One of the employees rudely installed one of my violin strings without my input. He slapped the string on the bridge, which permanently damaged it by digging the string into the notch.
I’ve had to get a new one as well as new strings (they were pretty bad)
Let’s be real he’s selling cheapy strings as if they were elixers

No wonder this musical store got a high rate on the google review. I purchased a couple of guitars several years ago from them. They always provide excellent customer services. Whenever I had problems with the musical instruments, they were able to find a solution/suggestions for me. Even since I have been coming back to them when I need to buy new instruments. All my children’s instruments were from them.They are very trustworthy and the instruments they sell are very affordable. Although they are not top quality, but they are very good for students who just start to learn. Rosa Musical is my go-to place for all my musical instruments needs. Rosa , the owner and Lilly, the store manager, are very knowledgeable and helpful.

I have had 3 Strat bodies and one P-Bass body that were good. I have had 1 P-Bass body, aTele body and a LP JR kit that were horrible. They don’t appear to look at what they ship. Off routes. Paint that flakes off are just a few of the problems I have had. It will take days for CS to respond it at all. Not buying anymore from these guys.
When this company F’s up something they ghost you, well that’s my experience, Showed them pics of the problem and they said they saw the problem, they thanked me for showing them there mistake, then ghosted me and effectively RIPPED ME OFF, the Trem hole wasn’t lined up right, too much right not enough left…Never again, bought a better body on e-bay
I was interested in buying a guitar from this company but I was not familiar with Eden Guitars, so I contacted customer service to try to get more information… and to familiarize myself with the company.
Long story short: The customer service was atrocious. I quickly went from being interested in buying to never considering this company again. Saying the customer service rep was unprofessional would be an understatement.
There is no doubt in my mind the quality of their products matches their most likely shoddy products. The level of service provided is a huge reflection on any company. Unfortunately, I now know not to purchase anything from Eden Guitars ever.
This really too bad because I was genuinely interested, and I almost purchased from them too. It is a good thing I waited. If I didn’t wait I am certain I would have been extremely disappointed.

He’s worked on my Lexus RCF and also my Nissan GTR. Couldn’t recommend a more professional and knowledgeable individual working on my car. 10/10 service!

I bought a karaoke system at KTS and one of the cordless microphone kept drainning the battery, even when it’s not in use. I called KTS with the issue and KTS quickly sent a replacement. Customer service was superb and very pleasant to work with.

Ok came to buy something I saw at internet (15:40, it said they close at 16:00) the sign said OPEN, I ring the bell and nobody open, after a couple mins a couple comes out form other door and asked me “how can I help you?” I told them I came to buy something I saw at their craigslist ads, but they didn’t care…
My point is, if they don’t goin to respect their own hours, I recommend change it here, I came from far just to buy them some for sure, I would understand if were 15:55 and they’re almost close.
Anyway, best wishes for them.

I have been going to this store for years and I have spend thousands of dollars there I can only say that you have to find the right associate to deal with. .Some of the sales people are great . my recent purchase was not a great experience was not so nice. The manager was not personable. and got even worst when I didn’t by the warranty for the 600$ speaker I bought. And I tried to ask a question from some bearded sales guy and he blew my off. It doesn’t really inspire you to come back. All I can say is find a nice salesperson to help you . I didn’t have a choice that day that I went to purchase. My excitement for what I had just purchased was not there when I walked out. . there are some great salesman and women that work there I should have waited to make my purchase with them. I am all about the customer service. Old School
Well ok hear we go… first time visiting this guitar center and my experience was horrible not only was their no parking available to me being a customer…. they all were taking up by the shoppers going to cosco…. holiday or no holiday it should be guitar center responsibility to make sure their customers have access to a parking space….I literally drove around for 29 minutes to be exact while arguing with other drivers taking up the guitar centers parking space I remained calm watching them as they got out of their car and walked over to cosco… ♂️ so finally i make it into the store got what I was looking for product was not sealed the box was open and usually I won’t buy opened reson being you don’t know if it’s been used or tampered with….well really wanted it…….p.s the employees were kind and helpful.
A cacophonous disaster. Wrong city, definitely wrong staff. Head to Cerritos or Brea.
If you purchase a defective item like I did from this store and they refuse to return the item because you didn’t purchase the warranty and it’s outside the return window, you can just let them know that you intend on filing a small claims court case to resolve the issue and that you have logged the hours spent on the matter. If you purchased the item under a year ago, there’s a very good chance you will win.
I purchased a defective Mackie Thump Go which stopped working and turning off after 5 months of use. My calls to this store were useless and my emails were ignored. I then reached out to a different store and they helped me thanks to the steps I outlined above.
I just hope all musicians are treated fairly and with respect and that our business is respected!

Absolutely DO NOT purchase the sparklers Firestorm units. I have used them a minimum of 7 times since orginal purchase, we have 4 of these units and they have been sent in for service 3 times.Our company just used them recently as of Saturday October 1st 2022. One of the units actually started a small fire, speaking with Erica she explained to me this was the first ever (hard to believe) I felt there was no concern from her or the owner Jason.
Just make sure your using them in a safe manner.

Bought the Versa Flex Bar. White lights will blind the crowd. Very difficult to operate it. Remote buttons are hard to push. No app to control the lights. Doesn’t auto speed with the beats. Wish I never bought this. Go with the Gigbar Move ISL, it’s like a charm!

Had my sax for over a month!!!! Was supposed to be a 2week job. Never contacted me – at 3weeks I called him and he started pulling this “a couple more days” thing. Then after several days of that he finally said it was done and ready to pick up, and arranged a time to come get it – and the morning of our appointment he canceled again!!! That was yesterday.
DO NOT BRING YOUR INSTRUMENT HERE!

This morning about an hour ago I finally got the saxophone back. And only because I was forced to have to seriously threaten him with coming down with police to get my saxophone out of his possession.
After more than 1month, with only a 2week estimated wait, HE NEVER EVEN STARTED WORK! I honestly cannot believe this. The sax is in the same condition as when I dropped it off. My clarinet repair person would never ever be like this. I’ve never had anything like this from anyone, except here.
He said directly to me on the phone several days ago that he had already finished most of the work and was just was getting keys back on lining that up.
HE WILL ACTUALLY LIE TO YOU!
After threatening to come down with police if he canceled the appointment again, instead of continuing to blow me off, he decided to drive to my house & leave the sax behind our gate. He was literally just holding the saxophone away from me for a month when I could have dropped it off with real professionals somewhere and have had it back nice & fixed weeks ago.
*This is not a storefront, this literally is just the one repair guy working out of his garage.* Which is fine, but he’s coming off as a storefront. That address listed is his house, he works there.
Won’t fix your instrument if it’s a big project, will just keep blowing it off.
This is not a legitimate repair place for gigging or teaching professionals nor for serious students.
I wished none of this happened. I really really wish I never brought my sax here. I wanted to find a good legit repair tech. This is NOT that. NOT AT ALL.
