Lori was very helpful in helping with picking out the piano for my daughter. I have nothing but great thing to say about their staff as well as their products. Great company!
Horrible service and company to work for management sucks and works you like a slave owner is horrible wont recommend it to no one at all to work for or order pianos are molded
Bought a “fancy” baby piano. Nothing fancy about it. Makes horrible sounds, and even keys make their own noise when pressed.

Neat little music store nestled in a strip mall with ample parking. They have a great collection of vinyls, CDs, and DVDs. Everything was labeled and organized in boxes alphabetically. The staff were friendly and helpful. They also had live music by a local band playing outside. Purchased couple of vinyls with 80s music. I would recommend this place to music enthusiasts.
Outstanding customer service!
Honestly one of the best record shops I’ve ever been in. Good selection of records and very fairly priced.
Owner as well as his worker that was also in the shop with him were both extremely friendly and helpful.
Thanks a bunch guys. Was a pleasure meeting you both.
Good prices and selection
Very patchouli-y! Prices are average to good. Selection limited but I walked out happy with some choice recordings.
This place is alright. Mix of comics, CDs & records. Prices are on the high end of retail, but it was kinda expected as the area is a really busy tourist area. If you’re familiar with the current market you could find some stuff at a decent price.
I stood at the counter waiting to check out the employee was with customer the new owner keep walking by with his dog he see me standing there he doesn’t come over to cash me out I waited for about 10 minutes waiting for someone to come over lame service
Horrible customer service….. just the worst
Would not sell me a record over the phone when they had just one left…… I offered my credit card ….. just hold it for me and they said no….. first come first served….. I was at work and wasn’t going to be out for a while ….. but their customer service was to not help a dude out.
I would never spend my money at this location.
One of the BEST live musicians I have worked with this season! Deron was a life saver when our DJ was running late and agreed to stay late to help with introductions for the Bride and Groom so they could still have a great entrance! His music was the highlight of cocktail hour!
Ashley Adams of Pink Castle Music is a dedicated and intuitive voice coach. Her extensive knowledge and experience as a performer are what make Ashley the best choice as a vocal coach. She guides a student to their best voice through the use of a unique training system that works to bring out the best quality of tone and range.
In just a few months of training, Ashley was able to improve my range, and help me find my true voice, which has helped to build my self-confidence as a singer. I highly recommend Ashley and Pink Castle Music as your first choice for a coach.
Ashley’s years training and performing make her the perfect coach in opera, jazz, pop and any other vocal style you could want to learn or improve in.
If you’re looking for seasoned and competent music teachers that are also first class people, look no further! George and Ashley are simply the best, and have a pedigree that can’t be matched. Highly recommended!
I had absolutely no knowledge of music or vocal talent when I met Ashley and George, and I honestly had no idea what a treasure they are to the world of music. They knew exactly how to introduce me to music (and sacred music!) I’m so grateful to have their skills and teaching abilities in our community! -Cyndil Duckworth (not Ryan 😉

I visited Georges today after being offered a ride by a friend I was assisted by a young man named Craig when I say assisted it is an understatement..having been a guitarist or more than 25 years and on hiatus for 10 or more I was interested in the Fender CD-140SCE having played one a couple of years ago, I was also interested in a new amp to use with both the Fender a A/E Takamine and a vintage ELECTRA X350 LP clone “sweet” Craig listened and listened and directed me from my original choice to a much more suitable and powerful amp at the same cost and assisted with other accessories I wanted – I left with all my needs met at a reasonable cost . Overall experience was outstanding much attributed to Craig s outstanding customer service !
Luke was extremely helpful and was very knowledgeable.
Fabulous store experience! Great selection, great prices and more than that a fabulous working staff! So happy to help and such joy in all the employees and totally know it’s not just a holiday greeting they truly are happy people that love there jobs
Very friendly and helpful staff. There was a misunderstanding with my guitar order that could have been a big pain but it all worked out great. Long drive from Fernandina but I’ll definitely be back for more business.
Ok
The people were very helpful. Got set up with all equipment. Friendly. Sold exactly what is needed. Thank you
I am usually a fan of George’s music. I shop at the Orlando location often and have bought some high end gear there. I have also shopped at this location (I’m in Jax for work every so often) and bought a beautiful special edition Tele from them less then a year ago and had a great experience doing it. Today I had some time and stopped by. The min I walked though the door I had one of the sales guys instantly trying to come in for a sale. I wasn’t looking for anything particular but have been thinking about possibly buying a new guitar. Anyway, After playing 300 questions with the sales guy while I’m trying to see what they have hanging around I decided I would like to try out a Fender tele ultra they had. The sales guy asks me if I’m interested in buying. I said “I don’t know because I haven’t played this model and would like to see if I’m interested”.. His response was “we are trying to limit the amount of jamming in this store and trying to keep the guitars looking new as possible” and just sat there and stared at me. That frustrated me.. Then I ask if I can pick it up to see the back of the guitar as I go in to pick it up.. He got the point and pretty much took it out of my hand and told me to sit down on a stool and said he was getting a cable for me to plug in. I asked him to play out of a tube amp. He directs me towards a Fender Tone master amp which we all know is Fenders digital recreation of their tube amps. I told him that’s not a tube amp and I identified an actual tube amp and asked to use that one. I get plugged in. I littlery hit one chord and he asks me “what do you think”. I’m not sure I hit like one note.. Then continues to ask a tone of questions while I’m trying to see if I actually like the guitar or not.. Moral of the story. Please train your possibly new sales people to give the customer some breathing room. Don’t tell them they can’t try a guitar because “We are trying to keep the guitars looking new as possible”.. The manager did come over and talk to me when he finally left and I had a pleasant conversation with her. She was great. But the sales kid is definitely scaring off potential sales and was incredibly annoying. This isn’t a museum.. It’s a guitar shop where people should be encouraged to try the guitars. If we all just wanted to look and buy guitars without trying them we will just order online. Which is the downfall for the brick and mortar shops…
Very weak percussion inventory he’ll be glad to order you something it’ll come in in a week.
Drove 40 minutes out of the way to get my guitar setup based off the nice reviews. Ended up just paying $65 to have my guitar sit in the back room for 24 hours with no setup done

