Love this place! Everyone is so nice and friendly.
They have some of the thing in the store
Store was clean..Customer service was speedy and friendly..
I love this store, it’s much better and nicer than Family Dollar down the street, but I find myself running through and out as quickly as possible because of the music! It’s super annoying and I’m a music lover!
Good variety of products, low prices and helpful employees.
It’s fethey nasty and have tearable service
Dollar General in Sardis is closed

3. All Star Music Center
Address: 3981 Athens Hwy, Loganville, GA 30052 , Sardis , Georgia , United States
Love All star Music Center. The owner is very helpful, very nice and most importantly honest!
Superb service with a wicked fast turnaround on a repair job… this place has all you need or want to practice, to play, to excel in the musical arts. Music, instruments, lessons, and repairs. Highly recommend this place…
Staff is extremely helpful. I didn’t have a clue as to what I needed and they helped me out step by step and offered different terms as far as buying and renting. Offered lessons for my son and advice for the future for when my son’s out grow their instruments. Didn’t even know that was possible but they help you out in every way.
Great plce.Friendly staff.
Very friendly place, with knowledgeable people, but the used gear is over priced. Perhaps they like their equipment and instruments like their wine: aged, dry, and of course with heavy wear and tear. They offer a number of new products as well, lessons, and great repair jobs!
Guy running the store was very helpful and knowlegable.
I’ve been here 3 times during store hours. nobody at the store go to another shop.
Literally 4:08pm on a Saturday I show up. They were not open. Sign on the door says 10am-6pm. Very disappointed.
Place needs to just close! doubt me, go see what I’m talking about.
4. Ponce De Leon Music Center
Address: 1060 Dahlonega Hwy, Cumming, GA 30040 , Sardis , Georgia , United States
Great service great gear would like to see a little more main brands though for guitars. There were no Gibsons or fenders.
Awesome
Quick. Super helpful. Plenty of staff.
Great music store! The prices are pretty high, but they are very helpful.
Great place to find IEMs, headphones, Guitars, Speakers, Pianos, and more!
Had to make a quick stop to grab a few things. I know it was closing time. I was trying to make it quick. When they started harassing my husband reminding him when they close he left and we took our business somewhere else. Customers want to feel welcomed, not reminded how unfortunate you are to have to lock the door right at 5:00.
The customer service is awful I definitely won’t be back there every again
5. Music Go Round – Atlanta/Duluth, GA
Address: 3675 Satellite Blvd # 100, Duluth, GA 30096 , Sardis , Georgia , United States
Dusty and Pauly were fantastic in assisting me with my purchase.
Great communication and helpful in making it a great purchase experience!! Highly recommend. Thanks.
Excelente lugar para comprar equipos nuevos y con historia (usados), el personal insuperables dispuestos a compartir historias de cada instrumento.
Music Go Round is the place to sell and find unique and groundbreaking music equipment, so you can curate YOUR sound. The staff is A1! And you know I gotta shoutout my man Sam who works there. He’s that guy!! If you live in the city, don’t be afraid of the trek to Duluth. I also super recommend the website it has all of their products listed which is insanely helpful.
Muy amables y tienen de todo
Super friendly and helpful staff. The majority of the guitars are accessible to try without needing assistance, unlike GC. They seem to have comparable or lower prices than Reverb. One con is some of the guitars need new strings and a setup.
If you’re coming here to sell, you will only get about 30 or 35% of current used price. If youre coming to trade you might get 50% of current used price
Cheap, well used gear.
I’ve purchased from several other locations and always dealt with people happy to make a deal and help out on the price, this place, nobody seems to care about customer service or making money. They lost out on upwards of $2000 I was ready to give them TODAY. I hope the owner sees this.
Edit: Was told via a reply to this review to call and ask for Ann. Called THE VERY NEXT DAY to find out she’s on vacation. But the way I was told was “she’s not here” “… do you want to tell me what day I should try again” “she’s on vacation”
I will NEVER spend a dollar at this store that needs to fire their entire staff and start over. Absolutely disgusting customer service
Second edit: Finally got ahold of the owner. Just an absolute lack of customer service or any type of common sense. Lost a customer for life.
This place hates money.
Went in today to buy a few picks around 12 this afternoon. After grabbing a few, I went to pay for them. The guy in front of me just bought an amp and left to get his car to load his equipment up. I was standing there waiting to pay for my stuff and the guy behind the counter (without even acknowledging me) just walked away. I can’t imagine he didn’t see me. I’ve shopped there off and on for years and I never go out of my way to leave bad reviews, but this place earned it. I teach guitar and used this place for books, picks, and other things. I’m very understanding towards employees in retail and usually won’t make an issue out of most things. But, I was completely ignored and I won’t refer my students to ever go to this place to pick up anything they may need.
