time to make sure we were getting the right guitar and amp before making a big purchase. I was able to get a nice Peavey amp and an Ibanez semi-hollow body guitar. He was patient enough to work with me for an hour to make sure I got the best setup for what I wanted. I was also able to get 2 pedals that is going to work great with the purchase. We did forgot to get one but I will definitely go back there to purchase the other pedal.
Good selection
Good selection lots of stuff main problem was looking to get a piano but not that big a deal.
My mom needed something
Stood in Olsen’s music store patiently waiting for the guy working alone that’s been “covered up” to hook up an amp for 2 guys there before me. Walked by me to get a guitar to hook up while I was standing at the counter ready to check out. He then sits down and plays for them. REALLY!!! 15 minutes later I walk over to put the $100 item back and I kid you not he then says, ” are you ready”. Man, I’ve been ready for 15 minutes. I’m the only paying customer in the store, because I can assure you the two guys you’re having to demonstrate the guitar and amp for aren’t buying JACK! They’re draining your time and your money. Time management is not rocket science!
Not a real music store
Terrible customer service! So glad i took my money elsewhere! I told the obvious manager or owner that i was new at guitars but was excited to get something to start off with AND the first thing he recommended was the MOST EXPENSIVE ONE! Thats like someone going to buy their first car and the car salesman recommends a Ferrari..! All.about the money and NOTHING about the customer. Didnt offer to let me hear a certain one and was standing so close the whole time without really showing an insterest in what type of music i play or listen to… ALL ABOUT THE MONEY!!! Never again!