A very good vinyl record store!!! They are very well organized and have a large selection. Stopping by this store is highly recommend!
Lots of selections and friendly staff
Very well layed out. Lots of indi and metal classic vinyl as well. Great place!
Very well managed store. They know where all of their vinyl is. You can spend many hours browsing through their collections
Cool old record store. Lots of everything!
Love this place. Didn’t know it was there before a couple of months ago. Dan, the owner, is super nice and really good prices on albums.
No customer service.
Terrible. The most unpleasant experience I’ve ever had on discogs. Mistakes happen but the way these people handle it is disgusting. They are arrogant, unapologetic, whiney and selfish. I paid shipping both ways to correct their mistake. Never again.
Great store to find vinyl. That’s why my review is 2 stars instead of one. Story time though…
I went for RSD back in April stoked out of my mind to buy some exclusive titles. Called my friend to join me for the camp out starting at around midnight and we found ourselves first in line. 8 am the doors open. When I get inside they already have my selections laid out at the register, and then the owner proceeds to grill me about my selection of Taylor Swifts “the lakes” 7 inch amongst the 100 plus dollar tab I accumulated. Says a bunch of people have been waiting for this, they’d be upset, and was I sure about it. I told him there ain’t no way my gf would’ve let me come home without it, so he rings me up, then puts his hands in the air not wanting to touch my items or bag them. I found it odd, but just thanked him and walked out. My friend completes her transaction but comes out with a completely different story. Owner didn’t even question her record choices even though she also grabbed a T swift vinyl, wouldn’t even let her bag her own items, and said yeah this looks like you (to her selections). To say I felt profiled would be an understatement. This dude made me feel so unwelcome I’m never gonna set foot in there again. A couple months have passed since that day, but as RSD “drops” comes tomorrow I felt compelled to share my experience. On top of that most of the releases for tomorrow are hiked up 5-10 dollars more than the average record store tomorrow. Won’t be back again.
Michael is the absolute best! My son loves taking piano lessons at Giuliani Music because he has fun, is challenged, and learns from the very best.
We absolutely LOVE Giuliani Music! Mrs. Agnes is such a wonderful instructor. She knows how to get on the level of the student and really make them understand what she is wanting them to do. She does not move on until she knows they understand. She has such a wonderful way of makimg the student feel comfortable to ask questions and have an open dialogue. Wish I had more than 5 stars to give!
Agnes has been a spectacular piano teacher for my teenage daughter. She is patient, friendly and knowledgeable. She recognizes students ability and knows how to improve on that ability. Couldn’t have asked for a better instructor!
Found some great records from the eighties. It was fun to show my daughter’s the music that I enjoyed. Found a couple of favorites
I could have spent all day here going through theit records. Unfortunately we didnt have that much time and the space they were in wasnt very helpful in looking thru them.
Beautiful pieces. Many collector assemblies to choose from. My choice was this beautiful 60’s glass tray.
Fun place. Sensory over load of “stuff.”
Very well organized and easy to go though records. I have tired of digging and did not have to here. Just didn’t have surf Beach Boys style records. Maybe next time.
Nice collection

Been here twice during the day, there are no hours posted and the place looks deserted. Wish I could come by, I’d love to frequent a music store close to home.
