He made both my daughter’s piano and my piano sound and play better than they ever had. I got his name from our piano teacher. He does her pianos as well.
Michael is always meticulous and gives a thorough tuning.
Mr. Chung is a gifted piano tuner. He has an excellent, delicate ear and I would trust him with any piano. We once had a tuner from Steinway come out and were dissatisfied with his work. Mr Chung fixed it the sound for us. There is no other person I would trust more. He is honest and hardworking. He charges a very reasonable price for the quality of his work (was was less expensive than the official Steinway tuner).

I’been teaching guitar, ukulele and banjo at Schaumburg Music Academy for over four years. We had a recital of students and it is inspiring to see them having learned and grown musically. Way to go students! I love it.
I came in to get sister’s guitar repaired after the strings broke, and they fixed it very quickly for a great price!
The classes are great here I love my violin and piano classes

Their management is horrible. The owner just keep taking new students when they are not capable to manage everything. It’s hard to communicate with the owner for scheduling. She just couldn’t handle everything by herself and if you bring your concern, the owner always complains that she has more than 300 students and she is the only one works there! That is her problem and if she needs help she needs to hire more people!!
And they have a worst substitute who is not prepare for the lesson.
My child’s teacher is great and my son likes him very much but it’s just the owner who does not know how to operate the place.
Extremely rude. Called with a question about their service and was rushed off the phone as I was clearly a nuicanse with my simple question