6. Music & Arts
Address: 1596 Dogwood Dr SE B, Conyers, GA 30013 , Sardis , Georgia , United States
Rent a flute from them, nice helpful people working there. And Mr. Jackson, flute teacher, my granddaughter say’s he helps her with whatever she ask , help for. Great place
One of the best music place in town!
Staff is knowledgeable and very willing to help! The manager, Patrick, is super friendly and always willing to lend a hand
Very helpful I got exactly what I needed and nothing else.
Need more and a greater variety of stock, but awesome place otherwise.
Went there to buy a pair of sticks for my student and the employ acted as if I wasn’t even there and simply didn’t care. She wasn’t welcoming at all, I didn’t even get a simple “hello”, just a stare. Then when I seen that the product wasn’t there I asked if they carried the product she told me “if it’s not there then we don’t have it or just look harder” and proceeded to talk to who ever she was speaking too.
I’m very disappointed in the treatment my daughter received today by the instructor Joanie Fitzgerald. Let me be clear, this review is in no way on the entire staff or the services Music Arts offer as a whole. I’m simply doing my review on Joanie Fitzgerald who is an instructor at Music and Arts. This was my daughters second piano lesson in her life as a 9 yo. Ms Fitzgerald was attempting to give in instructions but she kept messing up. She told my 9yo she’s not listening and that she’s not going to help her because she’s already doing too much. When the session ended she never came out to give me feedback instead she locked the door behind my daughter and I’m assuming that’s because she knew I would’ve confronted her on her behavior. I spoke to the young lady at the front desk and advised her I would like to switch instructors immediately. I will see how this goes with the new instructor and if not I will remove my child and follow up with a new review. We live in some sensitive times and I will keep my assumptions to myself but I will say I don’t speak to my kids this way and if she’s not capable of teaching children she’s in the wrong field. My daughter stated she felt sad and I’m so disappointed because I wanted this to be a great experience for her. I’m not sure how they select their staff but everyone deserves to be treated equally….
Went for a guitar setup, my guitar was returned with the tremelo bridge so low that it slammed into the guitar body cavity. Also they used lemon oil on a maple neck which is a no go for me. Did not make a scene there because my son was with me. Essentially paid $50 for a new set of strings which werent weren’t installed correctly. My guitar has locking tuners yet they still wrapped the strings. Spent 2 hours fixing my guitar myself. I would advise everyone to steer clear. If you need a guitar setup, go to a luthier.

Address: 12182 Hwy 92, Woodstock, GA 30188 , Sardis , Georgia , United States
Tyler is fantastic! I ordered a guitar that when it came to the store had a manufacturing flaw. Rather than thinking i would have to deal with the manifacturer, Tyler ordered a new one. The new one is perfect. Tyler provides excellent service. He is also knowledgeable and is easy to work with. He has earned a loyal customer.
The manager, Sam, is great! Come see her and her amazing staff if you need anything
People were very helpful and thorough when explaining how to rent the flute I needed for my child’s school. Knew what they were talking about in the way of different instruments and went out of their way to get me the right instrument.
Good service and very knowledgeable
I don’t recommend visiting this store while in this crazy epidemic. They have gone way over board locking things down. You must where a mask, which I complied with, but you are not allowed to touch anything? The associate was animate she could only touch things. Absolutely ridiculous, I walked out. I’ll never buy from them again. To many other options.
M&A is receiving 2 stars because of their poor customer service center. The brick and mortar shops are great – no issues. They have a great selection of instruments, knowledge, and aim to serve the customer. The customer center in Frederick, MD is abysmal to say the least. I experienced a series of billing issues related to a credit card on file, and I was not contacted by M&A until I received a notice from a debt collector regarding a debt consisting of 3 months of payments. The customer service representative took my credit card information over the phone and processed the payment and enrolled me in AutoPay. Sounds like my problem was resolved, right? No, I had provided my credit information two months prior and enrolled in AutoPay two months prior, thus my groundhog’s day experience pushed me over the edge.
I had billing / accounting problems with M&A on two separate instrument rentals. Their rent to own contract is very confusing, not sure why my children’s school recommended M&A. To cap off the accounting issue, M&A does not provide balance or payoff information for your rental. I find it useful to know my rental balance and early payoff balance each month. It helps me make good financial decisions, but I do not believe M&A wants you (the customer) to make financial decisions that negatively affect their bottom line.
I’m curious if M&A will respond to this review. Usually companies with a strong customer service culture do.
Watch Your Bank Account Or Credit Card Statement If Renting From Them. They Randomly Charged My Account For About 6 Times The
Amount Of The Normal Rental And When I Called They Gave Me An 888 Number . I Called Them And They Said It Was The Collections Department So After Being On Hold For Over 20 Minutes They Finally Found Out It Was A Mistake And Will Credit My Account Back In 2 To 3 Days.
